do you know the light?
do you know the light?
do you know the light?

do you know the light that ignites existence?
do you know the light that never fades?

do you know space?
do you know space?
do you know a space in a phrase is still incomplete?

do you know the sea? do you know the sea?
do you know there're droplets in me?
teardrops on the sea.
teardrops on the sea.

do you know waves? do you know waves?
do you know its crests will devour the world someday?

do you know the sun?
do you know the sun?
do you know it's always away?
do you know that it will kill us someday?

do you walk? do you walk?
do you walk where the stars walk?

do you sing? do you sing?
do you sing whilst the moon sings?

do you cook? do you cook out of love?
do you bake sweets for someone?

do you rest? do you rest?
do you rest when all your bones are exhausted?

do you live? do you live?
do you breathe 'cause your lungs promised to?

do you know me? do you know me?
do you know i write this poem?
do you know words are poet's home?

do you read? do you read?
do you understand that words are immortal as they are?

do you write? do you write?
do you write where the inks want to be smeared on?

do you paint? do you paint?
do you paint while art creates itself?

do you love? do you love?
do you love 'cause love wants to love?

do you burst? do you burst out of beauty? if you do...

then we are all beautiful.
