Doctor Who - Team TARDIS - The Return of Emily's Forgotten Past

It's been a few days since the doctor and emily went to that strange amusement park and theatre and both the doctor and emily haven't travel much since that event and it wasn't because of the event, the doctor just felt like he needed to spend more time with the master and lily which they didn't mind while emily was just happy to see the doctor spending time with his partner and their daughter leaving her to spend time with her friends, her parents, her partner ben and their daughter mima, the few days were i
uneventful with only memories and cuteness to be has but it wasn't till last night where something changed, it was a calm cloudless night with the half moon in the sky with the stars all about, in the house and everyone was fast asleep in their bed with the doctor and master sleeping together and the master owas spooning the doctor, lily was asleep in her cot next to the bed and she had mima sleeping with her being in her chest and under her chin snuggled up to lily, tom and sebastian were asleep together in their bed with sebastian on his left side facing the window while tom was on his right side making their back touching as they slept, and lastly, emily was asleep in her bed while hugging her blanket as well as one of her pillows.
as emily was asleep, she suddenly has a dream and in the dream, she was in a strange place but she had the doctor with her as she was on his shoulder which made her relax a little, the place they were in was some type of big city like london or new york and the pair were walking down the road with people walking past, the pair were walking around when suddenly, they were in a house and it wasn't their home, the home looked run down and looked to be abandoned for a while, the doctor and emily look around the house but then emily realised that she was on her own as she was flying in a random room
'friend! friend, where are you?!' emily calls out to the doctor panicked but she gets no reply making her panic more
she then sees a figure at the end of the room and she felt breif relief thinking it was the doctor but then she looks again now seeing it wasn't the doctor at all, she then recognises the figure as the thing that was chasing the pair from the theatre and she starts hissing and getting poofy as it starts getting nearer, meanwhile out of the dream and tom was just coming out of the bathroom when he starts hearing a funny breif yet aggressive hissing noise, he goes to emily's room to investigate and he sees emily, laying on her bed with the duvet kicked off her from thrashing a little and she was hissing in her sleep also being very poofy, he sighs then he goes over where he picks her up holding her like a baby and starts giving her affection by cuddling, reassuring her by massaging her head and then placing a kiss on her head, she then calms down a lot and she was sleeping peacefully again now snuggling into tom as she could smell him.
back in the dream a few seconds back and emily was hissing and poofy as the monster approaches but then out of nowhere, someone appears in front of emily going in between her and the monster and after a second, emily recognises the figure as tom
'dad?' emily says confused with a head tilt but happy to see her father as she was wagging her tail like a dog
tom turns to emily giving her a smile then he turns to the monster looking serious, he then suddenly uses his green magic on the monster making it suddenly disappear like it was never there, the room then suddenly changed into emily's house being in the living room and tom picks emily up where he holds emily like a baby and he sits down on the sofa, emily now felt safe and she closes her eyes enjoying the cuddles and kisses tom was giving her, the next morning and when emily wakes up, she lays in bed for a while as she can remember the dream she had last night and she smiles when she remembers to, saving her, she decides to write the dream down so she doesn't forget it and then she leaves her room to go check on mima in the doctor's room, when she gets to the doctor's room, she sees the doctor with lily playing with her while the master was missing and when mima who was trying to join in with the play sees emily, she squeak barks happily and runs over to emily almost falling off the bed doing so
"hi mima! are you being a good girl?" emily says happily as mima reaches her and the pink furred kitten/chihuahua puppy hybrid headbutts her happily making her giggle a little
emily the grabs mima from the scruff of the neck like what a mother cat does with a kitten that is full sized then she jumps on the bed joining the doctor, the pair spent a while bonding with their babies and the babies were having the best time having fun until they grew hungry, the pair went to feed their babies with the doctor giving lily formula while gave mima a bowl of cooked chicken chunks as it was her favourite, while mima was eating her chicken, emily went off to find tom who was in the back with sebastian and she told him about the dream she had with him in it
"was i in it?" sebastian asks looking curious while smirking a little
"no! and i wish you were! friend was in it but den he suddenly disappeared leaving me awone...rood!" emily says looking angry then she mumbles annoyed as she looks away tucking her paws into herself like she was crossing her arms
tom and sebastian chuckle at emily's attitude and she ends up giggling too as well as smiling from their chuckle, emily then goes back inside to check if mima had finished her chicken which she almost had and when she was done, emily took mima to her room where mima fell asleep on emily's bed feeling happy and full, emily then goes into the doctor's room where she sees the doctor putting lily to bed while she sees the master going up into the attic as he likes to read up there
"so, what do you wanna do today?" emily says as she goes over to the bed as the doctor was sitting on it after he puts lily into bed
"umm...we could go had a quick trip together as everyone is somewhat busy today" the doctor replied and emily smiles at the idea "donna is out with some of her friends having a girl day, rosie's at school, the master is busy reading up in the attic and both lily and mima are asleep" he adds as he points to the attic at one point then to lily in her cot
"my dads also aren't really doing anythin' either but dey seem happy on da balcony chattin' about tings" emily adds as she points to the bedroom windows as they was under the balcony "anyway, shall we go? or do you wanna wait a moment, i don't mind" she adds happily as she still sits on the bed looking at the doctor with her tongue sticking out
the doctor smile at emily as he picks emily up which she doesn't mind as she's used to being held and carried around by the doctor and the pair go into the TARDIS where they head over to the TARDIS console, the doctor then pushes some buttons, flicks some switches and pulls some leavers while emily sat on the sofa watching the doctor run around the console like he was still the same age he was 19 years ago in 2005, the TARDIS goes as fast as she could though the time vortex and soon, the time ship disguised as a vlue police box lands in the random location she had chosen for the doctor and emily to explore
"looks like we're here" emily says happily as she jumps on to the doctor's shoulder
"yes we are, shall we see where we landed?" the doctor replies happily and emioy nods smiling with her tongue sticking out
the pair leave the TARDIS and when they got out, they see they were in a very odd place, the place looked to be a abandoned planet with everything around the doctor, emily and the TARDIS looking dead, dark and empty
"wow, this planet looks like it hasn't been touched it lived on in a very long time" the doctor says amused but surprised as he looks around the place after he takes a touch out from how dark it was
the doctor felt there was no wind, sees there was no rocks around, the ground was very dry so there was no trees or anything and there was no sun nor moon in the sky, the doctor wondered what part of the universe there were in as when he looks up in the sky, he could see many stars and poking from the left side seem to be a milky way which looked very beautiful
"hmm...i don't really recognises this place, maybe we should look around and figure out where we are and if anyone is here" the doctor says to emily as he looks around and then he realises that he wasn't getting a response from his friend "emily?" he asks as he glances over at emily
he sees that emily looked shocked and stunned as she looked around and he was wondering what was on her mind
"emily, are you okay? what's wrong?" the doctor asks both curious and concerned as he reaches his hand up to emily and pets her on the head making her snap out of her thoughts with electricity sparking off her body briefly
"*gasp* friend!" emily says suddenly in shock as she looks at the doctor with wide eyes
"what? what's the matter?" the doctor replies concerned as he looks at emily
"...i don't know, i had dis weird feelin' dat i-...never mind, shall we look around?" emily says honestly but then drops it thinking her mind was playing tricks on her
"...okay..." the doctor mumbles still concerned for emily and then he starts walking ahead while shining his torch to help him see
as he walked, emily was wondering what was this weird familiar feeling she was having, she felt like she had been here before like it was déjà vu but she doesn't recognise the place as she looks around mainly at where the doctor was shining his light, suddenly, emily's ears twitch and perk up as she suddenly hear singing, the singing sounded really familiar to her but the weird part that the singer sounded like her dad, tom but he was at home
"dat way!" emily says suddenly yet a little quiet as she points to her left with her right paw
"okay?" the doctor says confused but doing what emily says as he starts walking to the left
the pair kept going untill the doctor spots something, it was a research lab similar to the one from mars where the doctor and emily met those water people, the doctor and emily go over to the door of the lab and the doctor uses his screwdriver to enter the air lock room where once enter, the room does what it was intended to do and add oxygen to the room helping the doctor breath better when he could strangly breath quite well outside while emily can breath anywhere due to her electricity, the pair enter and they see they were in the main area of the base which was the captain's area with many panels around of screens, buttons, levers and switches but it was also a meeting room, the meeting room part was a desk at the front and then seats in rows opposite the desk like it was a school assembly.
