I remember it as if it were yesterday...
frolicking in the fields of lush, green grass...
the open, blue sky...
not a thought in my mind.
It was me and my family...
a large one too...
living in a field filled with food and water...
plenty of exercise...
It was paradise.
One day, I strayed from home...and discovered beings far from my own.
They saw me, so I ran and ran....but suddenly, in the blink of an eye,I felt lighter than a feather.
I ran back home, not knowing still....only to realize I was still on the hill.
I questioned how...and I questioned why....until I realized...I ran out of time.
After wandering for what felt like days and days in despair...something glowed... and that glow led me to who knows where.
