Were my eyes dreaming up things?

Is that Gavin?

No, my condition can't be this serious. It's already weeks, where I have been avoiding Gavin, and Lord, it was hell difficult.

He should have not lashed on me the way he did. As to apologise, he even sent me flowers. But I, like a shameless undisguised creature, kept my silent treatment going on.

And now I think I am imagining him.

But, thank God, no I am not. He is actually walking in long strides towards me. And this is even worse.

I am here with Theodore, and looking at Gavin felt as if I am cheating on him.

God knows why?

Neither I am in any kind of commitment with Gavin, nor Theodore has anything to do with me. Please, two Asian kids of Chinese descended met here, in Austin and instantly felt like siblings, more than friends.

But the clenched jaws of Gavin and his stern expressions, narrated another story to me. He must be thinking I am on another date here. Where as, we are here to support Sydney, our friend, a fashion model.

And my shit brain, rather than fighting for why should Gavin care with whom I attend any show and who not, my stomach is tickling with millions of butterfly in thought of jealous Mr. Gray.

There is something seriously wrong with me.

As Gavin neared us, my clutch on Theodore's hand tightened, and his line of sight zeroed to my hand resting on his'.

"Hello Doctor. Up on a date?"

Okay.

That was quite direct. But that doesn't mean we can't play a little with Mr. Jealous Gray.

Without much effort, a smile formed on my lips and before Theodore could utter a single word, I jumped in replying positively.

"You never know Mr. Gray, in whom we might find our soul mate."

I played safe, neither did I accepted it nor declined it. And Theodore instantly turned his head in a sharp jerk to face me. Ignoring his obvious stare on me, I smiled to Gavin, who in return gave me a hard glare, followed by to Theodore.

"I hope you enjoy your time here."

Gavin's voice rumbled around me and still maintaining my composure, I managed to smile.

"I will. You are here with?"

"This fashion show is organized by company I own. Indirectly, by me."

He spoke to me but for last part he literally directed it towards Theodore as if slapping him with fact of him owning a big company and organizing a big fashion show. And Theodore pursed his lips, as if to reply, 'Dude, I am least interested in this girl.'

Amidst of all this cold war going on in between these two handsome, my jaw dropped. I was well aware of him owning some business, but he never made me clear what business he owned. I was never able to reach there.

"That's great. Umm, shall we take our seats?"

Though I like Gavin's face, as much as I can stare at that beautifully sculpted, carved face of Greek God for whole day, but I wanted to end this, this, whatever this complicated thing is going on in between us.

"Sure. Where are your seats?"

Thanks a lot to God he simply agreed without any further Q&A.
