"Hargid's back!" Hermione yelled, stepping in front of me and the twins. I smiled at her, looking up at George.

"You boys stay out of trouble. I'll see you in class." I kiss both of their cheeks and run off with Hermione, Ron, and Harry. We raced down the hill towards Hagrid's hut and just when Hermione was going to open the door, when all of a sudden, we heard this agitating grating voice. I shook my head at her, pulling them to the window so we could peer inside. It was her - Umbitch, back at it again. Just as she finished, Hermione and I pulled the boys around the back of the house so that she wouldn't see us as she exited. Then, when the coast is clear, we walk back in. Hagrid has us sit down at his table, after he hugs us all. His face is messy, scared and bloody from something. I was beginning to hate how many people were getting hurt over break.

"This is top-secret, right? Dumbledore sent me to parley with the giants." Hermione and I looked at each other with wide eyes.

"Giants? You found them?"

"Well, they're not that hard to find, to be perfectly honest. They're so big, see? I tried to convince them to join the cause. But I wasn't the only one that was trying to win them over." I shook my head.

"Death Eaters?" I asked, even though we all already knew the answer.

"Yes. Trying to persuade them to join You-Know-Who." I leaned forward.

"Did they?" I asked. Whatever I learned here I could tell my dad for the Order of the Phoenix to know about.

"I gave them Dumbledore's message. Suppose some of them remember he was friendly to them. I suppose." I looked back to his messed up face.

"And they did this to you?" I asked again, gesturing to his face.

"Not exactly, no." Fang barked up at Hagrid, wanting the steak that he was using to ice his wounds. "Oh, go on, you have it, then, you dozy dog." He tossed the steak to Fang, rolling his eyes. A slight breeze rolled into the room. "It's changing out there. Just like last time. There's a storm coming, Harry. We'd all best be ready when she does." Something was going to happen. I knew it and Harry knew it. But we would have to wait to find out. This is why we need Dumbledore's Army. We need to make sure that we're all ready for whatever is coming.

It was all over the news: 10 high security prisoners in Azkaban escaped. They thought that my father was the one that helped them escape. Mostly because one of the prisoners that had escaped was dear old cousin Bellatrix. Every single person in the Great Hall had a newspaper in their hands. Everyone was reading it. Most were scared, some a little skeptical. However, Neville looked as though he had seen a ghost. The only good thing to come from this was that more people believed Harry now. "Make it a powerful memory. The happiest you can think of." Harry advised as he walked around the room of requirement, supervising people as they tried to cast a Patronus Charm. Harry used me to show them how to make their patronus come from their wands, my arctic fox pounces around the room. Soon my fox is joined by other animals. The first time I had cast a patronus, I thought of George and it was strong enough to conjure my patronus. "The happiest you can remember. Allow it to fill you up! Keep trying Seamus." Harry urged as he too walked around the room, our newest recruit struggling a bit. While Harry encouraged the other students, I walked over to Fred and George and smiled at them.

"Fred, George, have at it."

"Expecto Patronum!" George called out as he waved his wand and a white light burst out of it in the shape of a bird, a magpie. Fred smiled, turning back around so he could conjure his patronus, a magpie as well.

"One for sorrow, two for joy." I smiled and kissed George's cheek.

"Aren't you going to ask me what I was thinking?" I raised my eyebrows as George smirked at me. I shook my head. "Why not?" I smirked, leaning up to kiss his lips.

"Because I already know that it was me." Fred groans as I kiss George, rolling his eyes.

"Shove off, Fred." Both George and I mumble.

"A full-bodied Patronus is the most difficult to produce... but shield forms can also be equally useful against a variety of opponents." Just as Harry said that, Ginny cast a full body patronus.

"Fantastic, Ginny!" I shouted from the other room as her horse patronus neighed, galloping around.

"Just remember, your Patronus can only protect you for as long as you stay focused. So focus, Luna. Think of the happiest thing you can." Not everyone was able to cast their patronus, Neville being one of them, but we kept trying to reassure him that it was a hard spell and he would get it, eventually. Animals were running around the room mad. Hermione's otter. Luna's rabbit. Ron's Jack Terrier caused a bit of chaos as it ran about and knocked down Neville. But the real trouble only came when the room started to shake, the lights flickered, and the chandeliers rattled. I looked back at Harry as we lined up, watching the wall we had come in from. Some of us had taken our wands out as the mirrors on the wall shattered, the stone cracking. Breaths were in our throats, hearts hammering and palms sweating as Umbridge's voice could be heard from the other side of the wall.

"Bombarda Maxima!" And the stone imploded. And through the newly formed hole in the wall, we saw Umbridge with Filch and a bunch of Slytherins from the Inquisitorial Squad that worked for Umbridge. Then Draco's boasting face entered the frame as he dragged Cho by her robes, the girl who wore an ashamed look on her face. I felt bad that I hadn't even noticed she wasn't in here with us today. But it didn't matter now. "Get them!" Umbridge spat. The worst part was when we saw Percy drag Harry away with Cho, the rest of us left with nothing to do but wait.
