Right as Sophie and Keefe were going into battle I knew that this wasn't a good idea and the fact that Sophie was going into battle using crutches is insane! I knew that she was going to need some help so I sighed and went after her. But of course we have to get surrounded by the Neverseen.
Sophie nearly tripped when she saw them and fear coated her face. I felt bad for her and Keefe held her hand for assurance. He probably felt her fear.
"Seems like we have effected the Moonlark more than we thought." Ruy said giving us a evil smirk.
"If only she had died like we intended her to." Fintan scoffed.
Sophie paled right there but she paled even more when Ruy continued "it's okay Fintan. We will finish the job right now."
They approached us and Keefe decided to take his chance and tackled Ruy and put his dagger at his throat.
"Everyone get back or I'll kill him." Keefe threatened, but sounded nervous.
The Neverseen used it and snuck up behind Keefe, I opened my mouth to tell Keefe, but I was to late. The Neverseen member punched Keefe on the side of the head and he collapsed. The person grabbed Keefe and held his arms and faced him towards us showing the bruised side of his face.
Sophie let out a sob and then suddenly all the Neverseen members collapsed on the ground crying in pain.
Sophie tried to balance on her crutches and wouldn't stop.
"Sophie, Sophie please stop." I begged.
She listened to the words I said and her face fell into tears. And she stopped inflicting.
Keefe rose up and kissed Sophie. I sighed and gathered up all the Neverseen members and tied their hands behind their backs and hailed the council who showed up in seconds. But they did not seem happy at all.
