We Need to Talk

The next day was Saturday, which meant that everyone was home and in the dorms. So we all got together and started practicing for our performance

The band and special effects teams were inside doing their stuff while Mina had the dance team outside working on our moves

"Loosen up Midoriya!" She commands, "Just because it's called a lock doesn't mean you have to be so rigid! You have to be flexible!"

Our practice was interrupted when Aizawa walked out and called to all of us

"Hey everyone" he says, "Come inside for a second"

Confused, we all walked back inside to see what was up. When we got inside, we saw that the band team and special effects teams were both sitting on the couches in the main living area

"What's wrong Mr. Aizawa?" Mina asks

"Eri was let out of the hospital a couple days ago" he says, "She was given permission to come to the festival as well"

"That's great!" Ochaco says

"Yes, it is" he says, "Togata wanted to bring her over and introduce her to everybody in about an hour. I just wanted to tell you all so you weren't surprised when she showed up. That's all"

Once he left, everyone started talking amongst themselves about stuff as they waited for Eri to arrive. I saw the perfect opportunity for something so I decide to text Rumi and tell her to come over. I figured she'd want to meet the girl that we went on that whole raid mission for

Rumi got to the dorms about 20 minutes later so I decided to meet her outside. She was wearing one of her typical disguises. She had a light brown beanie that covered her ears, black shades that covered her eyes, black jeans, and a white t-shirt

"Hey babe" I say as she walks through the front gate

"Hey" she says as she walks over

I tried to give her a hug, but she didn't hug me back

"How've you been?" she asks

"Busy to be honest" I say, "UAs having a festival soon and our class has to put on two events for the school. The whole class has been swamped"

"Hmmm" she says

I could tell that she wasn't in the best mood, and I had a sneaking suspicion that it was my fault

"What'd you call me over for?" She asks

"What? I can't call you over to hang out?" I ask

She cocks an eyebrow as she looks at me suspiciously

"You never call me to hang out" she says coldly

"Uh...sorry about that" i say, "Eri was released from the hospital and she's coming to visit the class. I figured that you'd wanna meet her given how intense the mission to save her was"

She maintains her ticked off look before taking a deep breath

"I heard she woke up from the hospital last week sometime" she says

"Yeah, she did" I say

She walks past me towards the door and the second she passed by me, I could feel her cold aura. It sent shivers down my spine

We walk into the dorms and everyone walks over and starts greeting Rumi. We walk over to the couch and start talking with everyone about the festival
