Mayra's POV
"As. I. Just. Told. You. All. I just heard Sakura's scream coming through the phone!" Mare shouted again as he slammed his hands to the table.

He wears a worried and nervous expression on his face. Who hasn't feared Mare? He is just like our Papa.

"Kuya, you're being too harsh on Mare," Xari pouted. Xyleena Xariella Dela Fuente, 15, Codename: Betel. She is the youngest sister of Xean and the youngest daughter of Tito Void and Tita Yna.

Xean just shrugged at her. "You know Mare, princess. Sometimes, he's just like an angry pomeranian."

Xari lets out an irritated sigh and walked to Mare. She pulled Mare by the hand without saying anything and pushed Mare back to his seat, which made my twin brother's eyes widen. He stares at Xari for a few minutes, drowning in confusion.

Everyone has just zipped their mouths. Xari is scary so no one in the group wants to fight her--except for someone who's still stubborn.

"If I'm mad, I'm mad," Mare said to her as he glares back. "If I wanted to punch someone, I would f*cking punch them."

Xean whistled. Frious face-palmed himself. Alex gave out a nervous sigh and Angel shook her head. Everyone's eyes focus on the two. Even I couldn't interfere with them, especially when Xari is lecturing someone, which is currently my brother.

Xari suddenly smiled sweetly at Mare. "You want a punch?" she said sweetly. Mare is still glaring at her like a mad dog.

My seat is near them, just across the table. Mare is sitting in his seat while Xari is standing right in front of him. Her hands were on her waist.

As her smile is longing for god-knows-who, we could feel the different aura surging out of her. She is just waiting for Mare's answer.

"Cat got your tongue, Mare Sherrinford Furrer?" she said, sweetly again.
