Winter woke up to his father walking into the cave, he seemed a little tired, "Dad, what's wrong?" Winter asked Red, Red replied "Oh, Queen Coral and Blister were interrogating me and interrogations make me tired." Winter smiled and said "Ok, does that mean we can go explore alone today?" Red sighed as he laid down and said "Ok, but be careful, I don't want any of you to get hurt."
Winter was excited he quickly woke everyone up as Red fell asleep. Qibli woke up with a groan and said "Hey, I was having a great dream about gold and gems." Winter then said "Dad said were allowed to explore if we stay safe." Qibli quickly got up and said "Cool, let's go soon, I really want to go explore the seawing kingdom, at least the drier parts."
Winter quickly woke everyone else up and soon they were wander the summer palace, Turtle lead them, he knew a bit about the place as Tsunami and him explored a bit yesterday. They all wandered around, the place was huge suddenly a seawing stopped them and said "Go back to your cave, now."
Turtle nodded and they began off, the seawing mumbled "Stupid Dragonets, thinking they can wander around like that, Queen Coral should get rid of them already." Peril launched herself at the seawing but Sky stopped her, the seawing got angry and started yelling at them, Qibli tried to calm him down but he then clawed at Qibli leaving a large mark across his snout, Winter was about to shoot his frost breath at the seawing who dared to hurt his sibling but Moon stopped him and said "It's not worth it, Dad will deal with this, trust me."
Winter stopped and glared at the seawing as he helped Qibli. Peril was shaking with rage as she glared at the seawing, if Sky didn't stop her then this seawing would be nothing but ash.
As they got back to the cave Red woke up, he glanced at all of them before looking horrified at Qibli's wound. Red rushed up to Qibli and quickly examined him to make sure he was alright, Red also put some herbs on the wound to heal but he mumbled to himself slightly "This doesn't look like it will fully heal..." Red suddenly said "Who did this?" Qibli sighed and said "It was a random scar covered, teal seawing with a large x scar over his left eye."
Winter saw a darkness in Red's eyes but Red then said "None of you are to leave this room until I say you can, ok?" Everyone nodded and Peril then said "Well, what are you gonna do about that seawing who hurt Qibli?" Winter saw Red dig his claws into the ground as he said "I'll deal with him, you should rest, I'll go catch some fish." Winter hoped Red didn't do anything too dangerous, but Winter also wanted to know if the seawing who hurt Qibli paid for it once Red returned.