emily looks around and then she suddenly gets struck with a memory as her head started to hurt making her cover her eyes with her paws, in the memory, she sees that she was standing on the desk with all her all of her friends next to her looking excited and proud then she looks in the crowd where she saw some unfamiliar faces with even some human/animal hybrid which emily remembered being called humanimals were standing around but then she spotted tom and sebastian who was happily smiling and waving at her making her wave back
"*clears throat* everyone, today is a exciting day we have finally have all the elements we need to make this planet inhabitable" a voice says and emily looks to her left to see a human/lion hybrid standing at a stand who emily now remembers from tom and sebastian's story was leon the leader
the human and the humanimals all cheer happily happy with the results but then suddenly, a bang was heard on the airlock door, everyone looks over at the door and then a explosion happens making everyone freak out, emily didn't know what broke in as the memory finished and she starts hearing the doctor petting her while sound concerned
"emily? emily! are you okay? emily!" the doctor worried and concerned as he was petting emily on the head and then emily open her eyes and looks around the room before landing her eyes on the doctor who looked worried "what happened?" he asks concerned and he watches as emily flies off his shoulder to go in front of him
"i-i recognise dis place...dis is earthrium, my birth planet" emily says sadly serious as she looks at the doctor "dis is da location where leon the lion/hooman leader had his meeting with my parents and da others and i just had a memory on i tink a few minutes before the incident happened where i as well as my friends had to be put into a space pod to get away from dis place" she explains and the doctor nods while staying quiet
"so, the TARDIS accidentally found your birth planet?" the doctor says still concerned yet serious and emily nods slowly
"i had a feelin' when we arrived dat dis place was familiar to me but it wasn't until we walk in 'ere is when i realised" emily says as she looks around going into a audible mumble
"what was the memory about?" the doctor asks making emily turn around to him looking sad
"i was standin' over dere on the desk with me friends where da leon leader was happy to announced dat they had finally had all da element to help start building dis place to make it like earth before the airlock door explodes, dats where the memory end but don't be worried if i have more, me brain is starting to unlock me past as i haven't been here in 27 earth years" emily explains and the doctor nods but still looked a little concerned
"wait, if you said that you remember the airlock door exploding, why is it like it never exploded?" the doctor says confused as he looks at the intact airlock door
"i tink me parents did dat, dey were da only survivors from da attack 27 years ago and dey stay here for a while till recently back in november where dey decided to leave to come find me as that point, dey had made the escape pod for dem to escape as dey had to rebuild it from scratch so i guessing dey rebuilt the airlock door too to keep dem safe" emily says explains and the doctor smirks a little then the pair start walking with emily walking in front of the doctor
"that does explain it" the doctor says as he looks over at the air lock door which they were walking away from then back at emily "did your parents say what attacked this place?" he asks curiously kinda remembering the story that emily's dads told emily but was also mixed up with other things
"yeah, dey said it was a massive meep invasion which explains why seddy hated the meep so much after he found me again with the meep in donnie's house, protecting me from it whenever he could while i was busy protecting you from it, i guess i had a low key instinct about da meep and what dey did" emily explains as she was thinking about it and the doctor nods with a annoyed look in his eyes but then calms down again
"where we going?" the doctor asks wondering where emily was going
"i have a feeling dat we need to go dis way" emily replies calmly as she points ahead of her while looking back at the doctor
the doctor shrugs not judging her instincts and the pair walk down a little corridor connected to the meeting room, as the pair kept walking, the pair notice that the doors that they walk past had rest in peace plaques on the doors and emily could tell from the writing that tom must of done this
"i'm guessin' dad did dis to put his mind to rest about da death of da others, i know you would probably do da same ting, friend" emily mumbles as she looks at each door and she glances at the doctor who nods knowing he would also do it too
suddenly, emily hears the singing again and it was coming from the door to emily's right, she goes near the door slowly before flying up to the sign on the door which read 'tom and sebastian's room' with a heart in it, emily giggles a little from how cute and corny it was and then she looks at the door again before huff sighing preparing herself to go in, the doctor was a few feet away giving emily a little space but he was also looking around wondering about everything with this place, emily enters the room after pushing the handle down then swinging the door open and once she turned on the light, loads of smells, memories and nostalgia hit emily like a truck as she stares in the room, the room was deviced into 2 areas with one area being the science area as the main attraction of the area was the tall glass container in the right side in the middle with other science stuff around, then there was a door and wall in the middle of the room leading into a apartment type area but emily didn't check it out yet as she was fascinated by the science room, the doctor followed her in and he looks around amazed by all the science stuff
"...i was born in dere..." emily mumbles emotionless as she looks at the glass container flying next to it
emily then put her right paw on the glass container and then she suddenly gets a memory come to her as she gets painful headache making her close her eyes, in the memory, she had her eyes closed while feeling like she was underwater but she could clearly hear voices
"mr.leon wants to know how ECE-001 is doing" a woman's voice says and emily felt like she knew the voice and she didn't like it
"she's asleep in the container after having a successful merge with the cat experiment and our baby girl" the voice of sebastian says calmly but emily could also hear he was hiding his sadness
emily opens her right eye a little and she could see that she was inside the container full of water like what she saw in her re-occurring dreams before she met up with the doctor again, outside the container, she could see sebastian standing by the door, tom was sitting on a stool by the center table looking sad as he was leaning on his hand as his hand was in his hair and then there was a third person that walked over to the container emily was in, the third person was one of those humanimals that looked to be a human/tasmanian devil hybrid, she was dressed like she was a boss of a company and she had a very emotionless face as she looks at emily
"...she doesn't look her best now but i know within a few days, she will be a very strong electric user making thunderstorms and helping the planet have loads of electricity to power anything electrical" the humanimal says as she looks over at tom and sebastian "you two did a good job for being 2 human men, i guess love does help you do impossible things..." she adds praising the pair and then she leaves with sebastian shutting the door behind her
emily then watches as sebastian goes over to tom and he gives tom a kiss on the cheek while having his arm over tom's shoulder, tom looks over at sebastian and he smiles at him repaying the kiss with a kiss on the lips, emily smiles and then closes her right eye feeling the weight of her eyelid suddenly growing heavy, then the next thing emily knew, she could hears the door open so she opens her right eye to see what was going on, she could see it was dark with some machine lights glowing in the darkness and the light of the hallway shining into the room as someone steps in the room, emily sees that the person stepping in the room was another one of those humanimals but this one was different to the human/tasmanian devil hybrid as this one was a human/owl hybrid with a cloak on and she pulled down her cloak hood as she gets to the container
"oh emily, you have a great destiny attached to your heart, the destiny says that you will head to earth in a escape pod where you will meet a ailen humanoid man with brown spiky hair and brown eyes, this man will help you to unlock your abilities to their full potential, help you find your friends and your parents and he will be your bestest friend being inseparable and going though everything together, this humanoid man is named the doctor but you will call him 'friend', you are a very special cat, emily, remember my words and you will someday be really powerful due to the love and support from the ones who love you" the human/owl humanimal explains and then she leaves after she puts her hood back up
emily closes her right eyes again and that is where the memories end as she opens her eyes seeing she was sitting at the table and the doctor looking at her worried
"are you okay? you were out of it for about 2 minutes" the doctor says calmly worried for emily as he looked at her concerned
"...reah, had 2 memories come to me" emily mumbles after she looks at the doctor then looks down at the table
"what were they about?" the doctor asks curiously as he sits down in front of emily
"...*huff sigh* both memories are me when i was in da container over dere i'm guessin' around da same day, da first one was of dis humanimal which looked like a tasmanian devil hooman hybrid coming in da room while my dads looked sad and depressed, i'm guessin' it was after da hard decision to put me in da electric cat experiment to save me, da humanimal den tell my dads how dey did a good job with me despite dem bein' both men, how i will be a strong electric user that will help get electricity to dis planet and how love can help do impossible tings before leaving da room and my dads havin' a moment before the next memory started" emily explains and she sees the doctor listening carefully "on the next memory, a strange hooman-owl hybrid with a hoodie cloak comes in da room while i tink me parents were asleep in bed and she told me that me meeting you back in christmas 2006 was my des-tiny!"she adds then repeats what she remembers the human-owl humanimal told her "so reah, after dat, she left and da memories stopped, i guess this explains a few tings like why i instantly stuck with you when we met, why i call you friend and why i can't be without you, it's all destiny but dis doesn't mean i don't regret doing it unknowningly as i don't and i love you very much, dis is just a lot to take in" she finishes and then she looks around the room again before her eyes lands on the door leading into the apartment area
"...i understand" the doctor says simply and he pets on the head affectionly making her lean into his hand for comfort but still looking at the apartment door "do you want to be alone for a while?" he asks seeing how distance she looked making emily look between him and the door
"uhh...maybe but don't wonder off too far, okay?" emily mumbles sadly and the doctor nods understanding before he lets emily fly over to the apartment door "wait! do you have a backpack or something with you?" emily stops as she gets to the door and she turns around to the doctor looking curious
"i-uhh...i think i do, hold on a moment" the doctor says stunned but then starts rummaging around his coat and suot jacket pockets "...ah-ha! i knew i had something!" he adds happily finding what he was looking for and he pulls out 2 big backpacks from his coat pockets "why do you need the backpacks?" he asks as he goes over to emily and hands her one
"well, i guess since dad and seddy left in a hurry to come find me, i imagine dey must of left a lot of stuff behind so i'm going to put dem in dis backpack" emily explains as she points to the backpack after taking it from the doctor then looks at the other one "oh, and while you are lookin' around, can you put anythin' dat looks important in dat backpack?" she says then asks and doctor smiles with a nod
"sure! see you in a bit!" the doctor says happily then he walks out the room
emily watches him leave and then she turns around to look at the door again, she then huff sighs and she opens the door seeing the apartment area, the apartment area was medium sized and emily flies in to see she was in a little corridor with a small waldrobe to her left for shoes and oxygen masks, the corridor lead into the living room and the dining room merged together, the living room had a 2 seat sofa, 2 one seat sofas, a bookshelf, a old block tv with a antenna coming out the top on a tv table with many magazines in the draws, a coffee table in the middle of the room on top of a carpet, a cabinet with some trinkets and some other things at the top which can be seem though a glass doors then 4 doors at the bottom, picture around of tom, sebastian, both of them or them together with emily which she put in the backpack and then a fireplace on the right side of the wall with a big family picture on top of the fireplace of tom, sebastian and emily as a newborn as she was in tom's arms looking the size of a 8 week old kitten but looking like a newborn kitten, emily smiles as she looks at the picture but when she touches it, she suddenly gets another memory as she closes her eyes and gets a painfu headache, in the memory, she sees that she was in tom's arms and he was giving her loves and kissing which made her wag her tail happily, she then hears a door shut and she then sees sebastian come into view standing behind tom
"how is she?" sebastian asks tom as he wraps his harms around tom's neck kissing tom on the cheek and then looks at emily who wags her tail harder and happier
"shes fine, i just fed her milk and now i'm giving her attention untill she grows tired" tom replies calmly and he smiles at emily making her smile
sebastian then reaches his hand and he starts petting emily making her giggle happily
"hey, can you take emily for a minute, i just realised i need to check something" tom says as he realised and he didn't give sebastian time to answer as he gives emily over to sebastian
sebastian looked confused on why tom asked if he was just going to hand emily to him anyway and emily just smiles at sebastian after she watches tom walk off, when tom was gone, sebastian huff sighs with a smirk then he holds up emily smiling at her making her smile back, he gives her some kisses on the face and head making emily giggle more with her tail wagging hard and he then hugs her close to his chest making emily start air pummelling from the warmth, soon, emily grew tired from both the heat from sebastian as well as hearing his heartbeat and she fell asleep then opened her eyes to see she was back in the living room again with the memory ended, emily giggles happily with a blush from how adorable that memory was and then she recovers as she looks around the dining room, the dining room had a small table with 2 chairs and a baby chair fit for a kitten emily, a cabinet with draws full of random things, some more pictures which emily put in the backpack and a mirror in the middle of the dining room with it also pointing to the apartment front door.
