Doctor Who - The 60th Anniversary Prologue

(This is based on the 60th with a prequel for emily and also kinda based on the 60th anniversary prequel comic that came out a while ago but changed a lot)

somewhere on a abandoned planet, emily was sitting on a rock at the shore of a sea, looking out into the sea, the white clouds, the blue sky and the small sun up in the sky, she's been staying here since she left the doctor in 2017 and this is the place the TARDIS chose for her, she likes the place and it helps her to think about things and memories with the doctor, she loved hanging out the doctor, she really misses her doctor who she nicknamed 'friend' which was the brown suited, brown haired, brown eyed doctor that helped her reveal her true form, then there was 'dude' the bow tie wearing and fez loving doctor, she didn't mind him and just wished she got to spend more time with him as she only spent time with him when clara joined and those 2 time when he was travelling with amy which was the time he went to live with a chubby guy with a spaceship upstairs his apartment and then the chubby guy again with baby stormageddon, lastly there was 'rebel' the angry doctor who was a huge rebel that emily needed to tell of all the time from the way he treated clara, she didn't mind him but he was a little out of control which is what caused her to leave, she hopes hes a lot better now whatever he was doing (emily doesn't know the doctor was a female) and making friends wherever he goes.
the reason emily was looking out at the sea was she has been lately having a problem and it was involving her dreams, for the last week, shes been having the same dream where she first wakes up in a tank of strange water, she see bubbles around her and she can also see 2 people outside the tank walking around but it was blurry like she needed really strong glasses on, she then closes her eyes and then open then again to see a light above of her and 2 people looking at her but they were super blurry like she needed glasses, she would close her eyes and when she opens then again, she sees that she needs to walk over to the blurry person at the other side of the room, she does but when she reaches him, she couldn't see his face as it was blurry, she then closes her eyes and then opens them again to see a blurry person in front of her rubbing her down with a cloth, again the person was super blurry so she couldn't see what they look like and then she closes her eyes, she opens then again to see that she was moving but she wasn't running, she was being carried and it was by one of the blurry people with the other one next to her running for their life, noises like gun fire was heard in the background, emily closes her eyes and when she opens them again, she sees the 2 blurry people looking at her inside a strange capsole with a window where she can see them and she sees them putting their hands on the window, then the one on the left pulls the one on the right away and then she moves away seeing the black sky of space with many white stars around and before she wakes up, she hears a gun fire which wakes up in shock.
she's been having that same dream for a few weeks now and she is relly confused about it, due to this dream, that has made her question herself on who she is and where she came from, she has asked the other elemental friends about their past but they were confused not knowing their past either and they were all in the same book as emily, who were they? where did they come from? and most importantly, who were those 2 people kept seeing in her dreams? as she thinks about the dream, she knows 2 things, 1. in the dream, she was what looked to be in a lab from the room she was in so she with lauren has guessed that they were escaped laboratory experiments and 2. the 2 people that she kept seeing seem to really love her from her watching their body language, helping her to walk, cleaning her up and she can feel their love in the dream so she knows that whoever these people are, she treated her like their daughter and she to them were her parents.
emily was so confused right now and she didn't know what to do as her doctor, friend isn't around anymore and she didn't even know how to find him, she sighs and she gets up from the rock, she was walking though a rock path she makes to get back to the beach but then suddenly a teleport hole appears in front of her, she looks at the hole confused as this was the same teleport hole the TARDIS used to get her here so she wonders what the TARDIS wants, she then jumps though the hole and she ends up at a hill side looking down to a beach, she looks around confused wondering what she was doing here but didn't see the TARDIS behind her and a familiar face
"emily?" a voice says and emily freezes recognising the voice
emily turns around slowly and right in front of her was the TARDIS which looked a little different and there in fromt of the TARDIS was her doctor, her friend but he looked different, he had a short bread, he had a blue long coat on, still a brown suit but it was different and his tie was different too
"f-friend?!" emily says softly yet happily with tears forming in her eyes "friend!" she then yells and she crashes herself into the doctor's cheat
"whao! emily" the doctor says almost falling over as emily crashes into him and he catches her
the doctor smiles seeing emily again as it's been 5 years since he last saw her and 14 years since he saw her with this face, he then hugs her as she was hugging him while crying happy tears and after a bit, emily pulls away and she flies in front of the doctor
"friend, i'm so glad you're back, i missed you so much" emily says happily while still crying happy tears "but...why are you back?" she asks as she wipes her tears away with her right paw
