Remember fitness isn't an all or nothing proposition. It makes it a lot easier to stay motivated when you know you can take breaks every now and then . Try the 80/20 program 80% of the year we use for working out the other 20% we use for cheat days like Christmas and Thanksgiving and of course rest days. its not healthy to workout everyday sometimes our bones and muscles need a break and a chance to recover
