Beach Episode

Y/N POV

I woke up Sunday morning feeling a little sore from the mission yesterday. I guess my body still wasn't used to me using my Fist of Flowing Water technique yet. I was still excited to wake up because I remembered that Rumi and I had a beach date planned for later today

It was around 9AM when i slogged myself out of bed and downstairs to make myself some breakfast. Ojiro, Shoji, Hagakure, Mina, and Kaminari were sitting on the couch when I got there

"Morning guys" i yawn

"Morning Y/N" Mina says

"Morning" Shoji says

"Hey" Hagakure says

"Hey man" Ojiro says

"What's up" Kaminari says

"Got any plans today?" I ask as I start to gather ingredients for an omelet

"I'm still trying to find a work study" Mina says, "I did wanna go shopping though"

"We can go together" Hagakure suggests

"We're probably gonna go train later" Shoji says as he points at Ojiro

"Eh I'm probably gonna hang out and relax today" Kaminari says

"What about you Y/N?" Mina asks

"Rumi and I have a little date planned for a little later" I respond, "Do you guys want an omelet?"

"No thanks" Kaminari says

"Sure" Ojiro says, "Thanks"

"I'm ok thank you" Shoji says

"Wait a date?!" Mina exclaims as she suddenly becomes filled with interest

"Yeah, spill!" Hagakure says

"It's just a beach date" i say, "Probably just a picnic and hangout type thing"

"Oooooo" Mina says, "You gotta tell me about it when you get back"

"If I feel like it" i say

"Nuh uh" Hagakure says, "You WILL tell us all about it"

"You should ask Kirishima out" i chuckle, "I'm sure he'd go out with you"

"We're not like that!" Mina blushes madly

Mina walks off still blushing like hell while I finish making breakfast. By the end of my cooking, I'd made omelets with bacon bits, bell peppers, and spinach

"Breakfast is served" i say as Ojiro walks over and grabs his plate

I take my plate over to a table on my own and as I'm about to get my first bite down, I get a phone call from Rumi

"Hello mi amor~" I say as I take my first bite, "What's up"

"Morning" she says, "What time are we meeting at the beach"

"Uh...what time did you have in mind" i ask

"11?" She suggests

"Yeah that works" I say

"Perfect" she exclaims, "See you there"

"Ok" i say, "Love you"

"Love you too" she says before hanging up

I quickly finish my breakfast before changing into swim trunks and a tank top, grabbing a towel, and heading out the door

I took a train, 2 buses, and a trolley to get to the beach. The trip as a whole took around an hour and 15 min and was completely miserable. The train got stopped for about 30min because of issues with the breaks. Both buses were completely full, then on the trolley, some snot nosed brat dropped his ice cream cone on my foot and proceeded to cry for the rest of the ride
