Satoshi stood close to the television screens, observing Satoru's purple hollow, which decimated a large stretch of Shinjuku. Mahoraga and its wheel were also wholly disintegrated. Narrowly surviving the attack, Sukuna rested his stumbling body against some debris. Satoshi watched as Satoru slowly approached a highly damaged Sukuna.
Satoshi felt overwhelming pride as he witnessed Satoru's remarkable accomplishment. Satoru had successfully vanquished Mahoraga, thwarting what he believed to be Sukuna's scheme against him. Everyone around Satoshi erupted in cheers, expressing their relief, joy, and anticipation as Satoru appeared to confront Sukuna and recount his remarkable feat.
Satoshi smiled, beaming with pride at his twin; "He did it!" Before he observed Sukuna, something wasn't right with him, so he mentally asked, "Is Sukuna whispering?"
Satoshi sensed that something was amiss. He was confident that Sukuna was deliberately restraining himself, but his worst suspicions were confirmed when he caught a glimpse of Sukuna whispering to himself.
Kusakabe cheerfully commented, "It's Satoru who regained his Reverse Cursed Technique output through those Black Flashes versus Sukuna with slowed healing, no Mahoraga, and an ability to do a lick of damage without amplification."
Yuji, hopeful, began to ask, "Does this mean..."
Kusakabe confirmed it, "Yeah."

Satoshi blocked out the cacophony of voices swirling around him as a chilling realization gripped him. In a moment of sheer horror, he let out a piercing scream, "Satoru!!!" The urgency in his voice startled everyone present. Without hesitation, Satoshi tapped into his hidden powers and instantaneously transported himself to Satoru's location.
As he did, Sukuna replied to Satoru's taunting, smirking, "Know your place, fool."
But just in time, Satoshi materialized with instant transmission and executed a time-skip. He deftly grabbed Satoru by the collar and propelled them out of harm's way as Sukuna unleashed his secret weapon. Sukuna's frustration was palpable while Satoru gazed up in astonishment at his brother, stammering, "To-Toshi?"
Sukuna paused to collect himself. His expression transformed from anger to curiosity, and a sly grin spread across his face. "Oh?" he said, his voice laced with amusement. He began to heal slowly, crossing his arms as he spoke, "Welcome, Yasu. Nice of you to join us." A soft chuckle escaped him as he savoured the moment.
Satoshi chose not to respond and instead used the instant transmission technique to transport himself and Satoru back to the rest of the sorcerers. Turning to Satoru, he said, "Sorry, Toru', change of plans."
Satoru responded with a mock pout, saying, "You're kidding me, this sucks."
Satoshi quickly explained what Sukuna did, "He used Mahoraga to create a blueprint for bypassing your infinity. It adapted Sukuna's slashes to target the space and world around you instead of targeting you, so your infinity means nothing. If he had landed it, you would've died."
