(Authors note: It's been three years now Hope is three I'm sorry for all of the time skips)
Hayley is in the kitchen cooking for Hope, cutting vegetables at that moment.
Katrina is upstairs playing with Hope.
"Auntie Katrinaaa, can we play dolls, pleaseeee" Hope whines, Katrina chuckles softly "Of course we can, darling".
Hope and Katrina sit and play dolls for about 10 minutes "I'm going to go check on your dinner, you stay here, I'll be back in a few minutes" Katrina says too Hope softly, Hope nods.
Katrina walks downstairs and lurks by the doorframe watch Hayley cur vegetables.
"If you cut them to the side it will be easier" Katrina says, Hayley rolls her eyes at Katrina's criticism.
"I've been cooking for a good few years I know what I'm doing" Hayley responds in a slightly irritated tone.
"Okayyy, then" Katrina replies and turns the kettle on too make tea.
Hayley glances over and goes back to cutting vegetables.
Katrina puts a teabag in the mug, it obviously not crossing her mind to ask Hayley wants one too.
Once the kettle finishes boiling Katrina pours the hot water into the mug.
What catches Hayley's eye is that Katrina didn't put any sugar or milk in there and raises an eyebrow.
Katrina notices Hayley's gaze and says "What?" Hayley's gaze meets Katrina's eyes.
"You're making it bitter" Hayley says bluntly, Katrina raises her eyebrows "This is how I've always made it"
Hayley shrugs her shoulders "It'll taste better with sugar and milk" Hayley says in a matter-of-fact tone.
Katrina rolls her eyes at this "This is how I've always had it!" She seems to start to grow irritated.
"Okay? I'm just saying it must be bitter!" Hayley defends herself, Katrina rolls her eyes again and goes back to her tea and ignores Hayley.
Katrina starts sipping on her tea, Hayley looks slightly disgusted and then continues cutting vegetables.
They both stand there silent for a few minutes before Hayley speaks up "Can I please at least but some milk in your tea before you burn yourself" Hayley asks.
"It'll heal" Katrina says bluntly, Hayley rolls her eyes "Not the point I'm making".
Katrina sighs softly "Can I just drink my tea while you cut your vegetables?!" Her tone has gone argumentative, "Oh I'm sorry? So you're aloud to criticise me but the moment I try and help you, I'm in the wrong?!" Hayley argues.
"God..." Katrina groans, Hayley rolls her eyes, "What're you rolling your eyes for?!" Katrina asks her voice stern.
"What I'm not aloud to move anymore?! I'm not you damn puppet!" Hayley barks back, Katrina growls and Hayley growls
Hayley rolls her eyes , "God just shut up!" Hayley yells at Katrina, "No!" Katrina yells back, "Why the bloody hell not? All your doing is criticising and arguing with me!" Hayley argues.
"Well it's not my fault you can't cut a bloody pepper properly!" Katrina yells again.
Soon the argument gets heated between the two women and they started arguing over how protective Katrina was over Hayley.
"Why are you like this?! Why are you so damn protective of me!" Hayley yells at Katrina, and without thinking Katrina yells back "Because I love you!" Hayley pauses but Katrina continues.
"And I hate that I love you! And I hate new feelings and love is a very very new one! And I don't know why I love you but I do! And it makes me not want to lose you! Ever!" Katrina yells practically swearing and it takes her a moment to realise what she's said.
Katrina looks at Hayley, "I love you too" Hayley's says softly looking into Katrina's eyes, "But you shouldn't" Katrina says her tone upset.
"You deserve so much better than me, you deserve a good person and I'm far from that, I've killed a lot of people" Katrina states "So have I!" Hayley argues.
Katrina shakes her head "I've killed millions of people, Hayley....I'm a monster, you don't deserve to spend your life with a monster" Katrina argues back.
Hayley goes up to Katrina and cups her cheek with her hand "If you're a monster I, going to spend my whole life, loving a monster" Hayley says softly her voice filled with love and emotion.
Katrina looks at Hayley her expression soft that was the nicest thing anyone had ever said to her.
Hayley's and Katrina's faces are inches apart, they're staring into each others eyes, Hayley glances at Katrina's lips before grabbing Katrina's shirt and pulling her until her lips meet her own and kissing her softly, Katrina kisses back
The kiss soon turns more passionate as Hayley wraps her arms around Katrina's waist and pulling her closer.
They then both pull away from each other quickly when they hear the kitchen door open, Elijah stands there.
"Did I interrupt something" He asks confused, they both shake they're heads.
"What do you want, 'lijah?" Katrina asks her face a bit flushed after the kiss her and Hayley just shared.
Elijah chuckles softly "I believe our little niece still wants to play with you...unless you'd rather play with her mothe-" Elijah is soon cut off by Katrina who is now a bright pink colour.
"Yeah right, Hope" she looks over at Hayley, who gestures with her head for Katrina to go, Katrina nods and walks back up the stairs to Hopes room.
As Katrina walks upstairs she thinks about what just happened between her and Hayley, and wonders if it will turn into anything more.
