*Alora POV*
I felt a slight tear roll down my cheek, Ominis words overwhelming me as they sunk in. I clutched onto the blanket, trying to get my damn emotions under control before turning into a blubbering mess. I bit my lip, trying to get it to stop quivering from the emotion that was taking over.
Ominis eyes turned down to me, bringing his wand up to see my face. I turned in the opposite direction, hoping he wouldn't see my tears.
"Whats wrong, my dear..... I didn't mean for my words to upset you."
I let out a small sob, sitting up quickly as I wrapped my arms around his shoulders, pulling him close to me as I cried into him. His warm hands coming around my back, stroking my long hair and he spoke in sweet tones, shushing me softly as I cried.
"Why does it-it have to be-be so hard, Ominis......"
"Was it something I said Alora?" He asked, still stroking my hair as my cheek laid on his shoulder.
I sniffled, "No.... everything you said was wonderful and I'm so happy in ways I could bring you that comfort and light... but I'm just so conflicted all the time and here I am causing you both more pain by your own feelings for me when I can't even figure out mine."
Ominis grabbed my shoulders, causing me to pull back as he stared down at my face. Bring his hands to my cheeks as he wiped away the remaining tears.
"My dear.... nobody here expects you to figure it out all at once, I know me throwing my feelings into the bunch doesn't help and I'm sorry that I've created more conflict for you... I want you to know.... I just.... want you to be happy, no matter who you choose."
I sniffled, leaning my face further into his hand, feeling the comfort of his words sink in deeply.
"Oh Ominis... I don't deserve you..."
"Yes you do, my love. Even if I'm not your choice, I'm always going to be here for you."
I grabbed his one hand in mine, bringing it down so it was in my lap, giving it a slight squeeze.
"Thank you...." I said, smiling at him.
He smiled back at me, reaching behind me to fluff my pillows before grabbing my shoulders and pulling me down gently to them.
"You need to rest Alora, I want that wound completely healed by the time you wake."
I laughed slightly, watching him tuck me in like a child.
"Yes mom, whatever you say."
He smirked, getting up and blowing out the light next to the bed. Leaving me in darkness as the lightning still flashed across the sky.
"Goodnight Ominis."
"Goodnight, my dear."

The both of them spent the next few days watching over me, constantly alternating with each other. Usually, one taking the night shift and then switching to morning but never together. They made me laugh to the point of tears, telling me about how the school was now in full winter mode, Christmas only now a week away, the way they were decorating the school in greens and reds.
Ominis made sure I wasn't going to miss out on any school, so he studied with me while I was in bed, finishing up schoolwork as he occasionally checked on me during the day, usually during lunch. Poppy and Garreth both finally came around once I was able to finally move around more on my own and when the color had finally come back to my face.
I spent an entire hour with Poppy crying her sorrows away as I told her about the wound and how worried she was but didn't want to interrupt anything as she knew both boys had been checking on me. She ended up just bombarding them with questions about my well-being.
But today was the day I'd walk on my own, with no help being needed. I needed to get back at what I was good at, breaking hearts. Each time I saw Ominis or Sebastian when they came to visit me, they always had this hopeful look in their eye. Waiting to see if I had finally made my decision.
I stared out of the window, looking down at the courtyard. A misty blue coming from the sky as sleet covered the ground. Feeling the coldness seep through deeper as my heart battled with the heat. I didn't know what to do.
Ominis was warm, light, caring, affectionate, reserved. While Sebastian..... polar opposite, daring, sarcastic, sexy, passionate, cold but protective and loving...... in his own ways. I loved both of them, even if that's in different ways.
I slipped on my new and clean robes that Poppy had brought me the day before. Slipping on a sweater over my shirt so I wouldn't get cold. Being careful as I made sure to not accidently hit the wound as it was just starting to fully heal. Ms. Chaudry stated if I wasn't careful, I'd have an easy chance of reopening it and restarting the whole process all over again. I didn't want to be bed ridden again.
"Alora dear, how's it doing today?" Ms. Chaudry asked, peaking her head around the corner as she was passing by.
I smiled brightly, "Much better actually, but i'll be careful."
"I sure hope so Alora, I don't want to see you in here again if I don't have to."
I nodded to her in understanding the seriousness of it. I almost lost my life again, first time was the curse, and now a spider bite that almost killed me due to blood loss. I needed to not screw around anymore, especially if I was going to now look for the next repository.
"I know, and I promise."

I headed down the main hallway, heading to the transfiguration classroom where I knew Professor Weasley would be. I opened the door, peaking my head around the door, noticing the professor with a book in her face as an owl squeaked my arrival. Flapping its wings in warning.
Professor Weasley eyes peaked up, smiling as she noticed me by the door.
"Alora, please... come in."
I smiled coming to her desk, slowly sitting down at the other side of her desk, feeling worry overtake me, the anxiety beating wildly in my chest.
"Professor, I'm sorry please forgive me. I've been absent, again, putting my studies second but I promise, it's for good reason..... there is something I must share with you."
She looked focused at first before taking my words on carefully.
"Go ahead, Ms. Circe. I am listening."
"I..... unfortunately discovered a horrible truth. There is another repository I'm afraid."
Professor Weasleys eyes went wide, taking in the new information.
"You're sure of this?" she asked.
I gulped, feeling my hands sweat as I clasped them together in my lap.
"Yes.... and even though Ranrok is gone... there are those who are still loyal to him. I've encountered a new group that's had a particular interest in me and it's because they know about my last interaction with the last repository, they know I have the ability. "
Professor Weasley sighed in distress, "I was afraid of this, not knowing if Isadora had the capability but... no matter. We will take care of this immediately dear, you don' t need to worry."
"That's just it Professor, it doesn't matter if you find it before me or try to protect it. The only way we can secure it is if I take care of it. Just this time... I don't want to go at it alone."
