Daniels eyed me waiting for me to say something.
I sighed and looked at the window.
"Send her things...that she really likes."
I may not have seen his face, but I know my advisor was completely taken aback at what I just said.
"Y-your majesty?"
I looked at Daniels once again and crossed my arms;
"Send her all the skin care she needs...things, and give her a blank cheque book and tell her it's from you. Don't use any royal influence."
I stood from the bed and walked by the window. I ignored Daniels' bewildered face...
"She was here earlier today."
"P-princess Ruis??!"
"Yes."
Daniels cleared his throat;
"Forgive me for my intrudance but-"
He quickly stepped closer to me;
"Y-your majesty... did you and the princess perhaps...reconciled??"
The smile on Daniels' face was longing;
"We're civil. She tried to change my shirt, thinking I was in deep slumber the whole time. I pretended I didn't know and woke up...she hid behind the drapes."
Daniels made a soft giggle.
"Of course I knew she was hiding somewhere. She didn't know but her tiny feet were peering out..."