"i-i don't know, i just regenerated back to this face again" the doctor replies looking confused as he looks at his hands
"wait, you just regenerated? what happened?" emily asks now looking confused with a head tilt
"i'll tell you in the TARDIS, come on" the doctor says and he opens the door to the TARDIS letting emily in first
emily enters and sees that the TARDIS has had a redesign from when she was last in it
"i see you had a redesign...i don't like it" emily says as she looks around and then looks at the doctor as he shuts the door
the doctor looks at emily with a smug look knowing the reference emily did and emily smiles back with closed eyes and her tongue sticking out, the doctor and emily then sit down at the chair by the TARDIS like it usually was but it was always changing like the TARDIS and the doctor tells emily what happened while she was gone with his last regeneration was a woman, having 3 companions with him then 2, talking about ryan, graham and raz the getting dan before regenerating and how it was the master who caused him to regenerate
"wait, the master is alive? i thought your master killed missy and left her there, how did she get out?" emily says confused and the doctor shrugs as he couldn't remember
"he was alive but he's dead again now" the doctor says while shrugging and emily makes a worried face looking at the doctor
"you know he's not" emily says shaking her head and the doctor shrug again while smirking
"so anyway, what are you doin' back" the doctor asks emily focusing on her now and she shrugs confused
"i don't know, the TARDIS brought me here, why did you bring me here?" emily says confused then she looks at the TARDIS
'i know about the dream you've been having lately and i knew you needed some help' the TARDIS replies and emily makes a poker face
"you know about that?" emily says unamused and the TARDIS hums in reply "i had a little feeling you would" she adds and looks down
"what?" the doctor asks confused with a head tilt not knowing what the TARDIS told her
"well, for the past few weeks now, i've been having the same dream over and over like a replayed youtube video, in the dream, i am first in a glass tank of water with bubbles coming up left and right and outside i can see 2 people walking around, then i can can see these 2 people looking down at me, thirdly, i am walking over to one of these people on the other side of the room, fourly i see the other person cleaning me up from something, fifthly i am in the person that cleaned me arms while the other person was behind and i'm hearing gun fire and lastly, i am seeing the 2 people looking at me while i am goig off into space and the last thing i hear before waking up is a gun fire with a flash...the worst part about the dream is that these 2 people in the dream have blurry face so i have no idea what they look like" emily explain while she was flying around in front of the doctor doing paw movements and the doctor listening to her the entire time "i talked to the others about and we made 2 discoveries from it, a. we are all laboratory experiment and b. even thought i couldldn't see their faces, i know these 2 people loved me, a lot, like i was their baby, so this brings up th question, who am i? where did i come from? what was i made for? and the most important one, who were those 2 people?" she adds and the doctor nods with a hum
"you are even a mystery to me, i do feel like it wasn't a coincidence that you found me all the way back at christmas in 2005 when you woke me up by giving me tea when rose, mickey and jackie were to distracted or busy to realise i needed it, i knew then you were too smart to be a reglaur cat" the doctor says and emily nods with her paw on her mouth
"yeah, do you know who i am?" emily says then asks the TARDIS as she turns around to it
'no, like the doctor said, you are a mystery to me as well' the TARDIS says and emily sighs sadly making the doctor worried 
"don't worry, with me here, i'm sure we will figure out your backstory you don't know about soon, in the meantime, do you want to go on a adventure? just you and me like old times" the doctor says looking sad and then smiling as he goes over to the control panel
"umm...yeah, i'll like that" emily says as she smiles and the doctor smiles back at her
"ok, let me do this and...allons-y!" the doctor says happily and he pulls a lever happily
the TARDIS goes off and emily smiles with the doctor as she goes onto his shoulder like old times, meanwhile somewhere and there was something standing by a computer, it was looking at the computer and on the screen was a picture of emily with the doctor next to her, the picture is a slideshow and it shows emily looking to the left and then her turning till she looks at the camera looking netrual
"right, there she is" the man says as it turns around to look behind itself
the people the thing was talking to were 2 men and when they saw the picture of emily, they look at it stunned and were speechless
the 2 men were wearing visors on their faces that was almost as big as their faces, a dark blue and black future looking suit, gloves on their hands that were high tec looking and dark blue and black shoes that had jet packs in them
"now, you know that she's alive, why don''t you go and find her" the man says and the 2 men nod while smiling "oh! and also make her have this" he adds and hold out something
the something was a cube and when one of the 2 men take it, they see it was a soft chew sweet wrapped in a blue wrapper (it based o something called milk flavoured chews)
