I understand we all love sleep and as I've said before sleep is important so I'm not saying that if you wake up at 8 in the morning but didn't get to sleep until 5 that you should go ahead and get up but if you got to sleep at a good resonable time and wake up at 8 but don't need to be up until 9 the get up and use that time as extra workout time it will be an improvement to your day, and keep you from stressing. Besides what's that hour of laying in bed really gonna profit you I mean really think about it
