"He was bad. He smoked, he broke the law, he drove too fast for his own good. He didn't care because no one taught him how to. But when it came to her, he wanted to be the best man. He couldn't bare the thought of her being hurt by him... or by anyo...

Ariadne and I spent two hours cuddling and talking together at that book cafe and yet it didn't feel long enough to me.
I somehow talked her into picking out any books she liked so I could buy them for her. I carried every book she wanted while she happily walked around the room and picked more books.
I had to be firm with her about getting books that she wanted because she was being a stubborn little brat and kept insisting I'd gotten her enough.
She tried to pick one book off the shelf and say that's all she wanted. She soon learnt I meant business when I started grabbing every book I possibly could off the shelf.
Her face was priceless when she realised I wouldn't stop unless she agreed to get every book she genuinely wanted.
I was dead-ass about buying random fucking books unless she stopped being shy and got every book she wanted.
I'm stubborn and would've done it just to prove my point to Ariadne. I want my girl to get everything and anything she wants.
I know she doesn't like me spending my money on her because she's sweet and doesn't want me 'wasting' money on her but I love making her happy.
I love how her beautiful face lights up when I give her a gift and bring her to a place that I know she'll love.
I enjoy every minute I get to spend with my girl even if it's just holding her and feeding her a brownie while she reads.
Ariadne's eyes nearly fell out of her head when I was told the price of all the books she wanted. She tried to insist on putting a few back but her mouth fell open when I didn't say a thing and just paid for them.
She whined about me spending so much money on her but I shut her up with a kiss and told her that I love buying her things that make her happy.
She had pouted but then smiled and continuously thanked me for the flowers, ring and books I had bought her.
I chuckled when she went on to thank me for taking her to the book cafe and even for buying her a hot chocolate.
