Moon woke up early on Winter's hatchday, her father, Red wanted to take her and her siblings on a early hunt. Red took them to the beach on the edge of the island, Turtle instantly went into the water to catch some fish. Moon decided to go hunt with Red so she could tell him about a vision she had.
As they all split up Red then said "Moon, you said you had something to say?" Moon began "I had another vision, it was of us all on Pyrrhia and a Skywing was attacking us." Red then said "That does sound bad, but don't worry, if that happens I'll protect you all, and if I fail Peril could easily scare off them, now let's get to hunting, I'm gonna grab a boar."
Moon smiled and said "Ok, well I'm gonna get a scavenger for Winter, I know he loves to research them." Red smiled and said "I bet that's what everyone is planning on getting him." Moon thought and said "I guess so, maybe I could make him a earring like the one Qibli has?" Red then said "Good idea, I know a cave system nearby with tons of gemstones and ores, I can help you make a earring for Winter."
Moon smiled and said "Sure dad." Red lead Moon to the cave system and dug up a few gems and some silver ore. Moon grabbed one of the sapphires shaped like a teardrop. Red molded the silver into a earring and a then took the gemstone and melted some silver around it and he added a small silver circle to hold the gemstone and earring together.
Red drop the earring in Moon's talons and said "I'm sure your brother is gonna love it." Moon smiled and said "Thanks dad, I'm sure Winter is gonna have the best hatchday ever today!"
