A few minutes after the attack on Jujutsu High, a lone man with a blonde sideways ponytail was walking inside what appeared to be a cave, dangling his weapon along his hand. This curse user hadn't been able to find anyone to fight with; he was rather disappointed.

"I ended up not doing anything. I wonder if they'll be mad." The blond man said. Cracks began to emerge on the ceiling of the cave. Hanami, with his roots, had broken through, the debris falling onto the floor. This gained the attention of this lone man.

"Though, in contrast, you worked too hard." The man said looking towards a heavily injured Hanami, with his left arm ripped off and stumbling. Hanami collapses onto the floor; the blonde man deviously smiles at this. Noticing Hanami is defenseless, he licks his lips.

"Poor thing." He whispers to himself, grabbing his sword while walking towards Hanami.

"Shall I put you out of your misery?" The man asked. Suddenly, Mahito wrapped his arm around the blonde man, saving Hanami in the process. He shocked the blonde ponytail man quite a bit.

"Good work. You're just a human. Don't act on your own. Or I'll kill you." Mahito warns.

"Come on, I'm just being nice. But I guess a curse wouldn't understand such subtleties." The man retorts.

The man shrugs his shoulders, frowning a little bit. Mahito lets him go. The blonde-haired man turns to his patch-faced associate. "So, got the goods?" The man asks.

"Without a hitch, all six of the special-grade "Sukuna's Finger" cursed objects that Jujutsu High possessed and the other special-grade cursed object, 'Cursed Wombs: Death Paintings,' One through Three." Mahito responds, holding up Sukuna's finger.

Flashback...

Suguru Geto is talking about the plan to attack Jujutsu Tech with Hanami, Jogo, and Mahito.

"Most of the temples at Jujutsu High are actually just a facade Tegen's barrier keeps their position changing every day. Among those, only one of over a thousand doors leads to the storeroom that holds cursed objects as dangerous as the fingers. Only Tengen knows which door leads to the storehouse each day, so I doubt anyone will interfere." Suguru explains.

"Who's Tengen?" Jogo asks.

"A Jujutsu sorcerer with an immortality technique." Suguru states.

"Immortality?! Who's stronger, him or Gojo Satoshi?!" Jogo asks, shocked.

"He has immortality, but not eternal youth. You can think of him as just a tree. Tengen basically doesn't interfere with the world, aside from maintaining barriers. You really don't have to worry about him." Suguru answers.

"Remember the finger we let Jujutsu High retrieve previously? I placed a charm comprised of Mahito's cursed energy on it before they collected it. It's under a single-layer seal, so they won't remove it. He'll be able to find it easily." Suguru reveals.

"Any gatekeepers?" Mahito asked.

"There are two of Tengen's attendants between the door and the storeroom, but they're chumps. More importantly, before the veil goes down, I'd like you to thin out the sorcerers standing by at Jujutsu High as quietly as possible. We want to reduce the burden on Hanami." Suguru suggests.

"Why aren't we sealing the Gojo brothers within the veil?" Hanami asks.

"Because we don't want them to direct their attention towards Mahito's main mission. And we need either of them to exercise a degree of their full power, or it won't be a proper test of the veil. Trapping the students inside will be more effective." Suguru answers.
