chapter 19: weisz can't wait until summer break

       I've been starting to become extremely bored in class. Okay, I haven't really started since I have been bored in class ever since it started. We're just three weeks away until summer break, so I'm at the point of the semester where I'm just itching for the summer.

       I won't admit it out loud, probably, but I'm especially itching for the summer since I have an extremely hot boyfriend so I can try taking him places that would get him to be shirtless, like the beach or the pool. 

       I might even pretend my car is broken just so he can go shirtless in the summer heat while he's looking the car over.

       Instead of making it look like I'm paying attention in class, I find myself looking out the window. There isn't anything interesting about the scenery of the parking lot, but it's more interesting at this point than pre-calculus. 

       It feels like forever before the bell rings to signal the start of lunch. I quickly pack up my stuff before heading to my locker where Reno is already waiting for me. He smiles at me as I give him a kiss before opening my locker. "Wanna skip school and make out somewhere?" Reno asks. "Preferably in my car?"

       "You ask that almost everyday and my answer is always the same," I say. "And that is that my parents won't be happy to find out that I skipped school, lot alone that I skipped school to make out with my boyfriend."

       "Then you don't tell them," Reno says. "Simple. Just like how you didn't tell them we shared a room in Paris even though they told you that we can't share a room."

       "That's different," I say. "For starters, I can't really get in trouble for sharing a room with you. But I can definitely get in trouble for skipping school, especially when the school calls our home whenever we skip."

       Reno sighs and leans against the locker beside mine. "You know, you break my heart every single time you tell me you won't skip school with me to make out. It feels like you just took my heart out of my chest, threw it on the floor, and stomped on it multiple times before feeding it to your pet dog."

       "I don't have a dog."

       "It's all metaphorical."

       "It's still heartbreaking."

       "Okay, I'll tell you what. I'll work up the courage to skip school to make out with you in about three weeks."

       Reno immediately catches on to exactly why I chose three weeks. He glares at me. "That's summer break. No point of skipping school when we won't be in school. Can we at least go somewhere to make out for lunch? I was so lonely in all of my classes without you."

       "Yes, just two classes. So lonely."

       "So is that a yes or a no?"

       "Why not?"

       Reno smiles at me and lets me close my locker before grabbing my hand and leading me outside to his car. The moment we get in his car, even though we're still in the school parking lot, Reno leans over and presses his lips onto mine. Reno always parks his car far away from the school where not too many people park, so we likely won't have to worry about onlookers.

       Reno's lips trails from mine to my neck, and I immediately know what his goal is. I don't know if I should stop him or let it happen. After all, I'm not the only teenager to ever get a hickey, and it's not like I'm in a secret relationship.

       Unfortunately, my stomach decides to growl at that moment, causing Reno to pull away from me. "I'm guessing you want to get something to eat," he says.

       "I mean, I would rather make out with you. But I probably shouldn't go to my next class hungry."

       "Don't worry, we'll totally make out when we're done eating."

       Reno starts the car and pulls out of the parking lot. We just go to A&W since it's the closes food place to the school, and it's easier than trying to think of all of our options. After we get our food from the drive-through, we go back to the school and just eat in the parking lot there.

       Because we went to the closest food joint, we have more than enough time after we're done eating to... Well, as Reno would put it, get up to spicy things in his car.

       Soon enough, lunch comes to an end so we have to go back to school. Reno, once again, tries so convince me to just skip school with him, but I know for a fact my parents would probably ground me and not let me go to Reno's house.

       Even if I pull cry and uncontrollably sob, they won't unground me. But I just have to put up with three more weeks of school and then I can spend all the time in the world with my amazing boyfriend.

       I really hope I have an amazing summer this year. Even though right before last summer I was declared cancer free, I found out that Marie was cheating on me for six months, so most of the summer was spent moping in my bedroom. I definitely won't have to do that this summer.

       I mean, I got back into surfing, Reno is still as amazing as ever, and my friends are still here for me.

       "So I have an idea," Reno says once school ends and we're getting in his car to head home. "You know how nothing really happens on the last day of school since we'll already be done with exams and stuff?"

       "Yeah? Wait, I know where this is going and the answer is no. We're not going to skip the last day of school to make out."

       Reno sighs. "I tried."

       "But just think, we'll have all the time in the world to spend together during summer break."

       "To make out?"

       "Sure, Reno. To make out."

i'm now craving a&w :( (i'm going to the mall with two of my sisters and my mom and we also get lunch at the food court so i'll probably just get a&w specifically for the onion rings)
