Don't forget to eat healthy I'm not saying cake is bad cause if I was saying that I would also have to give up Doritos andbi don't think I ready for that lol just remember to eat plenty of protein and fruits and vegetables you'll start seeing a difference a lot sooner if you do ..

.and just for extra advice if you ever feel board and want to eat but your not hungry then go get some water and go workout for abt ten minutes

And if you don't feel like doing that remember there's always chores around the house that needs done lol :)
