〖 MIRROR CHAMBER 〗
"AHHHH! HELP! I'm on fire over here!" Kalim's frantic scream filled the room, causing [Y/n] to snap into action. With unwavering determination, her gaze turned steely as she instinctively assessed the situation. Without hesitation, [Y/n] swiftly moved towards Kalim, propelled by a surge of adrenaline and a strong resolve. Reaching into her robe, she retrieved a special object concealed in a hidden pocket—her magical pen. The gemstone on the pen shimmered with a faint, ethereal glow, displaying all the colors of the dorm's signature. With a quick flick of her wrist, [Y/n] activated the pen's enchantment, witnessing the colors swirling and dancing around the gemstone. In front of her materialized a radiant orb of multicolored light, pulsating with raw magical energy, ready to cast a powerful spell. With incredible speed, the orb shot towards Kalim, leaving a trail of vibrant hues in its wake. Uncertain of what to expect from this mesmerizing display of magic, Kalim braced himself. The orb stopped just inches away from his face, extinguishing the flames and relieving him from the perilous situation. Overwhelmed with relief, Kalim's face lit up with a grateful smile.
"Kalim! Are you alright?" [Y/n] rushed towards him, her expression shifting from concern to relief. She gently cupped his cheeks in her hands, displaying tender affection. Kalim, still in awe of her presence, nodded appreciatively and reached up to hold her hand on his cheek. "I am now, thanks to you," he replied gratefully, his gaze fixated on her. The world around him faded into insignificance, and he found solace in her captivating eyes. "That was a close call, but I'm glad you're safe." Filled with gratitude, Kalim's heart swelled as he looked into [Y/n]'s eyes, overwhelmed with love. Suddenly, a low grumble could be heard from Leon, breaking the intimate moment. "Ugh. Can I go now, or...?" he impatiently trailed off, running his hand through his dark brown hair and letting out a frustrated sigh. His ears twitched in annoyance, flicking back and forth. "Oh? I thought you fancied yourself a hunter. Go and help yourself to that plump little morsel!" Vil chimed in mischievously, placing a hand on his hip and tilting his head to the side with a playful grin. Leon clicked his tongue, annoyed by the suggestion, and replied, "Too much effort. Do it yourself."
"Rose, watch out!" Time stood still as a mesmerizing ball of blue fire shot towards [Y/n]. Its incredible speed left a dazzling trail of sparks in its wake. But in a split second, Yuuken jumped in, selflessly throwing himself at her and diverting the danger. They both recoiled and narrowly escaped the scorching flames that came perilously close to the man's head. As they fell to the ground in a tangled heap, the impact knocked the wind out of them, leaving them disoriented and dazed. Lying there, the crackling sound of fire grew louder with each passing second. Although [Y/n] took the brunt of the fall, landing on her back with the man on top of her, she remained stone-faced despite the excruciating pain surging through her body like a raging wildfire. Concern filled the man's gaze as he scrutinized her blank expression, and he anxiously asked, "Are you okay?" Looking up at him with half-lidded eyes, [Y/n] couldn't hide the palpable emotions that flickered across her face like a mischievous flame. She silently questioned who this man thought he was. "Am I okay? I would be if you got off of me," she responded through gritted teeth, determined to handle the situation on her own. "I'm trying to help you," he insisted, his voice tinged with frustration. "Sure, I'm sure your intentions are good," [Y/n] retorted, "but your assistance is only making things worse. Just let me handle it myself." Unable to ignore the intense glare and piercing eyes fixed on him, the Yuuken quickly got off [Y/n], feeling a pang of embarrassment. His gaze shifted, noticing the six house wardens who were watching from a distance, adding to his discomfort. The complexities hidden within their eyes eluded Leon, leaving him unsettled by the brewing storm beneath the surface. Those eyes reflected deep-rooted anger and frustration that he struggled to fully comprehend. Standing there, the weight of their collective gaze bore down on him, amplifying his unease and causing him to question his own intentions in getting involved.
