"you know what i'm just gonna take you back home with me." olivia giggled as aiden picked her up and started walking towards the exit of the airport.

"baby, i'm going to miss my flight." the blonde gently placed his girlfriend's feet to the ground, he pouted. olivia cupped his face and pecked his lips. "i'm only gone for the weekend. i'll be back in no time."

aiden nodded, "are you sure, though? i mean he's been ignoring you for weeks. what if he's the same while you're there."

olivia shook her head, "he's my best friend, aiden. i've known him all my life and i know something is wrong. i want to give him the chance to explain himself to me."

"i trust you, but if he hurts you again i want you to tell me and i'll beat his ass." olivia tilted her head, "metaphorically, that is. he is definitely stronger then me."

aiden wrapped his arms around the brunette's waist, pulling her close to kiss her lips. part of olivia wished she could stay here but the other part of her knew she had to go and see if things between her and oscar could be fixed.

the flight from melbourne to baku was long. half way through, olivia understood why her best friend decided to move to the UK. she couldn't imagine him having to take these day long flights every week for a race.

the brunette managed to get a good amount of sleep during her two flights, as well as watch several movies and read. 

once she had landed in azerbaijan, olivia immediately connected her phone to the airport wifi. a flood of notifications popping up; some from her dad, aiden and her friends wishing her a safe flight, some from instagram, but the ones from oscar were the ones she focused on.