emily then sees the kitchen right next to the dining room which was separated from the dining room by a archway so emily goes in to see a kitchen that looked a mix between a morden one and one ripped from the 90s like what both the living room and dining room looked emily looked around the kitchen wondering if there was anything in here she can take or bring any memories to her but she couldn't really find anything, she then went into the living room again to that glass door cabinet so she could see if there was anything at the bottom doors as she was seeing if there was a photo album in there and when the doors open after unlocking it with a key, she finds 2 photo albums, one looked to be a big generic photo album and one that looked like a book that was pink and on the front it said 'Emily's Photo Album', emily wanted to look in the albums but she decided to not to as she puts the books in the backpack.
the last rooms emily needed to check were the bedroom and both doors were opposite each other in the corridor by the front door, when emily flies to the doors, she sees instantly which one was her door as it had a bedroom door sign on it, the bedroom door sign was red and white striped with her name in the middle written in read and around her name was a circle of cute cat heads of different colours, she smiles amused by the sign and she decides to leave her room for last as she knew that would probably bring back loads of memories so she decides to go to her parents room instead, she goes to the door then opens the door slowly to see it was dark and then she turns on the lights to see a very similar bedroom to what tom and sebastian have back at home but things were in different place, there was a bed in the middle of the room, a wall waldrobe to the left bottom corner with mirror attached to the door, some draws to the left side by a door leading into a small bathroom with toilet, sink and bath-shower, a desk with chair on the same side as the waldrobe and a stack of shelves with either books or items on it.
emily looked around the room small smiling as she was amused how little her parents have changed decor wise and then she sat on the bed where suddenly she gets another memory strike her, in the memory, she was in tom's arms getting fed a special formula as the formula looked a more cream colour like caramel but it was tasty as she was pummelling happily
"...do you think we will ever go back home with emily someday?" emily heard sebastian says as she looks over and he was sitting on the left side of the bed while tom was on the right side
"i don't know but i hope so, maybe when this planet is fully functional then they would probably let us take emily and go back to earth" tom replies calmly as he looks over at sebastian
sebastian then scoots towards tom and leans on his back which tom didn't mind as he smiles at sebastian and then kisses him on the forehead before going back to look at emily
"...do you also think emily will be a cat forever or will she somehow turn into a human girl at some point?" sebastian asks as he was thinking and tom just shrug
"i don't know but i hope we can see her human form at some point, i want to know if she looks like you more or me or maybe a mix of us both" tom says calmly and he smiles as he looks at emily
"yeah, i hope she looks like you more as your the more cute one" sebastian says flirty as he was still leaning on tom's back but then he affectionly kissed tom on the neck
"i guess but i hope she gets your hair as your hair is very fluffy and soft when it's freshly washed" tom says amused as he glances at sebastian happily
sebastian hums happily and then emily sees the pair have a kiss before the memory ends and she was back in the empty bedroom sitting on the bed, emily smiles with a blush as she puts her head in her paws from seeing the memory and she loved how cute her parents were together, she then looks over at her bedroom with the sign on the door and after just staring at it for a while, she huff sighs as she goes over to the door, she puts her paw on the door handle then opens the door slowly looking inside the room, she couldn't see at first but after she turns the light on, she sees that her room was a similar copy to the room she had back at home, the walls were painted a mix of pink and purple, stickers of cats on the walls with pictures of both cats and dogs hanging up, the room also had a wooden baby cot in the middle of the room horizontal under a window, a rocking chair at the right side by the cot, a bookshelf full of books by the rocking chair, a draw and a small waldrobe to the left side of the room and a box full of toys in the bottom left corner by the door while a radiator was on the bottom right side by the door
"dis...is my wroom...it feels...familiar" emily mumbles to herself as she stares in the room stunned but then she calms down a little feeling peaceful
she then flies over to the cot and when she puts her paw on a teddy bear that was inside the coy which looked really cute as it was a chocolate brown and cream teddy bear, she suddenly gets another memory, in this memory, she was being placed in the cot by tom who was looking calm and happy, emily looks up at him feeling both awake and sleepy and then tom smiles at her, he then starts singing and the song is the same emily heard when her and the doctor were looking for the lab

the next thing emily know, she was awake again and it was a little dark with only a night light glowing brightly in the left side of the room, tom was also gone so emily guessed him and sebastian went to bed, suddenly, the door slowly open and emily gets a little scared as slow opening door don't mean good things, when the door was fully open, somebody steps in the room and when they go over to the cot, emily recognises the figure as the human/tasmanian devil hybrid from a earlier memory, the human-animal hybrid looks down at emily and then smiles at her while emily looks up at her
"i can tell from all the experiments that you are going to be the leader even if you are the youngest, your power and strength will outshine the others and you will be protective, loyal and strong to the people you love" the tasmanian devil/human hybrid whispers calmly with a smirk and then she holds up a pink liquid in a thin vile "drink this" she adds then sticks the vile in emily's mouth
emily drinks the liquid and then she licks her lips as it had a strangely good taste to it as she was expecting it to taste gross
"this will give you your wings later in life, the wings will show the others your leadership and your pride to help and protect the ones you love" the tasmanian devil/human hybrid says and she then walks over to the door "you must be strong, loyal, brave and proud of who you are and i know you can do that" she adds then she leaves shutting the door behind her
emily then closes her eyes and when she opens them, she was back in the present in her empty room and still holding the teddy bear in her paws, she then puts the teddy bear in her backpack and then sits on the floor as she grabs her right wing and looks at it while she was holding it
"...she gave me dese wings...because i'm da leader of my elemental friends..." emily mumbles to herself as she looks between her wings and looking at the door
emily's mind was thinking of so much as it explains so many things like why she didn't get the wings right away when she was protecting the doctor from the ailen werewolf then a bolt of lightning hit her changing her into her form without her wings and then getting her wings later on during the time the wire last tried to eat everyone's faces but emily stopped her by absorbing the electricity causing her to have her wings, her life was now almost pieced together but there was so many question still unanswered, one of them which was stumping the doctor as he just finished going in the last room to collect some important stuff was that, why did the meeps attack this place? there was nothing here for them to have, right?, the doctor looked stumped as he went back to the room emily was in and he stopped inside
"emily?" the doctor called out to emily and he waits a second
"e!" emily calls out and she flies to the door where the doctor smiles as he goes over to her
"i found some important stuff that you can give to your friends when we get back, did you found out anything?" the doctor says as he holds up the backpack then asks as he puts the backpack over his left shoulder
"i-a few tings, like how dese wings were given to me by dat tasmanian devil-hooman hybrid and she told me that da wings are meant to show i'm da leader of me group of friends, dats why dey came in a bit later on after i got my red and white colours back" emily explains and the doctor nods understanding "i also found out that my dads adored me and loved each other dearly, it was cute and im glad they still do" she adds and she smiles as she blushes a little making the doctor smile
"that's nice, anyway, are you done or-?" the doctor says smiling then asks curiously to get a shake from emily
"not yet, i still need to puts some stuff in me bag and then look for something" emily says as she looks at her old bedroom and then flies back into it when she was done talking
"what is the something you want to look for?" the doctor asks as he steps in the apartment and goes to lean on the door to emily's old room
"well, i remember when my dads were telling me in da story about how dey survived da meep attack, dey told me dat dey hid in a basement for a while before da meeps left, i wanna find dat basement to see if dey is anythin' down dere dat dey could of forgot" emily explains as she was putting some things in the backpack then flies over to the doctor where she takes the sign off the door
"will it also help you get more memories about this place?" the doctor says as he watches emily put the bag by the door and then check around on the floor
"maybe, i just need to find it first" emily says as she looks up at the doctor and then starts looking around on the floor again
the doctor watches emily for a second as he puts his backpack next to emily's and then decides to help as he starts looking around and using his sonic screwdriver to help scan around, the doctor soon finds something interesting as he notice that one of the books in the bookshelf looked different to the others so he pulls it, it turned out the book was a lever and then the basement door open in the middle of the dining room next to the table with chairs
"emily? i found the basement!" the doctor calls out to emily and she appears from the kitchen
"oh good! thanks friend!" emily says happily as she flies over to the stairs of the basement and then starts heading down after she puts on a head flashlight on her head
the doctor was about to follow emily but then a paper falling out of the bookshelf where he pulled the book lever got his attention, he picks it up and he looks at it to see what it was about
'code to the safe in the basement - 23061997, don't forget this, it's literally our daughter's birthday!' the note says and the doctor smirks a little before he pockets the note
meanwhile in the basement and emily was looking around the room after she found the light to the basement which was on a post by the stairs, the basement looked to be the same size as the dining room and the kitchen together and it was luckily not a old, dark, dusty and boring basement you would usually see in horror movies, instead, the room looked to be some hideout room with some nice comfy sofas, a small kitchen in the corner, door in the right corner leading to a bathroom with a toilet, sink and bath, a king sized bed in left corner that looked very comfy with some comfy pillows on it, a bookshelf with books on them and when emily checked the books, they were all about magic, aura magic, different types of fighting styles, pregnancy books, baby books and other things, the bookshelf also had a black safe on it with a number pad and then lastly, there was a door to the left where the stairs were and when emily touched the door handle to try and open the door, she suddenly gets another memory, in the memory, she was upset but she didn't know why, suddenly, she hears bangs, scream and lasers firing which made emily guess instantly that this was during the meep attack, she then sees that she was in tom's arms and he looked stressed as he stood by the door in the basement, suddenly, sebastian appeared looking stressed and he presses a button on the bottom of the light which shuts the basement
"i'm here! let's go" sebastian says stressed and emily guessed tom was waiting for sebastian
emily looks up to see tom nodding then he open the door to see a corridor which was similar to the corridor emily saw in her visions before meeting the doctor again, tom and sebastian run down the corridor with tom holding onto emily like his life depended on it untill they reach a pod that had a sign on the top that read 'the escape pod (use for emergencies)' and emily knew this was the pod she was placed in, tom then hugs and kisses emily and then he hand emily to sebastian who also hugs and kisses her, sebastian then puts emily in the pod making sure she was comfortable and then the pair look at emily as sebastian shits the glass door to the pod
"emily, we are sorry we have to do this but it's to keep you safe, we are going to miss you dearly but we will come find you soon when we're done building another escape pod" tom says sadly and sebastian nods next to him agreeing with him
"we love you so much, emily, don't forget that, okay?" sebastian adds and emily smiles at the pair with them smiling back
