We're off to Egypt with Charlie to visit Bill. Dad won the lottery so mum planned a family trip. We'll send pictures. I'm sorry that you have to spend the summer without us, but we haven't seen Charlie and Bill in a while, so mum thought it would be nice.
By the way, George has something he wants to tell you when we come back. It's really important. If we can, we'll write to you when we come back and we'll go to Diagon Alley together. Pull some pranks for us, will you? Because mum won't even let us bring any of our tricks with us.

Fred said he sent you a letter just moments ago, so you won't get this letter until Errol comes back. Bloody bird. I'm guessing he told you that we're going to Egypt for the summer. I'm really sorry. I love my brothers but leaving you alone at the orphanage all summer seems cruel. I'll miss you.
And I promise you'll spend next summer with us. Even if we have to sneak you in the house, or rescue you like we did with Harry. Mum isn't letting us bring any of our pranking stuff with us, so get into some trouble. Write back soon love.

Fred did write to me. He said you have something to tell me...? You can tell me in a letter, I wouldn't mind. I hope you have a lot in Egypt. I already told Fred to send me photos but if he doesn't, you need to. Don't worry about me this summer. I'll find something to do, like prank some of the kids around me. I'll miss you like crazy though... both of you, of course.
I look forward to this school year and next summer and to seeing you and Fred again. I'll miss you dearly but I want you to have a good summer vacation and say hello to your family for me, especially Bill and Charlie.
