〖 Collage Campus - Classroom〗
As soon as Grim stepped into the classroom, he commanded the attention of all the students without hesitation. His powerful voice resonated throughout the room, capturing their immediate focus and demanding their undivided attention. "All right, where's Ruggie Bucchi?!"The students quickly snapped to attention, their curiosity piqued by Grim's urgent tone. "Right here. Ah... It's you guys again." Ruggie sighed, his eyes rolling as he stood up from his seat. "I really hope this isn't about that deluxe grilled cheese. We traded fair and square," he said, crossing his arms defensively.
The tension in the air thickened as Riddle stepped forward, his piercing gaze fixed on Ruggie. The other students held their breath, sensing that something serious was about to unfold. Riddle's voice was calm yet authoritative as he responded, "Ruggie Bucchi, we need to ask you some questions about the spate of injuries that have befallen prospective Spelldrive tournament players." he said, his tone carrying an undercurrent of suspicion. "Oh ho. This sounds like some serious business." cackled Ruggie, a mischievous grin spreading across his face. The room grew even quieter as Ruggie's nonchalant response contrasted with the seriousness of the situation.
"How about we move to the hall and keep this in the figurative DMs, if you catch my drift?" Cater, with an air of expertise and a knowing smile, pointed towards the hallway as if unveiling a hidden gem. "It might be more appropriate to discuss this privately," [Y/n]added, emphasizing the need for discretion. Their suggestion hinted at a desire to maintain confidentiality and avoid any potential misunderstandings that could arise from a public conversation. Ruggie, silenced by the suggestion, nodded in agreement. "I'm cooperating. Let's all try to be gentlemen, now." he chirped in a light-hearted tone, his arms casually thrown behind his head.
〖 Collage Campus - Interior Hallway〗
Once inside the grand entrance hall, Riddle didn't hesitate to confront Ruggie. "Very well. While we do not yet know exactly what transpired, it is abundantly clear that your signature spell is a dangerous one. I will be casting "Off With Your Head" to—" Before Riddle could finish his sentence, Ruggie interrupted him, a mischievous grin spreading across his face. "But Riddle, are you sure you should be casting such a powerful spell without your magical pen?" he teased. As Riddle prepared to take out his magical pen, his fingers eagerly reaching into his pocket, a sudden look of panic crossed his face. "Huh? Wait...what?! What happened to my magical pen?!" Frantically, he began searching through his pockets, turning them inside out like a madman. But the pen was nowhere to be found. Frustration started to take hold, mingling with the growing rage within him.
Noticing Riddle's distress, Grim chimed in with a gasp. "Hey, Cater! Your pen's gone too!" Cater looked down at his empty hand, a look of confusion crossing his face. "You're kidding me! How?!" he exclaimed, scanning the area frantically. "Does that mean..." [Y/n] trailed off, her countance filled with concern. Exasperated, [Y/n] instinctively reached for her own pen, her heart sinking as she realized it was missing as well. Her eyes darted around in search of any clue, but there was nothing. Just as she was about to voice her concern, Ruggie stepped forward, dangling her pen in front of her face, teasingly. "Shyeheehee! Children of privilege, every one of you. So unprepared. So complacent. Like stealing candy from a baby." he cackled, his voice dripping with mockery.
