As Azura watched Taneisha Cerys appear, her jaw dropped. She didn't expect the ebony haired witch to appear at all, especially not ready to fight, because she knew that Taneisha was still sick in the hospital.
Meanwhile, Taneisha quickly surveyed the scene and then issued the following orders:
"Pixie, protection and healing around the girls! The others after me!"
"Understood, Your Majesty!" said a fairy with porcelain pink hair, then they flew towards the kids together with half a dozen companions.
As soon as the fairies reached the girls, three fairies formed a circle around them and then spread their arms, creating a magical envelope around the girls and the remaining fairies. During this time, a fairy with turquoise hair was about to start healing Paulina, but the witch girl with ash blonde hair wouldn't let her.
"Thanks for the help, but I don't need it now." Paulina shook her head. "I have to heal Lucia as soon as possible."
"No problem, miss," said a green haired fairy. "My name is Shaperai and I am a healing fairy. Together with Alara, we can take over your friend's treatment without any problems, and then Ilayda can heal you too."
Without waiting for an answer from Paulina, Shaperai carefully placed both hands on Azura's stomach, then closed her eyes and began to concentrate deeply. Alara did likewise. After a few seconds, Azura felt that her body was regenerating much faster than before, and she even managed to raise one of her hands, making a thumbs up sign to Paulina that everything was fine. Paulina sighed and let the other healing fairy, Ilayda, nurse her. And the fourth fairy, Pixie, flew to Priscilla.
"Hello Priscilla." Pixie greeted the purple-haired witch girl in a friendly manner and put her hands on Priscilla's back. The next moment, Pixie looked at Priscilla with a deadpan face. "Holy Mother of Titan! Your organs...!"
However, Priscilla didn't give her a reply. She continued to look at her mother in shock as she and the other fairies flew straight towards Kewok. The fairies opened their secondary mouths full of razor-sharp teeth, while a green aura formed around Taneisha's body, then she pulled back her fist and was about to strike Kewok, but the ancient god raised his hand, and an invisible force pushed Taneisha and the little fairies back.
"Mom!" Priscilla screamed.
Landing on her knees, Taneisha landed right next to the girls and wanted to attack again. Priscilla tried to run to her mother, but the shell wouldn't let her, so she started hitting her wall with her hands.
"Mom, please stop! Kewok is not an enemy, but a friend! He's helping to bring Dad back!"
Taneisha slowly stood up and looked at her daughter.
"So he's manipulating you with this?" said the ebony-haired witch quietly, then looked at her daughter with a look that made Priscilla's hands stop in the air. "Priscilla, Kewok cheated and took advantage of you. He has no intention of bringing Darius back because he killed him.
Priscilla's eyes widened in shock.
"No." the purple-haired witch girl whispered mechanically. "This can't be true..."
"That's the truth," Taneisha said sadly. "I heard when Hunter told my mother everything about the mission."
"No... no and no..." Priscilla shook her head and turned to Kewok. "Tell me it's not true Kewok... Tell me...!"
There was a desperation in Priscilla's voice that scared even Azura. She had never heard the purple haired witch girl speak in such a voice.
Kewok, who had been watching Paulina take Naga in her lap and start caressing her now-recovering palisman, blinked a couple of times, then threw back his head and gave a creepy laugh. And the next moment he looked straight at Priscilla, a smile spreading across his face that made even Azura's blood run cold.
