Yeji's POV

Mrs. Hwang, Miss Chaery has been brought to the hospital

My heart sank from reading Haerin's message. I haven't got any update from my wife for the past few hours since I was in my flight going back.

I hurriedly asked Haerin which hospital and upon receiving a reply I went out of the airport and got a cab to go to the said hospital.

I ran towards the entrance and immediately asked for where my wife was. As soon as they gave ne the room number, I was quite relieved that she wasn't in the emergency room anymore.

As I went through the halls along with my luggage of course since I didn't had time to leave it home, I saw Haerin and Danielle outside of the room.

"Haerin, Dani, how is she?" I asked worriedly

"We haven't went in yet Miss but the doctor did said she's stable now" Dani told me and I nodded with a sigh

"Anything else they said?" I asked

"The doctor told us that they couldn't tell us the information why she passed out, they need a family member" Haerin told me and I nodded

"I'll get in first, thank you Haerin, Dani" I said and entered the room

Seeing my wife unconscious on the hospital bed made me tear up. I don't know what happened to her, why she was here in the first place and what happened while I was away.

I put my luggage to the side and then went towards her, I held her hand and gently caressed the back of it with my thumb.

"D-darling" I muttered softly and kissed the back of her hand, I felt tears in my eyes but someone then entered the room.

"Oh, you must be Mrs. Hwang's wife" the doctor said and I nodded.

"So.... your wife passed out due to overdose" the doctor said which made me furrow my eyebrows

"Overdose? F-from what?" I asked confusingly

"Anti-depressants. You didn't know?" the doctor asked me and I shook my head

"I looked through some of her documents from previous checkups, they said she has been taking anti-depressants years ago. We found out she took around 4-5 tablets of it before she passed out" the doctor explained to me and I nodded

"Its better for her to stay for at least a week until she's all better" she added and I nodded once again

"Umm, when will she wake up?" I asked

"Maybe later or tomorrow? we're not sure but we're doing our best Miss" she said and I nodded

"Thank you so much" I said and she nodded and left the room.

We were now left alone and I sat on the side of her bed. I don't know what will happen if I lose her.

Soon later Haerin and Dani went inside.

"Need anything Mrs. Hwang?" Dani asked me and I shook my head

"Oh uhm, may I know what happened?" I asked