sebastian then goes over to a keypad on the wall where he uses his id card to swipe a card swipe then punches in a number code in the number pad, the pod then starts shaking and the last thing emily sees is tom and sebastian sadly waving her off before tom breaks down crying and sebastian hugs him to confirm him, emily soon comes out of the memory and she could hear the doctor calling her name so she turns to him staring at him then looks down
"dis wroom...is da escape pod wroom" emily says simply as she was still thinking about what she saw then she pushes the door open
the doctor looks inside and he can see a corridor so he with emily go in it, the pair travel down the corridor until they reach the escape pod which was empty, emily stares at the empty pod and then she turns to the doctor looking confused
"i wonder where my pod went?" emily says confused as she looks at the doctor
"...yeah, i'm wondering the same thing, i know it's probably where rose's old apartment complex is but i don't remember seeing it anywhere" the doctor says as he examines the pod then looks at emily
"me neither, maybe it's invisible or something" emily says trying to think if she remembers landing on earth but her mind only remembers when she met the doctor
"we could go there and see if we can find it when we are done here?" the doctor says thinking about it and emily then looks at him full of worried
"are you sure you want to do dat? i mean, i don't know-...i know it's been a while since you dropped rose off in dat alternate universe with your clone and den hearin' a few months ago though mima coming back that dey sadly passed from a accident but i'm worried dat you could get some kind of panic attack from visitin' a old place again" emily explains concerned and the doctor smiles at her seeing how concerned she was for him
"i think i'll be fine and besides, i have you to comfort me if i do go into a panic attack" the doctor says calmly and he pets emily happily on the head making her purr
after the doctor pets emily, emily smiles at the doctor with some happy slow blinks before she flies off back onto the basement with the doctor following her, when the pair get back to the basement part, emily starts looking around untill she gets to the bookshelf while the doctor just watches her, she looks at the books on the shelf until her eyes land on the safe
"i wonder what's in 'ere?" emily says as she points to the safe with the paw like she was poking it
"well, let's find out, shall we?" the doctor replies happily as he goes next to emily holding a paper in his left hand that he took out of his pocket
the doctor punched in the code that was on the paper and then the safe lights up a green colour making emily more interested on what was in the safe, the doctor open the safe and inside was a few things which were 2 very thick notebook which when emily took them out, she realised that they were tom and sebastian's diaries with tom's being blue and sebastian's being black so she held onto them, a folder which contained emily's birth certificate, tom and sebastian's marriage certificate, tom and sebastian's wedding rings which made emily had to think if the pair were wearing rings on their fingers and then realised that they weren't so she took the rings, a hospital newborn baby band in pink that had a tag on it that read 'Emily aka ECE - 001, DOB - 23rd June, Sex - F, Power - Electrcity' and emily looked at her right wrist as she felt a feeling that the band was there when she was born and lastly, there were 2 baby pink collars in the safe, one that was way too small for emily then she realised this collar was her kitten collar then another one which was similar but different to the collar she had on now
"dis is a lot of important stuff...i need to put it in da backpack!" emily says as she looks at the stuff but struggling to hold it all
she then flies off to get the back and when she was gone, the doctor looked in the safe to check if it was empty but then sees something emily had missed, he pulls it out and it was a see though container that had a tag in it similar to the tag emily had on but different as it was a lightning bolt but it had red stripes going down the middle, the doctor then notice that emily dropped tone of the collars and when he picks it up, it was the similar collar she had on now, the similar collar was a lighter pink to emily's collar and the gems going around the collar were small round red gems with lightning bolts in the middle while the collar emily had on was a little darker baby pink with small red hexagon shaped gems going around it, the doctor looks between the tag and the collar then attached the tag to the collar after taking them bot out of the container, the tag and collar shine reacting to each other as emily was coming back down and she wondered what was going on as she sees the collar and the tag shining, suddenly, her collar from around her neck comes off her neck as it starts floating up and the collar the doctor had does the same thing, the 2 collars shine together as they floats between emily and the doctor who look up at them and then the collar merge together with a bright light making emily and the doctor cover their eyes, when the light calms down, emily was the first to look up and she sees that the collar was now the new collar from the safe with the tag also being the new tag from the safe and then the collar goes back on emily's neck where when it was back on, emily's electricity react by sparking all over the place but luckily missing the doctor who was jumping around trying to dodge the sparks and emily shakes her body to calm the electricity down which it does.
suddenly, emily gets a memory as she covers her eyes with her paws and in the memory, she sees that she was sitting in the middle of the living room with both baby toys and cat toys around her then she looks to the dining room where tom and sebastian were there talking to the human-owl hybrid that emily saw in a earlier memory
"this collar and tag shouldn't be put on emily untill she's at least over a year old as her electrical powers should be the most powerful, this collar will fully enhance her electricity and make it so she has full control of any and all electricity even fully make thunderstorm clouds by herself, it should be useful for when the revival project begins in a few months time" the human-owl hybrid explains as she watches tom and sebastian look at both the collar and tag
"okay, i'll put this in the safe with the others things" sebastian says when he takes the collar and tag off romans then he leaves after opening the basement
"all of the other elemental animals have these collars and like with emily, the collars will fully enhance the elemental animal's ability to it fullest so when the project starts, the animals will have their abillities fully controlled to help us make this planet a living planet" the human-owl hybrid explains and tom nods understanding
emily watches then suddenly as she closes her eyes, she was in a black room but it wasn't a dark room, she looks around and then she jumps as now in front of her was the human-owl hybrid that was talking to tom and sebastian just a minute ago
"i see you've finally unlocked your true power, it took you long enough but at least it was worth it as now, you have loads of electrical abilities you can do, i can't tell you what you can do but you will figure it out in time, you also need to give your friends their collars to help them unlock their true abillities as the meep incident caused you and them to be separated from family and the true abilities for each one of your friends, you need to collect the collars and then come find me, come find me...come find me!" the human-owl hybrid explains and then emily comes out of her memories when the human-owl hybrid shouts a little desperately
"hey, emily? are you okay?" the doctor asks emily as she comes out of her memory daydream
"...i-i tink so, just another memory..." emily replies coming out of her thoughts and then she shakes her body to release the stress
"what was the memory about?" the doctor asks as he goes over to emily
"about dese collars, a hooman-owl hybrid told my dads dat i'm not suppose to wear dis until i'm over a year old which i am now and dis collar will help me unlock my full ability with my electricity so dis means i can now probably do many more tings with me electricity that i couldn't do before" emily explains as the doctor looks at emily's collar by lifting up her head a little to look at it
"it suits you and makes you look more mature" the doctor says happily and emily smiles at him with a little giggle
"aww, zhank you!" emily says happily in a little whisper with a little blush and she swipes her paw feeling embarrassed "anyway, it also turns out dat i'm not da only one with dis type of collar, da others have one too and dey should be located in da basement so we need to collect them before we move on" she says getting serious and she goes upstairs from the basement
"okay but do you know the code for each safe?" the doctor says following emily looking a little confused
"i tink so but if i don't, just use your screwdriver as a shortcut, otay?" emily replies as she grabs her backpack from the door and then stand by the front door of the apartment
the doctor smiles with a nod while checking if he still had his sonic screwdriver with him which he did and then the pair leave the apartment with their backpacks heading to the other apartments, the doctor had already earlier been in the apartments to take out the important stuff of emily's friends mainly pictures and some memorable stuff like teddy bears, photo albums, books and other things but now the doctor was going back in with emily to find the basement, the pair soon find the other basements and they weren't as nice as emily's old apartment basement as it was like emily's friends parents didn't know the basements didn't exist or didn't use it as much as what emily's parents did
"so who apartment was this?" emily asks as she didn't really know as the doctor took the evidence down of who apartment it was
"it was one of the dogs, this one was a mid blue colour with floppy ears and a dark blue collar" the doctor says and explains the friend as emily was looking around the apartment
"oh! you mean darien?" emily says realising when the doctor mentions the collar and the doctor kinda nods "she's the one we met in pompeii, remember and i had to convince her to use her fire to control the rock troll things as well as the volcano" she adds explaining the pompeii adventure
"i remember her now, didn't she have some issues?" the doctor says as he goes over to the bookshelf to check the book like he did before
"yeah, she has weird trust issues as she didn't know who to trust or not, she even like dis around me and da other friends even if we grew up together so i blame her parents as i remember my dads sayin' dat they were insecure, didn't trust anyone with only doing tings by force and lie a lot to get out of tings, darien has sadly taken up the lyin' ting to defend herself but i tink she's getting better and bein' more honest" emily explains to the doctor about darien as the doctor opens the basement by finding the right book and the pair go into the basement to find the safe "on the other hand, she generous, she's a great with her fire ability as you saw on the pompeii adventure and she's my best friend so i understand her even when i can see though her lies and she understands me and my interests" she adds as she finds the safe on a table in the middle of the room flying over to it
"she sounds like she need to talk to someone like a therapist" the doctor says in a mumble as he joins emily by the safe
"yeah...i don't know how she will open up to them though as i mentioned earlier, she's a little insecure and lies to defend herself so the therapist will have to somehow work with her, ah! here we go!" emily says as she punches in darien's birthday in the safe and she smiles when it opens
inside the safe were some of the same things emily saw in her parent's safe which were the newborn band, the birth certificate, the collar and the tag, emily takes all 4 of them and puts in the backpack the doctor has, the pair soon went to each apartment and emily explains to the doctor about each of her friend, after darien's apartment was hollie's apartment hollie has the ability with grass and plant and like with emily and darien, she was very good with it using plants to fight and to heal others, hollie is a kind and laid back and she was also one of 2 friends that is a born hybrid with both bear and hamster so she was a bear cub sized hamster.
after emily and the doctor grabbed hollie's things, the next apartment was hayley's apartment, hayley was a brown and white rabbit with the ability to control ground, like hollie, hayley was a kind and laid back girl but she also doesn't like getting left out with fashion trend, hollie and hayley end up being good friends and the pair even work together a lot to make powerful attacks so they were always paired together but hayley can cope on her own without hollie.
after grabbing hayley's stuff, the next apartment the pair went into was lauren's apartment who the doctor had met before during the mars adventure, lauren was a sparrow with the ability of water, she was a massive nerd in both technology and pokémon which emily liked too so it's why the pair got on well, darien also liked pokémon as both emily and lauren liked it but she would also disconnect herself sometimes from the pair for no reason so emily guessed that her parents were controlling her on who she can be friends with on some days, back to lauren and her only drawback was that she was super spoilt so she got things she wanted not giving her friends anything to get her for birthdays and christmas as she would have already got it herself.