"its a special sweet that you can give to her and it will turn her into a human so you can see if she does look like her parents" the man says and the 2 men nod happily "now go, the doctor's ship will be landing soon" he add and the 2 men nod
the 2 men walk out of the room and the thing smiles when the 2 men leave then it turns back around to look at the screen
"soon, my plan will take action and then i will be the most powerful being in the whole galaxy" the man says and it laughs evily as the screen still shows off emily with the doctor next to her
meanwhile underneath the computer room in a different room was a jail cell and in the jail cell were 2 men, one was sitting on the ground looking sad while the other one was standing by the bars looking around the empty room, the one sitting on the floor has curly dark blonde hair, blue eyes and was wearing a lab coat with a light gray shirt, black trousers and brown trainers (this is tom hiddleston is you couldn't tell) and the other guy has short brown hair, blue eyes, a stubble beard and is wearing a lab coat with a black t-shirt, black trousers and trainers (this is sebastian stan if you couldn't tell)
"how long we've been in here now?" the guy by the bars says turning around to the other guy on the floor
"about a year and a half now" the other guy on the floor sounding sad
"and how long has she been gone for?" the brown haired guy says he sits next to the other guy looking sad
"about 2 years...i miss her" the dark blonde haired guy says sadly as he looks a down and the brown haired guy hums
"i do too" the brown haired guy says and he let the dark blonde haired guy put his head on his shoulder
they sat thee quietly for while but then they see someone on the other side of the bar which makes them jolt upward, it was the thing and they get angry
"what do you want?!" the brown haired guy says defensively with a snark on his face
"oh! if youre going to be that agressive, i guess you don't want to hear the news" the thing says smiling smugly while looking evil
"what news?" the dark blonde haired guy says as he looks at the thing confused
"your daughter, we found her"the thing say and the 2 men look at the thing stunned "she's on the planet called earth in the year 2023, she's been there since 2005 and is travelling around the world with the last time lord that exists called the doctor" it explains while the 2 were still stunned but were started to form tears in their eyes "we are getting her back now but as shes with the doctor, it's hard to find her" it adds and the pair then looked annoyed
"you leave her alone!" the brown haired guy says angryily pointing to the thing
"yeah, leave her alone" the dark blonde haired guy says joining in with his partner
"you know i can't, she has something i want and has had since you created her so if you excuse me,i have to check how my men are doing, ta-ta!" the thing says and it walks off evily smugging
the brown haired guy gets up and goes over to the bars of the cage, he starts shaking them aggressively as he watches the thing leave
"leave it, honey, there is no way we can get out of here" the dark blonde haired guy says while the brown haired guy shakes the bars
the brown haired guy calms down and he leans ageist the bars disappointed, suddenly a bar falls off the cell and lands on the ground with a light thud, the brown haired guy turns around and sees it came loose, he looks at the bar confused as well as the dark blonde haired guy as he goes over to join the brown haired guy and the brown haired guy tries the other bars, they all come off easily like pulling a loose bit of hair out of your face and soon, all the bars were gone
"what? how?" the brown haired guy says holding a bar in his hand
"don't know but we are free, let's go!" the dark blonde haired guy replies and he takes the brown haired guy by the hand
"wh-where are we going?" the brown haired guy asks confused as he was dragged by the dark blonde haired guy
"you'll see" the blonde haired guy says happily as he was still dragging the brown haired guy with him
they end up leaving the cell room and heading somewhere to the left of the cell room, back with emily and her with the doctor have landed somewhere after a incident with a man with a classic darlek (the children in need special) and when they get out, they see they are at a stadium but it wasn't for a football game, instead it was for a convention and they can see people in different costumes heading inside the building
"are we at a convention?" emily asks as she looks around at the people in different costumes
"a what?" the doctor says unsure what emily means
"a convention? you've never heard of a convention before, mr.smarty pants" emily says then looks at the doctor confused with a bit of teasing
"no, it's a new thing to me, what is it?" the doctor says puzzled and emily looked surprised that the doctor didn't know when he's suppose to know everything
"its a 4 day event where people come either in a cosplay of their favorite character and either help support people with business by buying products from tv shows, movies, games, anime and novels, see actors and actresses in panels to see them in person and ask them questions, meet other people and other stuff" emily explains as the doctor goes inside thanks to his phychic paper and he starts looking around
"hey, nice costume, dude!" a man dressed like th scout from team fortress 2 says as he walks passed the doctor and emily
"thanks?" the doctor says at the man looking super confused
"see, you fit right in!" emily says happily and she giggles after looking back at the guy who complimented the doctor
"yeah but that means if there is a monster or ailen here, it will be hard to find as it will blend in well with the crowd of people" the doctor says concerned and emily nods agreeing with him
