Chapter X. - Clarissa

On Sunday afternoon, a lot of people were waiting in front of the Castle of the Covens. Everyone wanted answers about what happened on Saturday. On the one hand, how could the coven soldiers allow another murder to happen? On the other hand, are the rumors true that Amity Noceda, who at that time participated in saving the Boiling Isles, really attacked a fourteen-year-old girl?

Lucia and her friends were also standing in the crowd, anxiously awaiting developments. Finally, the gates of the castle opened and the head of the ten main covens, as well as the Vice Covenhead of the Peacekeeper Coven, Luz Noceda, walked out of the building. Everyone immediately fell silent and looked up at Hunter Park, who stood up on the podium in front of the castle and started talking to everyone from there.

"Dear everyone, I regret to share the news that Cat Valentina and her husband, Raymond Valentina, lost their lives on Saturday evening. Their bodies were found not far from their restaurant. Today, the covens will deliver to every home a detailed description of the newly adopted measures, which are intended to serve your safety. With that, Hunter walked off the stage to make room for Luz. Luz took a deep breath and began what she had to say.

"In addition to the measures and the special team, we also want to guarantee the protection of the residents of the Isles in other ways. Together with the covens, we have decided that starting tomorrow we will start two courses for everyone. One will be related to glyph magic. I know that since everyone has a magic bile sac, they don't need such alternative spells, but believe me, sometimes this kind of knowledge comes in handy. Of course, as the only user of glyph magic, I will be the instructor."
