Yoosung's and Emjay's legs were tangled together, their feet hanging over the bed as they held each other, arms wrapped around each other in a permanent cuddle, lips pressed together almost constantly without breaking apart, even for air. They felt love for each other like never before which they didn't even think was possible, a love that burned in their abdomens for each other that neither of them could quench like a raging fire. Its flames fueled them as their time together seemed to last for an eternity, and yet it still didn't feel long enough.

"I missed you so much" Yoosung whispered, locking his eyes with Emjay's once again as he lifted strands of her hair away from her face.

Emjay let out a tired smile before grabbing his hand and holding it against her cheek. "I missed you too, so, so much" she whispered back before moving Yoosung's hand away from her cheek again, lifting each of his fingers to her lips and kissing them one at a time.

The pair had lost all sense of time, as though nothing else mattered in the whole universe than their love for each other. The sky darkened, clouds covering the stars of the blackened night that plunged the couple's bedroom into a blinding darkness. However, it didn't matter to them. With their bodies glued together, they could still see each other and love each other. It finally occurred to them that nothing could halt their love for each other, and Yoosung suddenly felt so stupid for ever keeping Emjay in the dark, for ignoring her as if the girl had no longer existed.

"I can't believe how much of an idiot I was to ignore you like that. I still regret it so much knowing how badly it must have hurt you" Yoosung whispered sadly.

"Hey," Emjay stroked Yoosung's blond hair as she spoke. "I deserved it after what I tried to do. In fact, what I tried to do was worse than the silent treatment you gave me, so I know I hurt you far worse than you could have ever hurt me"

"But I shouldn't have reacted like that. I should have helped you come back to your senses, made you realise gently that you weren't to blame for anything, that there was no need for you to try and sacrifice yourself and that I loved you so much" Yoosung retorted.

As Emjay tried to think of a reply, she let out a smirk instead. "It honestly looks like we're trying to win a 'who hurt who the worst' competition"

Yoosung laughed along with her. "Yeah, and we're not the best at backing down and letting the other win with how competitive I am and how stubborn you are"

"How about we finally call a truce and agree that we both hurt each other equally before we end up competing against each other until we're old and wrinkly?" Emjay giggled.

"It's a deal" Yoosung replied as he and Emjay kissed, sealing the deal permanently.

Now that the pair were back in harmony with each other, Yoosung let out a low groan. He unwrapped his arms from around Emjay and patted his stomach as though he was in pain. "I'm absolutely starving now!"

As if on cue, Emjay's stomach let out a loud grumbling noise that vibrated so heavily that it shook the mattress they lay on. Emjay and Yoosung stared at each other in stunned silence before bursting out in a fit of giggles.

"My stomach spoke before I could, so that's your answer right there!" Emjay laughed through the embarrassment. "I don't think I ate a single thing since our fight"

"Yeah, me neither. We both really did suffer after that fight, huh?" Yoosung said as he smiled sheepishly at Emjay.

"We did. Let's not ever let anything like that happen to us again, honey" Emjay added sincerely.

"It'll never happen again. I know it won't, and I'll never let it happen again" Yoosung gave her an encouraging smile before he leaned over and pressed his lips across her forehead, sending tingles scattering across her skin.
