Thunder rumbled, lighting cracked through the sky, rain pattered to the ground.
The constant cawing of crows echoed through the swampy dump.
The lime green, clouded over sky didn't add anything kind to this whole setup. I don't think anything could help, considering the mountains and mountains of metal corpses building up and up, becoming bigger by the day.
Far below all the newer bodies, below all the red warning screens, below all the cracked and dented heads, lay a new thing.
It awoke, yellow code flashing on its cracked and battered visor before its eyes flashed awake. Its eyes darted around, confused, this wasn't fun.
The yellow of its face reflected off of all the other metallic limbs, the little bot tried its best to make sense of everything around him, of his betrayal.
Beyond all the limbs keeping it pinned to the ground, beyond all the corpses on the top of the pile, laid a winding body. A centipede of robots, rebuilt from the improper disposal of just a few.
The snake had winded and woven itself toward any building, toward any branch of the company.
