Hey y'all sorry for the long wait :-/ and sorry for being a day late with this update lol . To be honest with you I've been trying to get this up since 8:00 yesterday morning so I've finally got it up and hopefully I can get todays workout up in a little while lol

I know this one was pretty easy but I was babysitting yesterday and it's really hard to workout and watch 4 kids at the same time lol ...but I'm super sore today from this so I'm pretty sure that it done something in my legs lol :-P
