Chapter 32 : Hear My Plea

Zoro's breathing was ragged as he sheathed his swords, having endured three relentless days of battle against the Baboon King. The sense of accomplishment surged within him, but a tinge of concern pricked at the edges of his mind. His thoughts shifted from victory to the conspicuous absence of Gatita.

The imposing figure of Mihawk approached, his footsteps measured and deliberate. Zoro's eyes met the clapping hands of the renowned swordsman, and the sound reverberated in the clearing.

"Magnificent, Roronoa," Mihawk's voice held a tone of admiration as he continued to applaud, "You have exceeded my expectations."

A smirk formed on Zoro's lips, acknowledging the praise.

However, Mihawk's words took a curious turn, "But I must say, I expected to see Gatita with you."

Zoro's concern deepened. He pondered aloud, "Isn't she in her room, buried in her research?"

Mihawk shook his head, his eyebrows furrowing with unease, "I checked her vivre card, and it indicates that she is still within the island's perimeter."

Perona, emerging suddenly from the shadows, added to the mystery, "I spotted her heading toward the shore about two days ago."

Zoro's eyes widened with realization, "The shores? But shouldn't she have returned by now?"

Perona shrugged. Mihawk's voice carries a mix of amusement and concern, "She tends to lose track of time, Roronoa. I'll prepare dinner. Please, go and find her. We can't have her neglecting her well-being."

Zoro couldn't help but murmur in exasperation, "What about my well-being?"

He sweatdrop, but he nodded in agreement and turned to embark on his quest to locate you.

As Perona chased after Mihawk, she expressed her doubts, "Is it a good idea to entrust the task of finding Y/N to that idiot?"

Mihawk, unfazed, replied, "I don't see the harm."

Perona retorted, her concern evident, "The harm is that he has no sense of direction. He might take an entire year just to find her!"

Mihawk halted in his stride, his stoic expression giving way to a resigned sigh. He had overlooked this significant detail, realizing the importance of retrieving you promptly.

"Perhaps I should find her myself," Mihawk conceded, determined to ensure your safety.
