52- jealous?

Secretkeeper was happy to hear Red returned until she heard what happened while he was gone. Secretkeeper wasn't the only dragon upset, Morrowseer had been more vocally upset at least to Secretkeeper, Mastermind was broken and Pomegranate was in her room all day. They all felt jealous of Chameleon, Red barely knew him but it he was his mate.

Suddenly, Red walked in Secretkeeper and Morrowseer's hut, "Hey Secretkeeper, is Morrowseer here?" Red asked, Secretkeeper then said, "Yeah, he's in his room." Red quickly left and soon she heard them talking, suddenly Chameleon walked in, "Hello, Red told me that I should try to get along with someone here, but I'd rather not speak to the rainwings and I saw him walk in here so I thought I'd try here." Chameleon said.

Secretkeeper smiled in a friendly way and said, "Oh, that's good... Well, I'm Secretkeeper, Red's friend, perhaps even his best friend, so I just wanted to say, treat him well, he raised my dragonet." Chameleon seemed confused and said, "Were you his mate before?" Secretkeeper shook her head and said, "No, he just adopted her because he didn't know she had parents." Chameleon then said, "Oh, he adopted my Dragonets too, he calls them Peril and Sky."

Secretkeeper was surprised and said, "Oh, well they are both lovely dragonets!" Chameleon smiled and said, "Yeah, Red must have raised them well." Secretkeeper then noticed how restless Chameleon looked and said, "Chameleon you look quite tired, are you ok?" Chameleon nodded and said, "Yeah, I just have trouble sleeping because of a slight deformation in my nose so I can't really sleep for more than a hour."

Secretkeeper then said, "Oh, that's unfortunate, hopefully you can find a way to sleep better soon."  Chameleon shrugged and said, "It's fine, I have my ways around it." Secretkeeper was confused by this and said,"What do you mean by that."

Chameleon then said, "Well, I assume Red might tell you later but..." Chameleon suddenly put on a necklace and became a complete different dragon, "Oh, now I see why Red chose you as his mate." Secretkeeper said, Chameleon seemed put off by this and said, "What do you mean chose me? Who else was after him?"

Secretkeeper blushed slightly and said, "Well... Me... My mate, Morrowseer, Mastermind and Pomegranate..." Chameleon seemed surprised by this and said, "How did he charm all of you?" Secretkeeper then said, "He saved Morrowseer and Mastermind, he charmed me with his kind heart and Pomegranate just thinks he's handsome."

Chameleon suddenly went into thought and then said, "I'd be willing to share with you, Mastermind and Morrowseer." Secretkeeper was shock and said, "Wait, what, why?" Chameleon simply smiled and said, "Because of two things, one, Red charmed you all long before me, I'm pretty sure he only got with me because of my magic and two, I want Pomegranate to be upset." Secretkeeper was confused by that and said, "I doubt Red would only date you for your magic, also why do you want Pomegranate upset?" Chameleon smiled and said, "I dislike most other rainwing, also your probably right, Red is quite... Flattering to me, as if he's trying to boost my confidence." Secretkeeper smiled and they kept talking for awhile.
