It was our third year at Hogwarts. Or at least, it was coming up. The twins and I were shopping for school supplies. Well, I was shopping for school supplies. The boys were shopping for pranking stuff. Somewhere along the line, we had split up, and now I was roaming the streets of Diagon Alley. When I wasn't looking where I was going, I bumped into someone. Looking up, I saw that it was Hagrid. When I started at Hogwarts, I recognized Hagrid. I had remembered him from that night. I got to know him, since he's one of the sweeter people at Hogwarts, but neither of us ever mentioned that night. We knew what happened. "Hello Hagrid. What are you doing out here?" I smile up at him. He was huge and at least 5 feet taller than me. When we first met, I thought he was a giant. But he was only half-giant. He smiles back.

"I'm helping a young wizard with his school shopping." I nod and I start to walk off, turning back to Hagrid for a second.

"See you at Hogwarts." He waves as we both walk off in opposite directions.

The boys were still nowhere to be found by the time I had finished getting all my school supplies. I was looking in different stores for them but at some point, I stopped looking for them and started looking around. This world was still so new to me and I loved every bit of it. And then I found myself looking through the pet shop. I looked at all the owls and cats and I ignored the toads. Disgusting creatures they are. I walked all around the shop and even though I didn't really need another pet, because I already have Sparx, it was loads of fun. I didn't see anything I wanted or needed but as I passed by the counter, I saw the guy looking at me. I start to get uncomfortable. "Did you just come out of the oven? Because you're hot." I tried not to laugh as I stared back at him.

"Does that line usually work?" I ask him, folding my arms over my chest.

"Sorry. It's just that really pretty girls make me nervous." I looked back at him as he winked at me. Unfortunately, this happens to me all the time. It's really weird and Fred and George started to catch on really quick and started calling me a Veela. I disagree. Guys are just pigs. Wouldn't I know if I was half-Veela?

"I'm sure we do. How about I leave, and you'll be less nervous." Suddenly his hand grabbed my arm and he looked me in the eyes.

"Or... you could stay." My smile turned into a frown as I pulled away. I slapped him, making him yelp and jump back.

"Like I said, I'm really not interested." I pick up my bags and walk out of the store.

"Wow! She's a real beauty isn't she?" Someone whispers from behind me. I just decide to ignore it, thinking it will stop. It doesn't.

"Yep. She definitely looks like a charmer." Someone else says.

"Do you think I should talk to her?" They do know I can hear them right?

"I think we both should." Both. Oh. I should have known. Idiots.

"Sounds like a plan. Shall we?" Unless I'm an idiot for not noticing earlier.

"We shall." The twins.

"Why, hello gentlemen. To what do I owe the honor?" I ask in a posh voice.

"Oh nothing." Fred starts.

"It is us who owe you the honor." George finishes. This is how they usually talk. One starts and the other finishes. I don't know. It's kind of weird, but you get used to it after a while. We all start laughing.

"I don't even think you said that right Georgie." I laugh. The three of us continued to walk around, the boys showing off some of their new "toys".  As soon as I helped the boys find everything they actually needed, we left Diagon Alley.
