Like any other high school in the world, Mount Rainier High School had its social groups. You had the nerds, the bullies, the jocks, the cheerleaders, and the kids who were popular for nothing.
Regardless of what social group they fit into they all had their individual identities that they were trying desperately to find. This story tells the stories of six teenagers who found themselves fitting into any number of social groups but fighting to find themselves, fighting to find out who they were, what they wanted out of life and not what their families and friends wanted for them.
Mount Rainier High School was located in South Florida about an hour north of Miami, in a city called Hollywood.
The city had a good deal of entertainment ranging from three movie theaters, clubs, bars, malls, Dave&Busters, Boomers, skating rings, amd much more. There was always something to do on the weekends and the city was right near the coast too.
Mount Rainier was known for its football team The Spartans that were currently undefeated as well as their band that always showed up and showed out during half-time.
Today August 2nd, 2 weeks before school started. The school decided to have a summer event where the students could come and get to know about all the clubs and organizations available. The football team was also introduced and the marching band performed.
