"Spelldrive tournament"? Come again?" Yuu asked, raising an eyebrow in confusion. He had never heard of such an event before and was intrigued by the mention of a "spelldrive tournament." Curiosity piqued, and he leaned in closer, eager to learn more about this mysterious competition. "Dude, Yuu... You've never heard of Spelldrive?!" Ace exclaimed, incredulous. Deuce chimed in, adding, "It's a world-famous sport! There's even a pro league and a world championship tournament." Grim grumbled, placing his paws on his hips.

"I ain't never heard of this either!" he protested. The disbelieving look in [Y/n]'s eyes prompted Ace to explain further. "Spelldrive is a sport played by competing teams of seven people. Basically, players battle for control of a disc and earn points by drivin' it into the enemy team's goal. The team with the most points wins!" he clarified. Yuu put a finger to his chin, deep in thought. "That sounds like football." At his words, [Y/n]'s forehead creased into deep lines, an inquisitive expression forming on their face. "Football?" she questioned, seeking clarification.

"Hm. I've not heard of such a game, but I'll look it up the next time I'm at the library. Perhaps it will yield some sort of clue." Crowley pondered. Ace's countenance twisted into a frown as he recalled something. "Oh, man, I just realized that Yuu would have a hard time actually playing," he said, scratching his head. "Yeah? Why's that?" Grim asked, raising an eyebrow in curiosity. Deuce sighed and explained, "You need magic to play. Not only do you move the disc with magic, but you use it to attack and defend, too." Yuu nodded, understanding the predicament. Ace added, "The flashier the magic, the better—it's how players show off their skills!"

"Yes, quite!" Cowley continued, "That is why Night Raven College is known throughout the world as a leader in the sport! This school has produced countless pro players! That's why our interdorm Spelldrive tournaments attract attention even from pro league recruiters. Also, those simply looking for up-and-coming magicians use the event to scout hopeful candidates. Yes, the tournament is quite an affair. The campus will be full of visitors and lined with various kiosks. And the main event will be captured by television cameras and broadcast worldwide." He informed them with a flourish. "Wow... That's incredible." Yuu exclaimed, his eyes widening in awe. "It's broadcast throughout the world?! So you're sayin' that if I were to play in this tournament—and win of course—the whole world would see it?!" Grim asked.

"Of course! Players who excel at the tournament invariably attract great attention. Both from the pro leagues and the public at large!" Crowley nodded enthusiastically. Deuce pursed his lips and nodded in agreement." he stated. At his words, Grim threw a paw in the air and let out a triumphant howl. "It's settled, then! I'm gonna train around the clock, join a team, and become a legend!" he declared. Grim's declaration reverberated through the room, filling the air with a palpable sense of unwavering determination and contagious excitement.