"yeah, that's true..." emily says as she looks around at all the different people who were walking around, sitting down on a bench or the floor or talking to other people "especally when we always go somewhere, we always end up finding a monster or ailen, its like the TARDIS is a trouble magnet" she adds and the doctor hums agreeing with her
"so, let's look around and see if the problem comes to us" the doctor says happily and emily nods happily while smiling
the pair go off and they start looking around but what they didn't know is that they were being watched by the 2 high tec men that were talking to the thing eariler, they watched emily and the doctor walk away as hey hid behind some bushes and they look at each other with a nod after the left one holds up the blue wrapped sweet, they then go into the bushes disappearing and were now gone from the bushes, the doctor and emily keep looking around and smile at all the things around them, they were having a good time but the doctor was a little on edge as he knew that sooner or later, it will end with a monster or ailen appearing to ruin it and right on queue, something does happen as suddenly people start running and screaming
"whats going on?!" emily says as she was looking at the people running for their lives
"i don't know but let's go find out" the doctor says interested and he grins as he runs into the crowd of people
when the get to the other side of the crowd, they see it was a monster the pair hadn't seen before, it looked like a robot but something was off about it as it didn't really look like a robot, the robot thing then changes into a darlek and starts shooting people but wasn't saying exterminate
"oh! it's a mimic!" emily says realising as she points to it
"yeah but what is it doing here?" the doctor replies confused as he pulls out his sonic screwdriver
"what happened to your screwdriver?" emily asks as she points to the sonic screwdriver
"i had to make it out of cutlery, mainly spoons" the doctor replies as he looks at the screwdriver then points it at the mimic monster
the doctor turns on the screwdriver and this makes the monster start glitching out, it then turns back into the robot it was before then collapses on te ground as the screwdriver turns it off, the doctor and emily go over to the robot and emily jumps off the doctor's shoulder when he kneels by the robot
"this is a strange robot, i've never seen anything like it" the dcotor says geeking out by the robot and emily smiles seeing his excitment
emily examines the robot and starts smelling it to see if it had a scent but instead, she was picking up on a different scent away from the robot, it smelled like cotton candy and she starts walking away from the robot only for a few steps till she finds the smell, the smell was coming from this sweet in a blue wrapper that was sitting on the floor and the cotton candy smell was ready strong, emily picks up the sweet and she goes back to the doctor with the sweet in her paw
"i fond a sweetie!" emily says happily as she shows the doctor the sweet
"that's nice" the doctor says too distracted by the robot
emily looks at the sweet and she unwraps it to see that the sweet was white, she then eats it and it taste just like those milk bottle sweets you can get from the sweet pick and mix, she loves it and was happily eating it as she watches the doctor mess with the robot, suddenly the robot wakes up and it whacks away the doctor's screwdriver from his hand, it then lands on the floor a few feet away but it smashes into a lot of pieces
"no, the screwdriver!" the doctor says as he goes over to the now broken screwdriver
"h-have y-you s-seen d-d-donna l-lately?" the mimic robot says stuttering but then it shuts down again but for good
"donna? why do i need to visit donna?" the doctor says confused as he goes back to the robot then he looks at the bottom of the robot
he sees that the foot of the robot had writing on it and it said 'made by T.T.M' on it which made him confused, emily who was next to him on the floor shrugs after swallowing the sweet and then she suddenly feels very weak as she falls over after groaning in pain, the doctor goes over to her and picks her up
"emily?" the doctor says confused as he looks down at emily in his arms
"friend, i don't feel so good..."emily says in pain and then she goes unconsious
the doctor panics and leaving the robot and his now broken screwdriver behind he runs back to the TARDIS, when he gets there, he puts emily down on the chair and then puts in the coronates to november 2023 at chiswick, after he does that, the TARDIS starts glitching and it starts doing little explosions to the console which makes the doctor panic
"no! no! no!" the doctor says as he tries to control the situation but fails
the console still does little spark explosions and soon the TARDIS blacksouts while smoke covers the whole controller room, the doctor coughs and he looks around the TARDIS confused
"emily?" the doctor says as he checks the chair he put emily on but he couldn't feel her
"i'm here" emily replies and the doctor hears her to his right "but i don't feel right" she adds and the doctor gets confused
the lights turn back on and the doctor smiles seeing the light were back on, he then looks over at emily and was surprised to see a human there instead but then realised it was emily
"emily?" the doctor says and emily nods
"yeah?" emily replies looking confused with a head tilt
"you're...a human girl" the doctor points out and emily looked more confused
"i am?" emily says and she goes over to look at the screen monitor on the TARDIS console
