"What are you doing? Where are you going? Meghan, what's going on?" I ask quickly in confusion whilst pressing my phone to my ear.

Luke rests his chin on top of my head and has his arms around me. Our hands are rested in my lap, fingers intertwined. We're currently sat on the hotel room bed, me on his lap and my back resting on his front. Our legs are sprawled out in front of us and if I wasn't so confused and freaked out by Meghan's situation, I probably would've been able to enjoy sitting like this with Luke more.

Meghan takes a deep breath before replying, "I'm going to find Ashton."

"Meghan, wh-" I hear a click and then a dead tone, "She hung up on me!"

"Where's she going? What's wrong?" Luke asks, rubbing circles on my hand with his thumb.

"I don't know," I mutter, still so confused by this whole situation. I shift to the side, so I can look at Luke, "All I know is that she's going to find Ashton."

"Wait, she's going to his Aunt's house? Like, right now?" He places his hands on my waist and shifts me around even more so that I'm completely facing him and my legs are loosely wrapped around his waist. I would've been heavily blushing due to our close proximity, but I was too focused on what could go wrong due to Meghan leaving.

"It's like a two and half hour drive from here. Luke, what if she doesn't make it back in time for the wedding? Shit's gonna hit the fan, oh my god, how am I going to explain this Noelle?"

"Hey, hey, breathe, okay?," He places his hands on my cheeks and pulls me closer to him, so he's taking up my whole field of vision, "Just breathe, it's going to be okay. Meghan's smart, she'll get back before the wedding. Either that, or give us warning so we can leave before Noelle finds out."

I chuckle and Luke smiles wide.

"I just want to know that Meg and Ash are okay," I sigh.

"I know, babe, me too," Luke kisses my forehead.

"We're such a mess," I can't help but laugh a little, "I mean just look at all of us, Ash is at a beach house when he should be here with us, Meg just dropped everything to go and find him, and we're hiding in a hotel room whilst every other wedding guest is at the hotel restaurant getting wasted."

"It is kind of chaotic, isn't it," Luke chuckles, "But I know it'll all work out in the end."

"How?"

"Optimism," He smiles. I smile back and wrap my arms around his neck. He wraps his arms protectively around my waist.

"Emily?"

"Luke?"

"I want to kiss you again."

"Okay."

"I'm going to kiss you now."

"Go for it," I laugh.

Luke chuckles before closing the gap between us by pressing his lips to mine. Our lips move slowly in sync and Luke pulls me closer, pressing our bodies together. He tilts his head slightly and deepens the kiss. With my arms wrapped around his neck, I lift my hands to gently play with Luke's baby hairs above the nape of his neck. I pull slightly and he emits a low moan. I blush and we keep kissing.

"Wrap your legs around me," Luke breathes in between kisses. I nod and wrap my legs tighter around his waist. He hums, tangling his fingers in my hair, and I smile into the kiss. Luke pulls away and gently places soft kisses to my jawline. He moves up and places a kiss under my ear before kissing his way back down to my neck. He peppers kisses on my skin and I lean my head to the side to give him more room.
