"Like our love for you," Daniela hummed while kissing my cheek.

'Love?' My heart skipped a beat as Daniela snuggled into me.

"Cass will want a lot of rounds to make up for not being the first one you slept with."

"I'll make it up to her," I chuckled and cuddled Daniela. "...That was fun."

Daniela purred and kissed my cheek. "Extremely fun. Let's clean up in the morning. I'm sleepy."

"For once, I agree. I'm enjoying cuddling too much."

My heart skipped a beat when Daniela adjusted her position again, laying nearly on top of me as her eyes fluttered shut. '...Love... Maybe that is the right word,' I smiled as I ran my fingers through the redhead's hair. 'I mean, with how they've treated me since I've been here — and how they treat Costin like their own son — how could it not be love?' I squeezed my eyes shut when I kissed Daniela's head, letting sleep take over.

By the time morning rolled around, I was shaken awake by Daniela, earning a grumble of protest from me. The vampire giggled before resorting to kissing my face, pulling a smile onto my face. I captured the vampire's lips in a kiss when she pecked my lips, grinning at her shocked squeal before she pulled back.

"How long have you been awake? You jerk!"

I laughed and opened my eyes, sitting up to kiss her cheek. "Since you shook me. Did you need anything?"

"Blood," Daniela nodded with a pout. "Are you good enough to give some?"

"Of course," I yawned and pulled her into my lap. "Drink away."

"You promise it doesn't hurt when we do this?"

"That explains why Cass doesn't drink too much."

The vampire giggled before she sunk her fangs into my neck, pulling a pleasurable groan out of me. I shuddered when Daniela retracted her fangs and began drinking, holding her tighter as her fingers curled into my hair. 'Fuck, this feels better than normal,' I growled as my claws extended and nearly dug into the vampire's milky flesh. Daniela moaned when she stopped drinking, pressing further into me before connecting our lips in a rough kiss. 'Someone woke up on the right side of the bed,' I smirked as the vampire deepened the kiss, grunting when she pushed me back onto the bed. 'Fuck, that's hot.'

"Delicious," Daniela purred as she broke the kiss, happily nuzzling her nose against mine. "Did you enjoy a taste of your own blood?"

"Wasn't focused on that taste," I muttered with a smirk. "Something else had my attention."