after grabbing lauren's stuff, the next apartment the pair went to was chloe's apartment, chloe was the other hybrid to hollie being a peacock and a dove, being the size of the peacock and also having the long tail feathers but the body and head were dove, chloe's ability was rocks and stones with her making rocks out of nowhere, making gemstones, using rocks to fight and other things, chloe like hollie and hayley is a friendly and laid back girl and she also very social with others, she also a little motherly to others and is the one who always breaks up arguments being the straight woman.
after the pair grabbed chloe's stuff, the next apartment they went into was liam's apartment, liam was the 2 of the 3 dogs of the friend and he was a parson russell terrier while darien was a mach russell terrier, the different between darien and liam was that liam was bigger then darien and his coat was less wired haired then darien's, liam's ability was controlling the wind and air like making tornadoes, whirlwinds, strong gusts and other things, liam was cool and a little laid back but the problem was that he also has some anger issues but playing games seems to calm him down, his best friend was ben with everyone thinking they were brothers which they didn't mind, he also at one point tried to date darien but it didn't work out as darien was and is still causious of people and liam has his anger issues and he was scared he could hurt darien during his anger outburst so they remained buddies, he gets on well with emily and since she has a relationship with ben and even have a child together, liam like to jokingly call her his sister in law which emily doesn't mind as she knows the brotherly friendship between him and ben.
after collecting liam's stuff, the last apartment emily and the doctor went into was ben's apartment and when the pair walked in the apartment, emily couldn't help but smile
"it still funny to me dat apparently, ben's parent didn't like me and him hangin' out together for some reason but what are dey going to do now dat me and him have a baby together" emily says amused and then she giggles a little
"well, knowing people these days, they would probably try and still split you two up but let you two co-parent mima" the doctor replies calmly after thinking about it then he pulls the book lever on the bookshelf
emily rolls her eyes and then she goes downstairs to the basement, anyway, with ben and he was lady of the friends that was a dog and he was a chihuahua, he was also the second friend the doctor met after darien on the ood planet and he was also emily's first and only crush while emily was ben's first and only crush, the pair also had a lot of relationship first together like their first romantic kiss together, their first intimacy together and now they were parents to mima and they were very happy and proud parents to their daughter, ben's personality was similar to emily where he giggles a lot, clever, loved games and very cuddly, he also likes to tease emily as he loved her blushed face and he also has a great brotherly relationship with liam.
after the pair grabbed ben's stuff, the pair were finally done going into all the apartments getting the important things and emily looks at the 2 backpack as her and the doctor step out of ben's apartment room
"i think i'll call the TARDIS to put these backpacks in, they are starting to get too heavy to carry around" the doctor says and he with emily following him go into the captian's area where he calls the TARDIS using his screwdriver
the TARDIS appears parking herself by the airlock door and the doctor with emily go in, they drop on the backpacks putting them on the sofa then leave again as both the doctor and emily were just too curious of the place, when the doctor and emily walk out of the TARDIS, emily suddenly gets another memory as he head starts to hurt again and in the memory, in the memory, she seem to be in some type of test room as it was bland white all over and then to her left side was a window with some humanimal lab researchers at the window watching her, she then sees in front of her a target and she knew that she had to fire of a electric bolt at the target so that what she did hitting the target in one shot, the researchers smile and jot something down on their clipboard, the next thing emily knew, she was back in the bland white test room and this time, she was with the other friend happily playing with each other, emily was playing with ben and the pair were playing wrestling but ben was letting her win, emily then looks up and looks around and she sees everyone doing their own thing, hollie and hayley were playing together, darien was teething on a teething toy, liam was shaking a toys a mix of playfully and aggressively, chloe was preening herself and lauren was watching the block tv as pokémon was on, emily smiles at her friends and then she closes her eyes for a second to open them again to see that now she was in sebastian's arms, he was walking to the left and emily was wondering wheee they were going until sebastian opens a door and then emily sees that they were back in the corridor with the apartments, the memory ends and emily wakes up to see that the doctor hadn't moved far from the TARDIS just standing in front of the corridor
"emily? what happened?" the doctor says looking concerned as he glances over at emily on his left shoulder
"i-in a test room testin' me electricity, den was in same test room with me friends all happily playing with each other and then last ting i saw was seddy taking me back to da apartment goin' though dat door over dere" emily says while having her paws on her forehead then she looks up to point at the door that was in front of the pair
the doctor looks in front of his and there in front of him at the end of the corridor past the apartment was a door, the doctor goes over to the door and when he sees it was locked, he used his sonic screwdriver to open the door which opens like it was never locked, the doctor steps in and he sees that it was a test room like the ones you see in laboratories with experiments, one side was a small room with a big window to the right side and then a door to the left of the window, then inside the door was a big white room with a cushioned floor and plain white all around
"dis is where dey did da tests on my electricity as well as da others elemental powers to make sure dey worked correctly, it was also a playroom for us to help us bond more as we needed to work together to make dis planet a liveable place" emily says sounding emotionless with a poker face as she looks around the room
"there is still so many questions to this place i'm still confused about, like, why did the meeps attack this place? why did these human/animal creatures use humans for their project other then humans being really intellagent? why this planet and not other planets? i and the TARDIS know so many abandoned planets that could of been a better choice then this place and what were they suppose to do with you and your friends when the project is complete? keep you chained to the planet? as i don't think you or your friends would like that" the doctor explains sounding both confused and curious and emily hums with a nod agreeing with him
"reah, i have a questions too, like, why did dey chose my dads for dis experiment? when dey came to dis planet, dey were both teenagers! being 13 and 14/15! and when i was conceived, it was a month after seddy's 15th birthday! so not only am i a impossible baby, i'm also a teen pregnancy baby too!" emily rants as she comes off the doctor's shoulder and turned to face him "i tink da others parents were slightly older then my dads being in deir 20s to 30s when they had my friends but mine were teenagers! who were way to immature to have me!...but dey did anyway...and dey raised me like dey were adults...and dey loved me..." she adds still ranting but then calming down realising how much her dads sacrificed to raise her as teenagers
"emily, your parents aren't as different as me and the master were when we had lily at the timelord age of 16, we had to grow up quickly to raise her before she was, you know..." the doctor says calmly yet seriously before he looks down sadly
"reah, i know" emily replies calmly with a smile making the doctor look up and smile at her back
"anyway, i understand your dads having it grow up to look after you and i also understand them when they had to forcefully let you go for selfish reason, for you, it was the meeps attacking this place and your dads were extremely concerned about your safety so they had to do the hard decision to send you away to keep you safe, meanwhile, you had me and the master, ready to raise a baby together in our hideout keeping the baby a secret from our families but then get the baby forcefully taken away from us for a experiment then split me and the master up so we had to live our lives away from each other so we couldn't have any more children together and-...they probably also know back then that i was the one that would mess them up so they tried to isolate me so i wouldn't go off and do what i do now" the doctor explains with different emotions mainly sadness as he sits down on one of the swirly chairs and emily joins him sitting on a chair oppisite him
"reah...but dat didn't work as you managed to sneak off with TARDIS so dey must of somewhat let you leave as dey must of figured out dat you are the saver of da planet, your kind is very strange..." emily replies and she hears the doctor hum agreeing with her "anyway, back to me and i don't blame my dads for having me, i'm glad dat dey had me but i kinda blame dis place for kinda forcing dem to have me as it felt like dey had no other choice in da matter, den da other ting is dat da reason i'm in dis cat body is cuz if i weren't when i was a baby, i would of died! due to dis planets being unliveable...i feel like a forced product" she adds getting into a rant again but then sulks as she puts her head on the right arm of the chair
the doctor and emily sat there for what felt like forever with the doctor concerned about emily and emily sulking while looking sad
"...it's going to be hard to forget now dat i'm a forced experiment for a project, i kinda wish tings would of ended up differently but if it did, i wouldn't of been born, my dads wouldn't of met and the worst part is dat i wouldn't of met you, friend and had dose great yet scary adventures together...i don't know why i feel sad, i should be happy that tings turned out dis way but...i just feel sad" emily thinks out loud with at one point glancing at the doctor
"...it's not sadness you're feeling, it's disappointment and maybe slightly upset about this new discovery about yourself, i felt like that too when i found out about my past when i was a blonde haired woman" the doctor replies after thinking it over and emily looks at him briefly then looks down again
"...i think you're right, i know i need to process dis" emily says and she goes quiet again for a moment but then suddenly hears the lullaby again that tom sang to her in a memory
suddenly, the test room lights up with purples and pinks then a secret door on the ground opens up in the middle of the test room, the doctor and emily look at each other confused as they looked at each other with emily seeing that the doctor pushed a to the top right of the panel they were sitting next to and then head inside the test room to look at the door, when they get there, they look down the secret entrance and see it was a basement area like the ones in the apartments
"dis place has loads of secrets doors" emily says from the doctor's shoulder as she glances at him
"yes and we shall now see where this door leads" the doctor replies with a curious look and then he walks down the stairs
the doctor and emily get to the bottom of the stairs and then walk down a straight corridor which didn't looked used in a long time until they get to a door, the door also looked unused in a long time and the doctor opened the door to see a old lab, the lab was blue in colour and there was so many glass test tubes around full of water and bubbles but nothing was inside them, the doctor and emily kept looking around until they saw a panel with a large glass container behind it, in the container was a creature and the creature looked to be a hippogriff/griffin hybrid with the head of a horse but with a beak, ears of a wolf with a bit of horse, front body of a lion with bird claws, back body of a big cat mainly lion and the tail of a wolf, the thing was asleep and emily looked at it worried
"what is dat?" emily says amazed as she looked at the strange big hybrid creature
the doctor then finds a diary sitting on the top of the panel and he picks it up, he then starts reading it as emily looks too but she isn't a fast reader as the doctor was as he keeps turning the page when emily hadn't even read a paragraph
