"Me and Yeji are together again, we met up a few days ago at the US and talked. Actually, we saw each other before that and met when Ryujin and Lia unnie had this request for their house. We worked together and-"

"Enough, I'm not letting you go back with that woman" Mr. Lee said which shocked both Chaeryeong and his wife

"You can't do that appa" Chaeryeong said, her eyes getting teary

"Honey, I'm sure we can figure all of this out and besides, Chaery already talked to her and-"
Mrs. Lee was then cut off

"NO, after what she did to our daughter?! leaving her when she was pregnant with their child? Do you think I will allow that woman to be with Chaeryeong again that easily?!" Mr. Lee said, his voice raising and it echoed through the house

"But appa, it wasn't her fault, she was in an accident! She got amnesia and-"

"I SAID NO!" Mr. Lee said and it made Chaeryeong's heart drop and cry more.

Hearing all the commotion, Yuna went out of the room, being able to escape from Haerin and Yubin. She heard her grandfather yell but what she got concerned more of was seeing her mother crying.

"Mommy?" Yuna called out and immediately went towards Chaeryeong.

"I-I'm fine sweetheart, go back to the room" Chaeryeong said as she wiped her tears.

"No. I heard harabeoji yell" Yuna said and held her mommy's hand. Yuna was about to ask something but was cut off by Mr. Lee

"Don't give me reasons Chaeryeong, I'm not allowing her to be with you again. You've suffered so much and I don't want you to get into the same situation again" Mr. Lee said and stood up from the couch but before he could leave, Yuna said something.

"Don't yell at mommy again harabeoji" Yuna said and it made Mr. Lee look at Yuna then back at Chaeryeong who was crying as she wiped off her tears.

"Come on baby, let's go home" Chaeryeong said softly and carries her daughter up in her arms.

"Bye eomma... I'll see you next week" Chaeryeong said and Mrs. Lee nodded

"Be safe going home sweetheart" her mother said as she hugs her and Chaeryeong nodded

"Bye appa" Chaeryeong simply says, not even looking at her father then leaves with Haerin and Yubin

They went home and as soon as they did, Chaeryeong had to bring Yuna to her room before going to her own. Yuna, knowing that her mommy wanted some time alone, let her be, she just watches as Chaeryeong leaves the room and goes to hers.

After so, she went out of her room and goes towards Yubin but she noticed that the older was busy. She then finds for Haerin and saw her at the kitchen.

"Yes Yuna? need anything?" Haerin asked gently

"Is mommy gonna be fine?" Yuna asked worriedly

"She'll be fine Yuna, don't worry" Haerin reassured her

Chaeryeong was now lying down in her bed, crying her heart out. She couldn't believe how her father reacted so differently. She knew he used to be so sweet and caring and it's also the first time that he yelled at her.