it was true, emily was a human girl, she looked to be 6 with dark blonde hair that was short yet slightly curly, her cat ears poking out the top of her head, big blue eyes, she had virtilligo on half her face from under her eyes going to her chest, on her hands going to her wrists and on her feet going to her ankles, wings coming out of her back which reached out to her elbows, a tail coming out of her back above her bottom, collar still around her neck and she was completly naked which made her cover up her privates with the doctor's coat when he gives it to her
"i'm a hooman! and nakey!" emily says shocked then embarrassed as she holds the coat
"come on, i'll take you to the dressing room to get dressed" the doctor says and emily nods with a huff sigh "how did you turn into a human?" he asks as the pair walk to the TARDIS's dressing room
"i don't know...wait! i think it was that sweet i ate, the one that smelt like cotton candy and it tasted like those milk bottle sweets" emily says first confused then realising as she looks at the doctor
"that means that someone wanted you to be human, but who?" the doctor says and emily shrugs unsure with a confused face
the pair soon reach the dressing room and emily went in while the doctor stayed outside to wait for her, meanwhile with the 2 men that escaped the cell and they were now in a lab and standing by a escape pod, they were also wearing badges on their coats and by their picture was their names, the dark blonde haired one was named 'dr.thomas aka tom stanston' and the brown haired one was named 'dr.sebastian stanston', the pair also had a backpack and they were putting it in the escape pod
"are you ready?" tom asks sebastian as he puts his back in the escape pod
"yep, let's go" sebastian replies and the pair get in the pod
tom then pushes some buttons and then they were on their way, meanwhile in the computer room and the thing was smiling as his men got emily to eat the sweet and she was now a human but due to the doctor taking her into his police box ship too quickly, the thing didn't get a chance to see emily's human form but he did get word from one of his men that they put a glitch chip on the ship to relocate the TARDIS to a different yet near location on earth
"where did the TARDIS go?" the man asks his men on the walkie-talkie
"it went to november 2023 in chiswick, england" one of the men says on the other end of the walkie-talkie and the thing smiles
"good, come back here and get ready to go into your robot suits" the man says and he gets a 'roger' from the walkie-talkie before he puts it down
"sir! sir! we have a problem!" a woman says coming into the room in a panic
"what is it, tiffany, i'm busy!" the man says looking annoyed
"it's emily's parents! they broke out of their cell!" the woman, tiffany says and she holds up a cell bar
"what?! let me have that bar!" the man says and he takes the bar from tiffany showing off it's small claws hand "...rust, the bars rusted away but how? the bar are anti rust" he says annoyed to see that the bars had rusted off the cell
"umm...they weren't really...you see, over a spam of a few months, the bars were getting rusted by the water leak from a faulty pipe in the celling" tiffany explains looking guilty and then the thing screams angryily
"go, FIND THEM!" the man screams and tiffany nods scared before running off frightened
the thing growls frustrated and then looks at the screen again where it shows a map of england and a red dot where it the TARDIS has been located, with tom and sebastian and they were looking on a screen to see if they can locate earth and they find it as the screen was connected to the main screen at the lab, it goes to the date, time of year which is 2023, and set to land in chiswick, england, they also had a picture the pair stole from the main computer with a lab computer of what emily and the doctor look like so they know who to look for when they get to earth
"okay, let's go and get our daughter" tom says to sebastian seriously and sebastian nods at him seriously with a smirk
tom confirms the location and the ship set off to earth with a time jump to get there, back with emily and she comes out of the TARDIS dressing room and she was wearing a red dress with a red jacket that had holes in the sleeves where she had her thumb though the left sleeve, red socks and sparkly gold trainer shoes, there was a hole at the back of the jacket and dress for her wings and tail to come out of
"you look great, emily" the doctor says happily and emily smiles with her tongue sticking out and blushing a little
"aww, thanks friend, so kind!" emily says happily with a smile and the doctor smiles too
"shall we see what going on then?" the doctor says curiously and emily nods happily
"yeah, lets go!" emily says afte nodding and the doctor smirks
the pair goeback into the console room and head to the door ready to figure out what is going on, meanwhile with the thing and he was standing in front of 2 robot smiling
"this will help us get emily back here" the man says and was smiling evily
suddenly tiffany comes back in and she was looking panicked
"sir, they've taken one of the escape pods" tiffany says and the thing makes a angry noise
"right, not only do we have to get emily here, we have to stop her parents too, come on, let's give earth a visit" the man says and he walks off out of the room
the robots follow him and tiffany stays behind looking worried and scared, now it was a mystery and a journey that both the doctor and emily had to concours, the doctor has to figure out why he got his tenth incarnation's face back, emily need to figure out what she is and who are those 2 people are in her dream, her parents coming to earth to help rescue her from the thing and the thing coming to eath with his 2 robots to stop emily and take her power, how will it go? and what will happen?