"hmm...it says here that this is the prototype of the project you and your friend were part of, it's called PC-100 with the PC meaning prototype creature" the doctor explains as he looks between the book, emily and the creature "it also says here that originally, they were planning to clump all the elements together and put it in one creture with this one being the 100th attempt before quitting this plan and changing it to the one involving your parents and the other humans that made your friends...oh, it also says here that this project had been going on for a very long time and it wasn't till what we know as the mid 90s where they decided to change up the experiment" he adds as she looks looks though the book
"how long?" emily asks curiously as she had a confused head tilt as she looks at the doctor
"...since the 1800 i think which is a really long time, i didn't set off in the TARDIS untill 1963 so this project went on for almost 200 years" the doctor says figuring it out then smirks while glancing at emily
"that is a long time, does the book say what made them change their mind?" emily says kinda amazed and then asks as she looks at the doctor
"umm...ah! here we go, it says here that they went back to the drawing board after PC-100...destroyed the laboratory in a rage and killing the other 99 failed experiments so they locked it up here as punishment then moved on forgetting it" the doctor says as he first read the book then correctly guessed the rest
"i wonder what happened to make it go into a rage?" emily asks in a mumble as she looks at the creature again curious
"i don't know" the doctor replies thinking while being both unsure and not really wanting to know what happened as it could be bad
"maybe we could find something upstairs to help us know, dere is also some other tings i want to know about" emily says as she looks at the door the pair came in from then back at the doctor
"okay but what are the other thing you wanna figure other then the obvious" the doctor says as he turns around putting the book in his coat packet then walks to the door
"i'll tell you later if i find anythin' about it" emily says calmly but smiling at the doctor with her tongue sticking out
the doctor smiles with a huff and the pair leave but what the pair didn't know was that the griffin/hippogriff hybrid creature had woken up when the doctor turned around and with its golden yellow eye, it watches as the doctor and emily leaving the room watching the pair like a hawk, the doctor and emily leave the room and then when they get out of the test room, the doctor and emily looked around untill they go over to a door to the right opposite to the doors to the apartment rooms, the doctor with emily go in the room and see it was silimar to the base that the doctor, emily and rose went to where they met the ood for the first time as well as finding the devil at the bottom of a pit, anyway the doctor and emily looked around the rooms finding lab rooms, bedrooms, break rooms, meeting rooms, a big kitchen, a gardening room and some other rooms and all the rooms were messed up with metal ripped up in places circuits taken from machines and other parts taken from places , the doctor and emily then end up finding one room which seem to be the captain room but the place looked messy like it was in the other room with metal scatters everywhere, tools scattered about like screwdrivers, hammers, a drill, a welding tool, a saw, a electrical saw and other things, a bin full of junk and other things, as emily and the doctor looked around with emily coming off the doctor's shoulder to fly around then emily found something sitting on the top of one of the panels by a window looking outside in a dark unliveable wasteland and the thing was a photo frame with a picture of tom, sebastian and emily having a cute family photo
"my dads did dis!" emily says realising as her mind lights up remembering something
"what?" the doctor confused by emily's sudden realisation
"after da whole meep incident calmed down, my dads were da only ones here and when they tried to take a escape pod but all of dem were already taken so dey decide to make deir own from scratch, dis is why dere is all this metal all over da place" emily explains figuring it out as she points to the metal on the floor and the destroyed circuits
"that does explain the missing metal and the destroyed machines in some of the rooms we checked out" the doctor says thinking about it and emily nods with her tongue sticking out "bit i'm wondering who took the escape pods? and are they still around?" he adds abf this makes emily think too until she spits something in the corner of her eye
emily flies over to the thing which was a hidden door by the white lights shining from the cracks and when she opens the door, she sees loads of different screens that we're doing white static and on the chair in front of the screens with some panels of buttons like a keyboard was a skeleton of a humanimal
"hey friend, i've found a cctv wroom!" emily says as she peaks out the room to talk to the doctor and then waited till he joined her in the room
when the doctor was in the room, he looks at the screen then he pushed the skeleton on the chair out the way so he could mess with the panel, emily watched as the doctor presses button and uses his screwdriver at points untill the screen lights up with footage, at the bottom left of the main screen, it had the earth date of the 24th of december 1997 which was christmas eve as well as a day before christmas day while the earth time said 15:26 in the afternoon, everything looked peaceful at first then suddenly, all hell breaks loose as the meep army charge in, the humanimal try and defend themselves others weapons but they just got bullied and killed by the meeps, the doctor then focused on the screen with the escape pod and there was 4 escape pods in total, he then sees 4 humanimals go to the pods with one being the leader leon, the human/lion hybrid, one was the human/tasmanian devil hybrid, one was a human/lamar hybrid and the last one was a human/fox hybrid, the doctor watches as the 4 humanimals get into the pod and then they take off getting away from the planet but then it shows the outside of the planet where the pods were flying off before getting blown up by a laser killing all 4 humanimals inside the pods, it then goes back to where the escape pods were just to see the 4 booths for the escape pods now empty with other humanimals panicking to see the pods gone before they get killed.
meanwhile with emily and she was looking at the cameras which were connected to the apartments, she watches as all the parents even her dads ran to the basement then to the escape pod room, she watched as she sees all the parents including her dads saying goodbye to their babies untill they put them in the pods, the pods then set off and unlike the escape pods the humanimals went into, emily and her friends somehow escaped the ship and set off into out of space heading to earth, emily then watched as her parents go and hide back in the basement area and they hide in a wooden box in the back left corner, the other parents tried to hide in the apartment area instead of the basement but they were all sadly killed by the meeps, emily also watch the meeps go into her old apartment tearing the place apart luckily not breaking anything but they couldn't find anything and leave leaving emily's dads alive.
the doctor and emily then focus on the main screen as it lights up and it showed a very strange yet large room, the room was strange as it had this strange big cannon like object in the middle and some panels around it, the doctor and emily watch as they see some meep come in the room and one of the meep looked very familiar being the leader meep that the doctor, emily, donna and the others met after the doctor and emily met donna again accidentally, the leader meep then turns around to the others and it looked like it was talking to the other meep but both the doctor and emily couldn't hear it so the doctor points his screwdriver at the speaker which makes the speaker work again
"-did you get the keys to this eclipse cannon?" the leader meep says the other and the voice make emily start snarling remembering what happened months ago
"...well, the issue is that there were humans living here and they...ejected the keys into space using escape pods that we missed so...they're gone" one of the mercs says concerned then the leader meep gets angry as it snarls and roars angryily making emily hiss at it
"you're all fools! how are we going to use this canon now that the keys are gone!?" the leader meep says angry then it sighs annoyed "it looks like we have to grab the big laser cannon from the planet, negron-152 as this one is useless now without the keys!...come on, let's leave" it adds annoyed and frustrated then leaves the strange big room with the other meeps following it
the meeps soon leave the research lab leaving behind a huge mess like a tornado hit the place and loads of dead humanimal and human bodies everywhere then the video ended as it went to white static as it couldn't detect movement
"...so, dats what happened..." emily says breaking the silence in a mumble whisper and the doctor hums curiously
"i wonder what that thing is?" the doctor says as he rewinds the footage stopping at the eclipse cannon after the meeps leave
"da meeps says it was a eclipse cannon and dat one meep said dat da keys were 'gone'...wait! are me and my friend da key for da cannon?!" emily says remembering what the meeps said then she made a realisation as she looks at the doctor
"from the looks from the symbols on the floor around the eclipse cannon that look similar to your and your friend's tags, i'm going to say yes" the doctor replies as he points to the symbols around the cannon "but why do they need a eclipse cannon! wasn't the plan to make this place a liveable environment for humans and humanimals alike?" he asks confused as he puts his hand on his face
"...i wonder if my dads knew about dis cannon?" emily asks as she was thinking about it then she gets curious as she looks at the panel
she then flies over to the panel and she presses the fast forward button while watching the screen, she sees nothing at first but then stops when she finds what she is looking for, in the footage which was taking place a month after the meep incident, she and the doctor see tom and sebastian who looked to be still teenagers walk into the room looking amazed by the cannon showing emily that this was the first time seeing the cannon, emily keeps watching as the pair look around the room then sebastian finds a book on the desk to the bottom left of the room, he then calls tom over to look at the book and when the pair look at the book, they look up at each other looking really worried but then the video ends with terrible white static
"i wonder what saw?" emily asks as she glances over at the doctor confused
"i don't know but i think that room is the place we need to go next to find out more if your past" the doctor says as he looks at emily from the screen then turns around
emily goes on the doctor's shoulder after she presses pause on the screen then the pair leave the cctv room to go look for the giant room with the eclipse cannon in it, the doctor and emily come out of the captain room and then head back to the test room as the doctor remembers seeing a door opposite to the test room as the captain room was a dead end to that corridor, when the doctor and emily reach the test room, the doctor heads to the left side door and when he opens it, he and emily see it was another corridor but this one was a little wider to the other one, the doctor starts walking down it looking around and emily was too untill she heard a noise making her turn around quickly
"what's wrong?" the doctor says curiously as he glances at emily after seeing her turn her head quickly in the corner of his eye
"i thought i heard what sounds like glass smashin'..." emily mumbles looking confused and hoping she didn't mishear it but then shrugs and turns back around
emily and the doctor keep looking around and emily did hear glass smashing as the glass came from the test room basement as the hippogriff/griffin hybrid has escape its container, the creature stood there soaking wet form the water where emily and the doctor stood before they left and or had its eyes closed, it then opens its eyes suddenly showing off its golden yellow eyes then charge out of the basement in a hurry and also looking angry, back with the doctor and emily and the pair were looking in one of the room to the right side of the corridor, the room was a big lab room while the other labs in the other corridor were smaller classroom sized lab rooms, the doctor and emily has split up to look around the room with the doctor looking at the left side of the while emily looked at the right side.
