Vigor Kinsteel's POV:

Maybe, my Solar Flare's loud noise had annoyed this horrifying giant monster to leave its nest(which was supposed to be in the third floor) and find the source of the noise.

I unleashed multiple arrows at the mana beast and Jasmine seemed to have a same idea as me, dashed at the mana beasts with her daggers imbued with swirling wind arcs.

Despite its massive size, the Tyrant Scropion proved its abnormal agility by jumping back instantly to dodge the attacks from me and Jasmine. It hurled Adam away from its menacing stinger, dropping his body to the ground which looked lifeless due to the venom. He wasn't dead yet.

"Distract it and take Adam out of here!!", Helen barked out her order and everyone complied without a second thought.

Earth mana swirling around the Scorpion's legs, Durden conjured chains of rock, locking its mobility in time for Helen to shoot her arrows at its eyes and for Angela to pull Adam back with her wind spell.

The Scorpion bowed its head low and the arrows hit its exoskeleton scales harmlessly. Taking the advantage, Jasmine approached it from the left and aimed at its tail.

To everyone's surprise, its red tail moved fluidly and with a dread speed like a whip having its own conciousness. The Scropion's tail stinger thrusted at Jasmine at the speed that even I couldn't catch up with in normal state. The pointy and sharp stinger crashed violently at Jasmine's daggers, knocking her back to collided against the walls. Luckily she took her guard just in time and only got bleeding slightly on her forehead or without doubts, she would have ended up like Adam.

Coating Tormentor with crackling cyan lightning and planting a fire-wind spell combination at the magic staff's head, I threw my spear full force at it just like how I kill the Lord of Gnolls.

*BAANG!*

The sound's barrier was tore apart the moment Tormentor launched like a rocket from an RPG, which made the Twin Horns observe with shocked faces because of my lightning deviant but they soon collected themselves to focus.

*SCREEEEEE!*

The spear pierced through the scale on its head but didn't sink deep enough in its flesh to cause an actual fatal wound apparently. It was mostly hurt and shocked due to the lightning enhancement on Tormentor's blade.

The Tyrant Scropion stabbed its stinger at the rock chains as if they were made from paper, destroying Durden's efforts to make it immobile. Helen was raining more arrows on the AA ranked creature but its hard scales proved her attempts futile, Angela was busy stopping Adam's bleeding so she couldn't focus on supporting us.

Activating Thunderclap Impulse, I leapt at Jasmine who was stunned at the wall's crater. The moment I landed beside her, I simultaneously conjured two barriers of fire and wind stacking on top of each other covering us at once. As expected, the Scorpion's stinger ripped through my fire barrier, but it got burnt by the flame and the wind barrier deflected the stinger away from us.

While the Scorpion was lifting its tail from my barriers, Durden immediately conjured a giant earthen hand emerging from the dungeon's wall and caught its tail firmly. Helen caught the chance and delivered multiple arrows at its tail.

Her arrows embeded on its red tail, causing noticeable damages to the beast, but it wasn't enough.
The Tyrant Scropion used its whole body to try breaking its tail free from Durden's giant hand.

"ANGELA, BRING ADAM OUT!", Helen screamed.

Angela used her wind to transport Adam quickly back to the exit first.
