〖 Woods Behind Campus 〗
The school day progressed smoothly, with no major disturbances. Students attended their classes, participated in discussions, and completed their assignments diligently. The teachers ensured that the curriculum was followed smoothly, maintaining a productive and engaging learning environment for all. To [Y/n]'s pleasant surprise, she found herself actively participating in Yuuken's group activities, forming growing friendships with her classmates, enjoying their company, and feeling a sense of belonging. Joining Yuuken's group was unexpected, given her initial reservations about getting involved with this group but it turned out to be a decision that greatly enriched her. As the day progressed, the group ventured deeper into the woods behind the campus, the verdant canopy and tranquil surroundings setting the stage for their mission ahead. The group walked in silence, their thoughts focused on their task, but the beauty of the surroundings was impossible to ignore.
The sun hung high in the sky, casting dappled patterns of light through the thick canopy of trees, creating an enchanting atmosphere in the jungle clearing. Birds chirped melodiously, their songs blending harmoniously with the rustling of leaves in the gentle breeze. "Whoa! There really are a ton of chestnuts just layin' around. I'm gonna be livin' large on chestnut tarts! Mmm!" Grim exclaimed excitedly as he bent down to collect the chestnuts scattered on the ground. "Let's get grabbin'—YOWCH!" Grim yelped in pain as he accidentally pricked his finger on a sharp chestnut burr. "Myah! The chestnut spines pricked my paws!" Grim winced in pain and quickly sucked on his injured finger. [Y/n] knelt down to Grim's height and examined his paw. "Be careful, Grim. Those chestnut burrs can be really sharp," [Y/n] said sympathetically. "They can cause quite a bit of discomfort if you're not careful," [Y/n] added, gently removing any remaining spines from Grim's paw. "We aren't able to pick them up with our bare hands because they have tiny barbs that can stick to our skin. We need to use gloves." [Y/n] stood to her full height, dusting off her hands. "Maybe we can find some supplies in the botanical garden?" Ace suggested, pointing to the lush greenery ahead. "Let's take a look." Deuce nodded in agreement, and they made their way towards the botanical garden, hoping to find the much-needed resources amidst the abundance of plant life.
〖 Botanical Garden - Temperate Zone 〗
[Y/n], Yuuken, Grim, Deuce, and Ace combed the botanical harden for any supplies to aid them, hoping to find anything that could help them pick the chestnuts. So far, they have not encountered any supplies, but the group remains determined to continue their search. "Whoa, I didn't realize this place was so huge," Ace exclaimed, his eyes widening as he took in the vast expanse before him. The towering glass dome and sprawling grounds seemed to stretch endlessly, leaving him in awe of their grandeur. A variety of colorful flowers and meticulously manicured gardens adorned the landscape, adding a touch of elegance to the already impressive scene. Ace couldn't help but feel a sense of tranquility wash over him as he stepped further into the enchanting oasis. [Y/n]'s sharp gaze scanned the surrounding environment, taking note of the diverse array of plant species that surrounded them. "It's like stepping into a botanical wonderland. How beautiful."
