As Emjay rested with Yoosung in the sitting room watched over by an overprotective Zen, Jumin paced the hallway outside the room that the girl from before was taken into after she'd suddenly fallen unconscious. Two female security guards he hired were making sure that she had no other weapons on her and were monitoring her inside the room.

"Mr Han, please stop pacing. You're making me nervous" Jaehee pleaded for the umpteenth time as her eyes followed Jumin from left to right and left to right over and over again until her head began to spin.

"Doctor Yun should have been here five minutes ago" Jumin spoke through gritted teeth as he paced, feeling his shoulders turn into rocks from how tense they were.

"It's only been five minutes. He's very likely stuck in traffic. It is the summer holidays now for many after all" Jaehee tried her best to calm her boss down before his pacing made her lose the plot.

"What if something happened to him?" Jumin suddenly asked, acting as though he'd never even heard what his assistant had just said.

"Mr Han, I'm sorry if I sound rude, but you really need to stop being so ridiculous"

"Emjay almost got killed!" Jumin snapped back, grabbing the sleeves of his suit jacket and pulling at them roughly.

"I know. It was a very scary moment for all of us and I'm still shaken up by it myself, but I can't even begin to imagine how Emjay feels, so let's try and be calm for her" Jaehee said as Jumin finally listened, replaying what his assistant had said in his head. However, he continued to pace, although the chief assistant was thankful that his movements had slowed down a little at least.

Before Jumin's anxiety could brew inside his body again, the sound of tyres crackling over gravel and snapping tiny branches filled the silence before a car came into view, parking next to Emjay's white Audi TT two-seater that she was able to pay for monthly thanks to Jumin's generous wage for working as the party coordinator in the RFA, Zen's motorbike and the two black SUVs which the security guards arrived in, some of which were guarding outside the lane to the safe house.

"Doctor Yun, thank you for coming" Jumin opened the front door for the doctor before shaking hands with him. "It's good to see you again"

"Yes, and you, Mr Han. Although, I do wish our meetings were for more jovial reasons. It's a shame we have to keep meeting like this" the doctor chuckled slightly. "And hello to you too, Miss Kang"

"It's a pleasure, Doctor Yun" Jaehee smiled, glad to see the doctor again who had saved Yoosung's life after he was carried into the safe house in a coma once he was rescued from Seven's twin brother.

Once they had a tiny catch-up with the doctor asking how the young lovebirds were doing and how Yoosung's health had been since his final check-up, Jumin and Jaehee led Doctor Yun into the room Scarlett was being held in. The two female security guards who took away any other dangerous objects the girl had hidden on her and kept an eye on her stood at each corner of the room. Seeing them and spotting the handcuff around Scarlett's left hand that was attached to the headrest, Doctor Yun blinked in surprise before turning to the two CEO workers.

"Doctor Yun, this is Scarlett" Jaehee began explaining before the doctor could even begin to question what was going on. "She used to work at C&R as a hacker, but she suddenly quit a month ago without a single word said, let alone a reason why. But then she turned up at the safe house out of the blue, stinking of bodily fluids and alcohol and then tried to stab Emjay with a knife"

Listening to it all, the doctor's eyes widened in shock. "Oh my..." was all the man was able to muster out as he processed the information that was just given to him. "And how long has she been unconscious?"
