The next afternoon, Priscilla reported her concerns to Kewok. She was not only afraid that the seller would betray her and speak to a Peacekeeper Coven Member, but also that she would have no chance against Mr. Weaver. And the fight would definitely take place, because to drain the life energy, it is not enough to pour the potion on the person, during the full moon, a very strong, dragon-class curse has to be placed on the victim. And it's likely that none of Priscilla's victims will sit still while Priscilla casts this spell.
The purple-haired witch learned this curse magic from Kewok himself. Although Priscilla found the magic quite difficult at first, after some practice she was able to perform it successfully on smaller animals. In the absence of a real potion, the purple-haired witch only managed to make the animals collapse and die in a few seconds. Kewok praised Priscilla's performance, but warned her that the curse magic would probably be quite harmful for her body when she used the potion on witches. Priscilla dismissed this with a shrug, because apart from a mild coughing fit, she never had any trouble.
While Priscilla spoke, Kewok listened deeply, then stared thoughtfully at Priscilla sitting in front of him for over a minute. Finally the ancient god said:
"How about if I give you some of my power and..."
"Are you capable of such a thing?" Priscilla interrupted, startled.
"Yes." the ancient god nodded. "I have seen countless times how my siblings use this technique on innocent living beings. Of course, ordinary mortals perish almost immediately in this process, because their bodies cannot withstand the immeasurably great power that flows through their bodies. However, I would only give you as much power as your body can handle. But of course we can find another solution..."
"I will do it!" Priscilla answered immediately.
Kewok looked at the witch in front of him in surprise.
"Are you sure?" asked the ancient god, his eyes glowing even more than usual.
Priscilla nodded. The purple haired witch got into this because her mother had another seizure this morning after she saw that Priscilla glued Darius's picture on a family tree as a school assignment. Fortunately, Anaya was able to take action in time, so it didn't turn into a big tragedy. However, before Priscilla left for Kewok, she heard Anaya express her concern to Ophelia that if Taneisha had another seizure like this, she would have to take her to the hospital. And Priscilla couldn't let that happen.
"Alright then." Kewok nodded, then touched Priscilla's forehead with his index finger. "Close your eyes, clear your mind and relax your muscles."
The purple haired witch followed Kewok's instruction and a few seconds later she heard the ancient god's voice.
"I apologize in advance for the pain."
As the last word was uttered, the purple haired witch was filled with pain she had never experienced before. She felt as if liquid fire had been injected into her veins, her blood boiling as her body almost burst from some invisible pressure. Priscilla's eyes widened, her heart beating faster and faster, she almost jumped out of her seat. She could barely breathe, she was suffocating. Then suddenly all the pain disappeared in the blink of an eye.
Priscilla opened her eyes and gasped for breath, and after a few seconds she realized that she was lying on her back on the ground. The witch girl slowly sat up, but she felt like she was going to fall down again.
"Just be careful." Priscilla heard Kewok's voice behind her.
The purple-haired witch turned in the direction of the sound, and with that momentum she threw up on the floor.
