Chapter 6 : An Unexpected Encounter

With a light jingle, the bell on your bow swayed as you walked with a carefree stride towards Grove 24.

Along the way, you playfully chased after a few butterflies, pausing every now and then to appreciate the fragrance of the flowers.

Under the bright sun, everything appeared ordinary until you reached the park. The tranquility shattered as the sound of a gunshot echoed through the air, followed by the piercing scream of a woman.

Reflexively, your instincts took over, propelling you to dash towards an alley, seeking cover to avoid drawing any unwanted attention.

"And above all, absolutely avoid any encounters with celestial dragons," your father's advice echoed in your mind. Briefly forgotten in the excitement of the moment, those words now resurfaced, a crucial reminder in the world of One Piece where caution was paramount.

As you heard the screams echoing died down, you decided to go another route to avoid any potential issue and fight.

Today you had only one goal, to find the perfect gift for your dad, but what does one get for a man such as Dracule Mihawk?

' I would get him the most expensive wine but I would like for it to be more sentimental than that.. A knife or sword would be out of the questi-' you abruptly stopped in your tracks, a sudden pain gripping your lower abdomen.

Confusion and discomfort flooded your senses as the sensation persisted. 'Wha-What's going on?'

It was reminiscent of the discomfort experienced during a monthly menstrual cycle. Your body began to feel sore, and your joints throbbed with an ache that seemed to intensify. Deciding to take a moment's respite in the alleyway, you hoped that the discomfort would soon abate.

Yet, to your dismay, the burning sensation in your lower abdomen continued to worsen, leaving you deeply perplexed and increasingly uneasy.

You felt your body temperature shoot up intensely and suddenly, your vision started to blur out but you were stubborn, you weren't sure what was going on but to hell with the pain, you can power through this.

So you started to curl up to take a breather instead.

'I'll be alright, maybe my body is still adjusting to being a cat?' You started to whimper as the heat on your lower abdomen got even more intense.

You were not going to sleep, you would not let your guard down. The last thing you remembered was your father's last interaction with you.

"I'll return, Gatita. Be good," he murmured, his voice tender as he imparted his departure.

" Oi, I don't think this way is to the hospital," Zoro spoke out to the doctor that was shot by the celestial dragon.

How did he get himself into this mess? One moment he was strolling down the streets and the next here he was covered in tomato sauce, carrying a wounded man over his shoulders.

With a 'tsk' that escaped from his mouth he started running towards the hospital but the dumb guy had given him the wrong directions and here he is now at some abandoned corner of the park.

Zoro's frustration grew as he found himself carrying the unconscious man and still without any clear sense of direction.

The lack of anyone nearby to provide guidance only exacerbated the situation.
