Almost two months have passed since the last murder. After the incident, Hunter introduced new measures, including a curfew, meaning that no one could leave their house after eight in the evening without a compelling reason. Many people were outraged by this, as many entertainment venues had the highest traffic during the evening period. Due to the measure, the owners lost a lot of income. However, most of the residents agreed with Hunter Park's Covenhead's order.

The fact that someone had successfully murdered Severine Mau, who was a highly trained soldier and the leader of one of the sub-covens, caused quite a stir across the Island. However, Hunter and the other major covens had assured residents that they were working on the case at full capacity and will catch the perpetrator.

Eda was very frightened that the murder happened near William's home, so she wanted her son to move to the Owl House at all costs. However, William reassured Eda that he didn't want to stay in his apartment for a long time anyway, because as it turned out, William had bought a joint house for himself and Violet, but he didn't want to reveal this until Violet's birthday. In view of the situation, however, he was forced to.

Lucia was very happy that her cousin's relationship with William was going so well, but at the same time, she was less happy because she was supposed to move there and she would disturb the privacy of the two witches. Lucia was put in a difficult situation, as she followed her mothers instructions. The move was necessary because Amity and Luz worked day and night, so neither of them could take care of Lucia. Amity and Luz sometimes visited Lucia on weekends, but unfortunately the visit did not last more than half an hour. Lucia missed her parents very much, but she knew very well that her mothers now had to focus on their work.

Regardless, Lucia was quite uncomfortably affected by it all. She once wanted to apologize to William and Violet, but the two witches immediately stopped her.

"It doesn't bother me at all that you're here with us." said William with a smile. "Your safety is as important to us as it is to your parents, so don't worry."

"I rarely see you anyway, little potato." Violet stroked the brown girl's head. "So I'm glad that we can finally spend more time together."

However, Lucia was still troubled by living there, so she tried to behave as best she could. She usually sat on the patio with Snowball and Achoo while doing homework or reading books. Violet repeatedly suggested that Lucia call her friends over, but the brunette girl rejected this for two reasons. On the one hand, she was still grounded, and on the other hand, she didn't want to make Violet and William's life even more difficult.

In addition to the two witches watching over Lucia, William took Lucia to school with his staff, because the orange haired man's palisman, Champion, was the only palisman, apart from Luz and Amity's palisman, who wasn't afraid of Lucia. However, since William was the Vice Principal of Hexside, they always had to leave early in the morning. Thanks to this, Lucia was already at school at six in the morning and until classes started, the brown haired girl mostly sat quietly in William's office, because the orange haired man didn't want to lose sight of Lucia.

On a Wednesday, when Lucia and William arrived at Hexside, Lucia exceptionally did not spend her time in William's office, because she had accidentally left her history of magic book at school the day before, so she could not do her homework. The brunette girl informed William about this and then told him that she would do the lesson in her classroom.

Of course, William said that he would prefer Lucia to work on it in his office, but the brunette girl thought it wouldn't hurt to give the orange haired man some space. William reluctantly agreed, but told Lucia to call him immediately if there was anything wrong. The brown haired girl nodded, then found her locker and gave it a tug before the locker opened its mouth revealing the books on its tongue. Lucia took the right book and after that she entered the classroom, sat down at her desk and began her study. After half an hour, she finished her homework. Lucia sighed tiredly, then leaned on her desk and thought about the past few weeks.
