"WHY didn't you inform me, Amira?" Fornax inquired with a face clearly displaying his frustration. "I'm quite bewildered here, and I haven't even had that much to drink!"

"Relax..." "Cree is not my biological child as I chose to adopt him."

Above all else, Amira must ensure that Cree's identity remains concealed. It is her primary and most crucial mission.

"I had believed all along that..."

"And my first sexual experience didn't go well," Amira chuckled as she recollected what had transpired earlier. "It was rather painful and not something worth remembering."

"Amira, you're contemplating sexual matters.

"I don't have anything to clarify for you, Fornax," Amira stated, despite her aversion to deceiving him. "I suppose I'll turn in for the night. Goodnight."

Iniwan niyang tulala sa sala si Fornax. What happened earlier was not a mistake and was not also a positive move.

In Amira's perspective, they are mature individuals who simply let their emotions take over.

Sa kwarto ni Cree si Amira pumasok. Cree has consistently been her source of solace, her small companion who never fails to bring her joy.

After the incident at the beach, she's uncertain about her feelings towards Fornax.

Amira glanced at the clock on the bedside table. It was already past four a.m, and she hoped that Fornax was sleeping soundly after the recent events.

Sunlight streamed through the window, gently illuminating her face. Amira could sense the sun's comforting warmth.

Tuluyan na talagang nalusaw ang bagyo kahapon.

"Cree?"

She doesn't want to recollect the events from last night. It was a complete humiliation!

"Morning, sunshine." "About last night—"

"I'd rather not discuss it, Fornax." Pinutol niya sa pagsasalita ang lalaki. Amira's cheeks felt quite warm, and she suspected she might be blushing a bit. "It's a common occurrence among adults," she remarked.

Fornax nodded with some discomfort. "I suppose you're right."

"Did you catch a glimpse of Cree?" inquired Amira. Every morning, she had become accustomed to encountering her son's visage, exchanging morning greetings, and being enveloped in an abundance of adorable charm.
