Hiccup's P.o.v.

We were already sitting in front of the room where I would meet him again... Pitch... We had to wait until we would be called in. To be honest, I was more than nervous. If you would ask me if I would be afraid of Pitch, I would immediately say yes but I just feel like I have to talk to him. Like something I can't see would force me to do it. I sighed and looked down at my hands. My arm and nose were still in bandages... that sure would make me look weak for Pitch. I somehow had to avoid looking too weak for him. It would give him too much power over me. I must make it clear to him that I'm not longer as weak as I once was and that he couldn't control me any longer. I now had a life that wasn't controlled by him and I had to show that to Pitch and myself.

Finally, the door opened and a policeman came out of the room. He looked at me then he nodded. After I got up, Tooth took my hand and stopped me. I turned to her and looked a bit confused before she finally asked me concerned if I wanted her to come with me.

I shook my head and took my hand away from her. "I have to do it alone Tooth. Otherwise, I will never again have the opportunity to get my own evil spirits away."

She nodded and sat back down on the chair while I walked over to the door and sighed quietly. A few minutes earlier the policeman had told me that the room was filled with cameras and even if no one was with me, they could immediately intervene if something should happen. I entered the room and closed the door behind me. Then I shyly looked around. Pitch sat on a chair and smirked at me. A cold shiver ran down my spine but I wouldn't leave just now. A little more confident than I actually thought I would be able to, I walked through the room and sat down in the chair right in front of Pitch. Only a table separated us now. He wasn't even chained up. He was able to move his legs and his arms how he would want to.

"You look good baby.", he said and laughed.

"This is alone your fault and don't call me that.", I hissed.

"Oh? Did you finally got some balls?" Pitch laughed and put his arms on the table. I moved a little away from him and stared at him.

"Why?", I finally asked and my voice was without any emotion.

"Why what?"

"Why did you do all that things to me?"

He laughed a little and leaned back in his chair.

"Why? I've done you a favor. There are people who might do much worse things to you. And these people still are outside and pretty close to you too."

"What do you mean?", I asked him confused.

"You'll figure out soon. Don't worry."

I sighed and looked at the floor. The hope that he would tell me something important left me a little bit with every second that passed.

"You know... Sometimes I really had questioned myself why I started to hurt you, Hiccup."

Surprised, I looked up at Pitch.

"The first time I had punched you... Oh god, it felt so fucking good. After that came the guilt through. I felt bad for what I did to you but... when I once felt like shit myself, I punched you again and tried to experience the same wonderful feeling but it didn't work. Every time I hit you it was just an attempt to get that wonderful feeling of power over you back. When that stopped working, I started to keep you away from the world so I would get more power over you." Pitch laughed and looked at his hands then back at me.

"To beat and torture you always was a lot of fun for me.", he said and grinned.

I could feel the anxiety building up in me again and I decided that it was enough now or he would crush me again.

"Where have you brought Jack?", I asked him, trying to change the subject.

"Oh, that white-haired boy? I locked him up. Was not even my idea, but I got food help." Pitch chuckled.

"Where is he?"

He shrugged. "I don't know."

"How can you not know where he is?"

"It's not in my hand what happens to him. There are other persons at work."

I rolled my eyes and sighed. He would never tell me what I wanted, no matter how long I would talk with him.

"Okay, then I hope that you and your others persons will die like rats in the prison." I stood up and was about to leave the room but then Pitch suddenly grabbed me by my hand.

Scared, I looked up at him and he just grinned at me and put something in my hand.

"This could help you." He smirked devilishly but eventually a pair of police officers came into the room and shoved him away from me and onto the floor. I slowly walked out of the room and put whatever he had given me in my jeans pocket.

"Oh Hiccup!", Tooth ran to over to me with a worried look on her face. "Are you alright? Did he hurt you? Did he touch you in any way?"

I shook my head and forced a smile even though everything inside of me was shaking and it felt like I was flooded with electricity.

"I'm fine, don't worry about me Tooth."

She sighed in relief and shook her head. "I hope they put him in a prison soon. I knew this was a bad idea from the beginning."

I nodded and was about to say something but then the police officer from earlier came and interrupted me. "Are you alright?"

I nodded. "He was just trying to hold me." I don't know why but didn't want to tell anyone that Pitch gave me something. He had done it in a way so no one would see, so maybe it was something that was for my eyes only?

He nodded. "Alright. I think you two should go home now, that was enough excitement for one day."

Toothianna smiled and shook his hand. "You're right. Please call us if there are any news from Pitch."

He smiled and pulled his hand away. "Of course we will immediately call you."

And so we finally left the police station. When we were out of the building it was already starting to get dark and a soft wind blew through my hair. Something felt off...

Tooth looked at me and smiled softly. "Come on Hicc. We go home and I'll make your favorite dinner today."

I smiled and nodded before I ran down the stairs and to her car.

The rest of the evening passed quickly and I decided to don't tell Tooth about what actually happened with Pitch. Somehow I just forget it too. Just while I was taking of my pants and wanted to take on my new sleeping pants, a small piece of paper fell out of my pocket. Confused, I took the note and just stared at it. It wasn't very big and quite neatly folded. So that was what Pitch gave me... Finally and only in my underwear, I sat down on my bed and slowly unfolded the note. Toothless slept soundly next to me and I smiled softly at him before I finally turned my attention back to the paper. On it was written:

"Don't trust the people close to you. Watch your back."

Then there was an address. I sighed and let myself fall back on my bed and looked up on the ceiling. Did Pitch wrote this to lure me into a trap? Wait a second.... I looked at the note again and more closely and noticed that the hand writing definitely wasn't from Pitch. It wasn't as messy as his was. I got up and put the note on the table and looked trough my bag. There was only one note which had a handwriting which looked like that....

I pulled out my book and the paper, on which I wrote with Jack a few weeks ago, flew out. I picked up the paper and put it next to the new one. My breathing stopped and I swallowed thickly. The same handwriting...