while emily was looking around, she sees loads of different vile full of different coloured liquid and different types of book, emily then flies over to the window that was the size of those window you see in investigation shows and when she looks inside, she sees that there was a office and a meeting room next door, she flies over to the door to see what was in the room but then in the right corner of their eye, she sees something zoom past the door so she looks over at the door, she gets confused then flies over to the door checking if there was anything here but she doesn't see anything, meanwhile the doctor was looking at all the books on the bookshelf and there were loads of science related things, he then gets curious of this leather book sitting next to a buncen burner and he picks up to read it, he looks though the book quickly then he spots something that makes him curious, he slowly reads the next few pages and he gets really intrigued and surprised about what he was reading, he then looks up at emily who was now flying back to the office door then she notice the doctor looking at her and get confused
"what wrong, friend?" emily asks confused while flying still noticing the doctor's surprised face
"this book i found, it explains so much about one thing" the doctor says pointing to the book and back at emily who has now flew over to him
"what dat?" emily asks curiously with a head tilt wondering what the doctor found out
"how your dad got pregnant with you" the doctor says simply while poking emily lightly in the chest making her look at his hand then back up at him
"what?" emily says stunned and confused and the doctor looks back at the book again
"it explains here that they had a miscount on how many genders they've picked up picking up more males then females, they were then planning to drop one of them back but when they saw your dads getting on well together being more then just friends, they decided to see if they could get a man pregnant with a experimental pill they made, they then slipped the finished pill into your dad's drink when he wasn't looking and then the rest is history" the doctor explains with mixed emotions and emily was still with only her wings flapping as she was processions what the doctor said
"...how dares dese humanimals experiment on me dad! i'm also kinda glad dat dey did as i wouldn't of been here otherwise but still, how dares dey!" emily says annoyed then calm but then annoyed again and does a huff sneeze "if dey weren't dead right now, i would punt dem in da face!" she adds sounding annoyed in a mumble and the doctor just smiles at her
"there is some other thing in here that i think you should look at" the doctor dats as he looks at the book and then holds it out to emily
emily takes the book from the doctor happily then read it for a moment, she then smiles and looks up at the doctor while pointing at a page
"ha, it says 'ere dat during my dad's pregnancy with me, he would be in da basement and he would stay dere more often the further along in his pregnancy, so dis means that my dad was basically nesting in da basement untill i was born" emily says as she smiles at the doctor amused as it reminded her of when she was pregnant and she kept wanting to nest in a box "dis also explains how my dad is a expert in his magic and da magic books in da basement" she adds thinking about it but then shut the book "anyway, shall we keep lookin' around?" she asks the doctor curiously who smiles with a nod making emily smile back at him happily
emily then places the book down and flies back to the office door that she wanted to go in earlier before the doctor called her over, she didn't see that the doctor grabbed the book she placed down and then pocket it for later, the pair kept looking around not finding anything else interesting so they finally decide to check out the eclipse cannon room which when they get near the room, they see that the doors were electrical double door that needed a passcode, emily also notice as they were heading to the door that there was small water puddle looking like footsteps making emily shiver as it reminded her of the time with the water people on mars, the doctor with emily on his shoulder goes over to the numberpad do he could use his screwdriver to open the door but then, the doors just suddenly open on their own and the doctor and emiym look at the door confused
"dats weird?" emily says confused with a head tilt as she looks at the door the at the doctor who also looked confused
"very weird" the doctor replied in a mumble as he puts his screwdriver away
the doctor and emily then go into the room and they see the eclipse cannon right in front of them, it was big and it was like a rocket as the bottom was in the room while the top was surrounded in a glass dome looking up into the dark space above, like in the video the doctor and emily saw earlier, there were symbols around the cannon on the floor and they looked similar to emily and her friends tags on their collars, emily could tell which one was hers from the lightning bolt with a red and white circle around it, then next to her circle was darien's as it had a flame of fire with a blue and white circle around it, next was hollie' as it had a dark green leaf with a lighter green and white circle around it, next was hayley's as it had a dirt block on it with a brown and white circle around it, next was lauren's as it had a water drop on it then a gray, black and white circle around it, next was chloe's as it had a meteorite rock on it with a purple and white circle around it, next was liam's as it had the wind symbol on it then a cyan and white circle around it and lastly was ben's as it had a shard of ice in it with a baby blue and white circle around it, to the right of the cannon was the desk that emily and the doctor saw tom and sebastian walk over to in the video while the left had more desks with some computers on them that were taken apart, emily then notice that the cannon looked slightly taken apart as some panel was taken off it, wires were dangling out and it looked broken
"it looks like me dads tampered with da cannon" emily says as she points up to the missing panel on the cannon "dey must of used almost everythin' in dis base to try and make deir escape pod to get to earth" she adds as she looks at the dismataled block computers to her right
"i don't blame them as they had to make that escape pod from scratch and it's not easy to do when you're not a builder or a engineer" the doctor replied as he looks up at the cannon "that's probably why it took them so long to leave this place as they had to make sure they got it right...or as you mentioned before, this place has a slower time speed then what earth has so it might be 2004 on this planet or even 2014" he adds going in his ramble and emily nods with a hum
"so dis means dat me dads ages are messed up, dey are suppose to be in deir 40s in earth years but as dey have been on dis planet for a while, it's unknown how old dey really are" emily says looking a little worried as she looks at the doctor thinking
suddenly, a noise was heard and emily's eyes widen and she looks around confused where the noise came from, the doctor was confused too on where the noise came from as he looks around and then suddenly, he was jumped as something with a big force pushed him to the right while emily was forced off the doctor's shoulder, the doctor crashes into one of the desks hitting his head with a bonk and the he looks up to see the hippogriff/griffin hybrid from the glass container looking down at him with a aggressive snarl on his face
"hey! leave my friend alone!" emily yells out and she shoots a lightning bolt at the hybrid
the bolt hits the hybrid and shocks it as it was still covered in water, the hybrid then turns around to emily standing there all poofy with a snarl and growling then the hybrid goes over to her making her lose her poof as he was a little scared
"why are you protecting the human? he doesn't belong here on this planet and what are you suppose to be anyway?" the hybrid asks and emily makes a serious face with her tongue sticking out
"firstly, friend is not hooman, he's a hoomaniod ailen and my best friend so he does belong 'ere and secondly, i'm emily! i was suppose to be da electric goddess of dis planet before the meep attacked dis place 27 years ago" emily says annoyed while gaining back her poof while going back to being aggressive
"...those jerks! they abandoned me!" the hybrid yells in frustration after a pause "you! tell me what happened here!" it adds as it points to emily still looking frustrated
"umm...well...a-after dey put you away, da hoomanimals decided to retry da project with dis time using hoomans to help dem, it wasn't goin' well at first but den a discover was made where dey put a hooman baby soul with deir elemental animal and now dere is me and me friends, den at christmas in 1997, da meeps attacked dis place killin' all da hoomanimals and most of da hoomans but me and me friends managed to escape going to earth and now, dis place has been abandoned and all da hoomanimals are dead" emily explains calming down a little the best she could and when she watches the hybrid when she was done
she sees that it's face was trying to process what emily had said and then she looks over at the doctor who was fine as he was standing up and going over to the table where he remembers the book was that tom and sebastian read in the cctv footage
"...i was abandoned left to be forgotten and now, i can't hare any revenge for my abandondment...what am i suppose to do now?" the hybrid says after a pause then it gets sad as it sits down
"umm...i'm just curious, what happened for you to get abandoned? in da book it said dat you went into a rage" emily asks as she looks guilty as she asks
"*sigh* when i was made, i was the 100th creature that was made to try and harness all the elements, the 99 others tried but couldn't so they put them in glass containers to try and save them for something else bit i could tell they were suffering badly, i was the only one could take all the elements as it turns out, they accidentally mixed human dna with my animal parts so i was eligible for being this planets elemental god...untill i overheard them say that they are planning to contain me as they decided to restart the project after the discovery of my human dna and it being strong enough to harness the elemental power, that's when i went into my rage and damaged the lab before they contained me and abandoned me...i have been in that container ever since and it was untill now that i decided to break out, how long have i been in that container?" the hybrid explains and emily listened to the whole story
"you've been in that container for 34 earth years" the doctor says suddenly making both emily and the hybrid look over at him
"wait, so, dis means you've been in dat container since 1990...wow, i'm so sorry dey did dat to you, you really deserve bedder" emily says figuring it out then apologises as she looks at the hybrid sadly
"yeah..." the hybrid says sadly then sits down while looking at the floor sad
emily felt bad for the hybrid and she reaches out her paw to stroke the hybrid on the arm which makes the hybrid smile a little but it doesn't move
"...do you have a name?" emily asks with a curious head tilt and the hybrid glances over at her
"umm...they all kept calling me PC-100 but there was this one humanimal that called me 'teddy' so i guess my name is teddy" the hybrid now known as teddy says and emily smiles with a nod
"well, teddy, i have a offer for you where you can come with me and friend and den we can take you to dis planet where loads of other creatures on it that we rescued, da planet can be your fresh start for you and with da help of da other creatures on da planet, dey can help you feel like you fit in and safe, so, what do you think?" emily says calmly yet happily as she give a soft smile to teddy
"...what is this planet called?" teddy says after thinking about it for a while
"the creatures of da planet called it 'auroraluna' and its a beautiful place with no humans or humanimals in sight, just loads of different creatures all mainly being peaceful, intelligent and calm" emily explains and she watches as teddy gives it more thought
"...alright, take the offer...but, what am i going to do about my rage as it was pretty dangerous especially as it did almost destroy the old lab" teddy says first calmly then gets worried making emily smiles sweetly at it
"don't worry, i'm sure da creatures can help you figure out what to do, you could be the planet's guardian if you want as i don't think they have a guardian to protect da planet and you can put that aggression into protecting the others" emily explains and teddy smiles at emily after thinking about it
"hey emily! come here!" the doctor says breaking the talk between teddy and emily as the pair look over at him
emily goes over to the doctor and teddy soon joins emily and the doctor after emily reaches the doctor
"what?" emily says confused with a head tilt
"i fond some things about that eclipse cannon over there, do you know what it's for?" the doctor says as he points to the book he had in his right hand the points to the eclipse cannon
"i thought it was to help da planet in a dramatic way givin' it all the elements all at once, isn't it?" emily says as she was thinking about it then looks at the doctor confused
"well, it is that but it's also something else too, you see, you are right about it being a cannon to help the planet have all the elements hit it all at once like a big field of grass, loads of trees, a small sun, lakes and seas of water, a moon and some other things but the other thing it can do is basically be what the meeps want it for which is a doomsday cannon, when you and your friends stand on your spot over there, it activates the cannon and if it's on the doomsday cannon, it will store all the elements together into a big ball of energy then release it turning into a laser killing anything the cannon is pointing at, it also says here that once you and your friends are in the cannon, there is no coming out of it and once it used, you and your friend will die from all the energy being used in the cannon, this means for both the planet refining option and the doomsday cannon option" the doctor explains the best he could so emily could understand and when he see emily trying to process what he said when he was done
