"You got the guards ready?", Bolt asked as she stormed through the police station, checking that everything was perfect so nothing could possibly go wrong with the interrogation. The guards were in the proper position so no one else could get in, nor could anyone else get out of the place. Bolt had only her most trusted police officers come in for this sort of job, as she knew that Team Storm could easily bribe someone less loyal, and the operation would completely fall apart. Bolt opened the door to the place beyond the glass, checking all the lighting was correct for the interrogation and the recording system was perfect and orderly. The tech people gave her the thumbs up, and she entered the interrogation room. There, she found a glitchy and twitching Courtney. She'd been like that ever since she'd been captured. They'd tried everything, but they were met with nothing. It came as a shock in the first place to find Courtney was indeed a robot. It had been an even bigger shock when it appeared that no one could even fix her. So, they were forced to ask the one person who was in the room just hours before the hideout raid happened.
"We're here!", Jerry excitedly shouted as he and Hugo both stepped into the room, Hugo with all the tools at his disposal to try and get someone like her working. Meanwhile, Jerry hung in the corner next to Bolt and just watched. But, Bolt wanted something out of Jerry being out there. So, she decided to warm up her interrogation skills by asking,
"So, Jerry, did you know Courtney?"
"Uh, very vaguely. I knew she was one of the Team Magma admins but everyone at the base knew that, especially since some of them had been loyal servants to Team Magma before. I'm surprised we didn't know she was a robot based on the way she talked and acted. She always had a plan in mind to do anything, even menial tasks. She also didn't communicate very well with people, especially when they talked about her previous career with Team Magma."
"Did she not like talking about it?"
"From what I saw of her, she was acting like it never existed. She seemed so lost by the question, to the point where she shut up anyone who asked about it. I guess she must've found it annoying that people reminded her of her failed career, or something to that extent."
"Guys, found something!", Hugo shouted from the back, as something holographic suddenly began to sprout from Courtney's neck. Instead of displaying the usual 'Error. Please report back to Team Magma HQ' message, it came up with what appeared to be an option menu. There were three options in particular. One was completely unlocked and labelled 'Team Storm'. One was locked with what appeared to be chains, but Hugo read what was underneath as 'Team Magma'. Then, the one in the centre, which faded in and out in a glitchy static effect, had the title 'FREEDOM'. Hugo first selected 'FREEDOM', only to get a rude electric shock even through the hologram. Next, he selected the Team Magma icon, but again it was closed off, giving him an electric shock. So, Hugo had no choice other than to select the Team Storm option. Courtney suddenly stopped jittering in her chair, her movements dying back down as her eyelids shut. Then, she opened her eyes, looking around the room at wherever she was, then seeing Bolt, Hugo and Jerry. Quickly, she tried to escape, but she had been cuffed to the heavy chair, so there was no way out now. Bolt grabbed her papers and sat down at the opposite side of the table, adjusting the lights again to shine brightly into Courtney's eyes. However, that sort of bright light didn't really work on Courtney, considering her eyes were not human. Bolt just sat across the side of the room, her hands locked together,
"We'll start with the basics. What is your name?"
"Alright then. What is your association with Team Storm?"
"Do you know of any future plans that Team Storm will have in the future?"
