I patiently and anxiously waited for him to step out of the bathroom... so far, no more gagging sounds. He was silent, yet that only made me more nervous. I stood from the couch and paced around the room like a troubled cat while I watched my son sleep soundly on the thick thermal futon. I sighed and stopped short in front of the bathroom and wasn't able to hold my tension any longer. I gently knocked at first;

"M-my love, is everything alright there?... are you okay?..."

No answer.

I started fidgeting.

This is bad...

Should I call for help?

I almost stumbled as I rushed towards the table to reach out for my phone and started pressing on contact numbers.

Sarah, Luke, and even the Greek prince himself.

Sarah and Luke were probably busy because they didn't pick up right away. I didn't even let the third ring finish. But when I called Chiron, he quickly answered after the first ring.

"Yes, princess, what's up??"

"Ahh ehhhm... Chi-Chiron, y-you see- well... Food blood, gagged soup he- uhm I'm worried, what to do- don't know...I..."

"YO. Are you okay, Ruis? Relax... what's going on. Why are you glitching, gurl?? What happened?"

I was so worried that my words couldn't find their proper positions. I stopped for a while and was about to utter a better explanation when my phone was gently taken away from my grip.

When I looked up, my husband was looking a little better now.

"Yeah, Chiron. It's me."

He set the call on speaker mode.

"HEY. WHAT HAPPENED. WHY IS YOUR WIFE GLITCHING?!"

My husband hung up on him while the Greek prince was still in the middle of 'scolding' him.

"Of course not. So stop with all the fvcking whining."

He muttered then looked at me.

"You...I said a while ago I'm fine didn't I? Why did you have to call a bunch of people..."

I sighed.

"I was worried you weren't answering... and I thought you fainted or something."