"...so, me and me friends, we were made just to be sacrificed to dis cannon with our parents no say in da matter?!" emily says summing it up and she sees the doctor nod confirming it "dose weenies! if dey weren't dead right now, i will punt dem all in da face!" she adds annoyed and she holds up her paw like it was a fist
"it sounds like now it was a good thing that the meeps attacked this place as if they didn't, you would of been dead before your 2nd birthday and we would of never met" the doctor says thinking about it and emily hums agreeing with him "well, i think we've explored everything this place has, figured out everything here and stolen everything too, what do you want to do now?" he asks seeing that there was nothing else to explore of this place
emily was about to say that it was about time they head to the TARDIS but then both emily and teddy react to a noise, the noise sounded like someone humming the lullaby tom sang to emily as a baby and emily starts following the sound with teddy and the doctor following behind her
"emily? where are we going?" the doctor asks confused as he keeps following emily and teddy
emily didn't respond as she kept following the sound and it lead her all the way to the captian's area, she then turns left opposite the TARDIS and suddenly bumps into the wall, emily backs up a little to look at the wall and then suddenly, a secret door opens right in the middle of the wall, emily looks over at the doctor to see he was the one who opened the door with his sonic screwdriver and he smiles at emily who smiles back, emily then goes into the room and sees inside was a spiral staircase heading up, the doctor joins emily at the door and when he sees the stairs, he gets curious about what is at the top of the stairs as emily goes in his left shoulder
"what's up there?" the doctor asks as he glances to emily on his shoulder
"i dunno but i'm hearin' music from up dere so we have to go up to see what making noise" emily replies as she points up the staircase while looking at the doctor then teddy
the doctor nods and then he with teddy behind him were now climbing the stairs, luckily the stairs were that long and soon, the trio reach the top, at rhr top of the stairs was a door and when the doctor pushes the door open, the trio see a room looking similar to a witch's den with books, a cauldron in the middle if the room, potions in viles around the room, a desk with feather pens, stacks of paper and scrunched up paper around and some other things, emily, the doctor and teddy look around the room confused by the place when suddenly, the cauldron reacts as a orb comes out of it and then it shines a light acting like a projector with the human/owl hybrid appearing in front of the trio
"hey! your da one i saw in some of my flashbacks" emily says recognising the hybrid as she points at her looking serious
"and your the one who gave me the name 'teddy'! who are you?" teddy adds also pointing to the hybrid also looking serious
"i am olivia the owl, i was the witch of the humanimals before i died from the meep attack like with everyone else, the only thing i could do before i died was put my soul in this crystal ball so i can wait for you to finally arrive" the human/owl hybrid now named olivia says in a calm voice
"why?" emily asks confused as she looks between the doctor and teddy confused
"i have watched you explore the place and i know that you know almost everything of your past but there some things you don't know so i would like to show you two" olivia says calmly then she reaches her winged hand out to emily and teddy
a aura comes out of olivia's winged hand and it spins around both emily and teddy before it knocks them out as they collapse to the ground, the doctor panics as he goes over to them and picks up emily but olivia calms him down
"not to worry, my time lord friend, they are just asleep and they should be awake soon" olivia says calmly and the doctor looked at her confused as he didn't tell her he was a timelord
meanwhile with emily and she was seeing everything that happened before she was born with her parents meeting each other for the first time, then bonding, their first kiss which was really cute, they wedding witch was a small wedding with some humanimals as witnesses even olivia, then finding out that tom was pregnant, tom nesting in the basement and then the last thing emily was her newborn self being merged with the cat in the glass container before she wakes up with a gasp making the doctor jump in surprise, teddy wakes up soon after and he shakes his body looking shocked
"i-i know everythin' now!" emily says as she flies up a little but staying close to the doctor "i know all about me past now and-...i now feel closer to me dads" she adds and she smiles warmly with a blush coming to her cheeks
the doctor smiles at her and then pulls her into a hug which made her smile and she snuggles her head under the doctor's chin while she purrs happily
"hey, emily, was it?" teddy says making emily pull out of the hug she was having with the doctor
"yes?" emily replies with a confused head tilt but was smiling calmly at teddy
"i-i think i'm ready to go to that new planet now...i'm ready to have a new start" teddy says sounding guilty and emiym smiles as she flies over to the hybrid
"dat's great, i tink i'm also ready to go, i tink i seen everythin' dats here" emily says happily as she smiles with her eyes closed at the doctor who smiles back at her
"looks like my job here is done, i'm so glad to have seen you grow into such a mature cat, emily, you will do great things for your family and friends and make sure you hand those collars to your friends, it's important you do so, anyway, it was fun knowing what this project became after over 200 years but it's time to let it go, this planet was never going to be revived and it's better off that way" olivia says calmly as she floats to the window looking out at the dead wasteland "you three should leave now, i need time to myself before i go" she adds and the trio nod before leaving the room
the trio head to the TARDIS and when teddy goes inside after the doctor and emily do, he was amazed from how bright and big the place was
"TARDIS, take us to auroraluna, we have a new resident to drop off" emily says happily to the TARDIS and she sees the TARDIS light up happily
the TARDIS takes off and as it was flying away, olivia who was still in her room, picks up a book from her desk and when she opens it, it was actually a fake book and in the middle with loads of pages cut out was a button
"goodbye, ECE-001, PC-100 and goodbye to project revive earthium...it was a huge failure anyway...olivia, signing off" olivia says to herself sounding sad and disappointed as she looks between the book and the window
she then pushes the button and does one last sight before she disappears, in the TARDIS and as the TARDIS almost reaches the auroraluna planet, the screen suddenly lights up with a message, the doctor checks it out and he sees it was from olivia
'i have sent you all the footage from the cctv camera that you two looked at earlier just in case you want to look back at them and i also managed to save the apartment room just in case emily or her friends might need a safe space, i have blown up the planet so almost everything is now gone other then the apartments and i have installed a AI to the place to protect it from intruders and other bad things, it was nice seeing you one last time, olivia' the message reads and there was a file attached saying 'all the footage'
the doctor smiles and he pulls out a powerful usb drive from his pocket, he imported the footage onto the drive while emily shows teddy around his new planet with pippie happily accepting a new member to the group also making him the planet's guardian which he happily accepts and when the doctor was done with importing the footage into the drive, he sits down on the sofa and waits for emily to come back which wasn't long, when emily comes back, she smiles at the doctor as she flies over to him and the TARDIS sets off to home while the doctor and emily sat on the sofa
"da only ting i need to do now is show dis backpack of stuff to my dads and den i could probably use a nap, all dose flashbacks and new memories make me sleepy" emily says looking exhausted and the doctor hums agreeing with her
the doctor then told emily the message he got while showing her the usb drive and she smiles hearing the news that her babyhood home was safe, the TARDIS soon lands and the pair come out the TARDIS with emily carrying both backpacks with the stuff inside, it was heavy but emily could manage, she then looks for her dads and found them in the living room chilling on the sofa with tom having a cup of tea and sebastian had his coffee
"hi! i have somethin' to show ya!" emily says happily as she puts the backpacks on the floor
"what is it? you didn't go and spend a lot of random stuff, did you?" tom says amused seeing the 2 backpacks and emily shakes her head smiling
she then rummaged though one of the backpacks and then pulls out her old door sign showing it to the pair, the pair looked shocked seeing it and then look at each other
"yep, da TARDIS took me back to me birth planet and your-...umm...meeting planet?" emily says first happily then not quite sure how to explain before pulling out a small picture of both tom and sebastian smiling in the picture "i managed to gather as much stuff as i could from da old apartment while friend grabbed tings from da other's apartments but i tink we got basically everythin' from da planet so, here is your stuff!" she explains as she puts the picture on the table then hands the backpack to the pair which tom takes
"emily..." tom says sounding upset and emily looked worried that she did something wrong as sebastian pulls tom into a hug "thank you for doing this, we thought we would never see this stuff again" he adds after recovering a little and emily smiles and sigh in relief hearing she didn't do anything wrong
"oh! i see you are wearing the collar olivia gave us" sebastian says noticing the collar and emily smiles as she lifts up her head to show off the collar
"reah, friend says it looks very mature on me" emily says as she pokes at her collar then looks back at her dads again
"he's right, it looks very mature on you and it also makes you look very smart" tom says happily as he pulls away from sebastian's as he had calmed down and emily smiles with a little blush
"ha! you makin' me blush" emily says as she looks away with a hand swipe and then looks back at her parents smiling again
the trio then go though the back of stuff and both tom and sebastian explain stories to behind the pictures while emily sat in the middle of them, as she sat there, she felt closer to them and the now didn't feel like stranger to her anymore like they were a few months ago, they now feel like her dads and she was happy to finally have parents after feeling for a long time she was made out of nothing, a while later, emily had called her friends over and handed them their new collars when they were all together on the beach by emily's house, she also handed them the memories that the doctor got from their old apartment building and the memories came rushing to the group of 7 and after they remembered everything with emily's help as she showed then the cctv footage that olivia sent the TARDIS using a laptop, the 6 friends went off to go and mourn their parents deaths with the only one not was ben who went to emily when the others have left
"why aren't you going to say goodbye to your parents?" emily asks ben as the blue chihuahua sat by emily as the pair look out to the sunset
"i want to but-...seeing them in the clips not like you or your parents for some reason all of they own give me a ick about them, i don't think they were religious or anything, i just think they were being homophobic towards your dads as well as a little freaked out by your dad being pregnant with you, i'm sorry they were that way towards you" ben explains and emily smiles at him as she scoots in closer to him
"it's okay, it was in da past now, besides, you have a family without dem anyway with me, our daughter mima, my dads who can be your father in laws and den dere is friend, his boyfriend the master and their daughter lily and lastly, dere is our friends, darien, hollie, hayley, liam, lauren and chloe, so, we are happy with our new family here, you can still miss your parents sometimes as from da footage, dey really loved you and i'll be here if you need any comfort" emily explains happily and ben was quiet as he was thinking but then he looks at emily happily making emily smile from how cute his smile was
"yeah, your right, thanks emily!" ben says calmly happy and then he does a nose kiss to emily's cheek making her blush "i love you" he adds making emily blush more
"i love you too!" emily says happily still blushing and ben chuckles from how cute emily was
the pair then have a kiss with their noses touching and it was very cute, the doctor watched the pair form his bedroom window while he had lily in his arms and the pair reminded him of his loving relationship with the master when they were teens, the doctor then looks down at lily who was happily in his arms and he smiles as he sat on the bed with the master next to him reading a book, the doctor smile as he agreed withh emily, he has a new family here and he was loving every moment of it.
